Everything is very custom made and from people in Chico. They also hand wrap the item if you want it as a gift. Also for business they will make gift bags with different items around things you told them about the person. Its amazing. It can take a while at check out.

I have never been to this store, but today I went in to grab some items for a gift basket I was making for my work.I have to say - I have never experienced such wonderful service. I failed to get the name of whom had helped me, but she was from Australia - and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.She could tell I was a bit frazzled and AMAZED by everything they had to offer, and she so graciously took some time out of her day to help me make the perfect gift basket.5/5 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY BE USING AGAIN!

Really awesome staff. I came in looking completely lost trying to find gifts to bring back to my girlfriend in Reno. They quickly took pity upon me and got me on the right track. Pretty much a one stop shop for Chico goods. Very creative. Thanks guys!

Don’t ever sell anything at this store that’s not nailed down. My grandma sold hand knitted sweaters that take 2weeks to knit. She had 2 stolen along with booties and multiple hats that were taken out of the sets that were tied in knots with decorative twine. To untie those knots takes time, so that shows how inattentive the staff are and as per their contracts they are Not responsible for items that are stolen!!!

I hate shopping for gifts usually, so when I need something nice I go to made in Chico and ask for assistance. Last time I was in, I told Aimee my budget and who the gift was for. She quickly narrowed down my choices and I left within 15 with a great gift.Good place to go for guys who dont really like to shop buy want to buy a unique gift that makes them look really thoughtful.
