I love this Sunglass Hut and wont get a pair anywhere else in Chico! My last visit the two employees went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair, including going through old photos on my phone of older pairs Ive had. If youre looking for quality sunglasses, this is your best bet (:

I purchased sunglasses which were too big for me. They will not accept the return because there is a supposed scratch...one associate couldnt see it, I couldnt see it, I still dont see it. It is possible the scratch was there when I purchased them, if indeed, it is there at all, because, remember, only one person out of four has actually seen this scratch. I would not suggest making a purchase here; the business practices seem shady.

Very knowledgeable guy helped me find some perfect Oakleys for work. I was a pain, taking forever trying to find the perfect ones, but he was very cool and didnt rush me. They have lots of other brands too. I would highly recommend.

Purchased Maui Jim sun glasses with blue glass, the employee told me all I had to do was buy the ones I wanted from Maui jim and they would install them. Just found out from Maui jim that it would be 3 weeks cause I have to send them in... Really not happy I paid 265.00 for glasses now I will not have for 3 weeks.They should have known better Very un happy with service. When I called back they said must have been a new employee, but the manager was standing right there when I asked for the correct lens color. I will go some where else next time...

Excellent customer service. The girl that worked there was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful in finding a pair of sunglasses that were comfortable and also looked good for my face shape.

The sales manager, Matt was awesome. My sunglasses had a little deflect and he took care of me. Let me switch out to a new one.
