I called because I needed to return a toilet that arrived broken. We had the shipment for about a month before our contractor opened the box & realized the bowl was in pieces. Audra was such a pleasure to work with! She was understanding, offered a few options, explained the return process & followed through immediately. This is the first time I ordered from Need Direct & even though I’m getting my toilet from a local store now, I will order from them in the future because of the customer service I received.
