Hard pass on suggesting these folks to others after its been months and still no positive word on my generators, one of which appeared to only need some welding touched up and maybe some gaskets replaced.Pretty upsetting considering Id rather promote a small, family owned business than be upset with one over feeling lied to as well as it taking beyond acceptable time to have any news simply because the mechanic knows it all but theyre never there or available.Just about ready to pick up my 2 generators, that I need to help keep food from spoiling and animals having fresh water because Ive had no power since campfire 18, and take them else where at this point.

As a business owner. I appreciate the hard work. I had a broken blower dropped off for repair. The guys dropped what they were doing to help get my equipment fixed REALLY fast! I have referred several people including my dad to this business and will continue to do so! Thank you!

Love these guys. Been having my equipment serviced and repaired here for years. Always great service and fair prices. This time was no exception. They had the work done in about the time originally estimated, and the job was accurately completed (they did what I asked). Good service writing, courteous and friendly customer service. Well done, again!

Holy hell I am pissed. 3 weeks since I dropped off my mower for a simple tune up. I call yesterday because I havnt heard anything. Incredibly rude lady says I have not called because it isnt done...uh wow thanks. Today I get a message your lawn mower is done the final bill is $111.00. Holy hell. The lawn mower is a $190 mower. What the hell. They are going to get a piece of my mind tomorrow.

Terrrible Customer service, I brought a weed eater in that i just had worked on in June, 90$ tune up, a tune up that didnt last 4 months, still had the tag from the shop on the handle. And they wouldnt fix it with out it costing me again. Guy behind the counter said they wouldnt cover it because they had no idea how long its been sittin, today is the first day we have had clouds in Chico, i use it avery 4 days i told him. Nope going to cost me again, 90$ every 3 months thats a hell of a deal, if your the shop and not a homeowner. Ive already told all my friend and theyve told theres. BS i wont be back. Mario Orduno
