Such a great company! They got me an appointment when I needed. The movers were so amazing! The nicest guys. I cant tell you how helpful and fast they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Sorenson moving was a great experience! I called and explained what my needs were, I was given a quote, and then received contract via email. I had moved several times before with different moving companies and really only ever got the estimate over the phone. The team showed up as scheduled and jumped right into action. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently, and with great care. And when I was said and done, the cost was actually what was quoted! I have never experienced that with other members. Definitely recommend! Very professional.

Because of the quality of their employees, well be using Sorenson Moving for the third time, two long distance in-state moves and a local one.

Unfortunately, some of our household items have been lost. Namely a laptop computer, kitchen cooking utensils and knives, and a set of stainless steel silverware. We have thoroughly rechecked each box and these items are missing. Some knicks and scratches on furniture that came from the move. Troy worked very hard and deserves recognition for his work. Time frame for entire move was excellent.

Terrible experience. Movers got to pick up location 2 hours late therefore we lost our elevator reservation on the drop off location. We had to share elevator. They took 10 hrs when they had estimated 4 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Movers were really slow and kept banging furniture against corridor. Management was not helpful and tried to charge us full price for the extra hours. We had to fight to get a discount for such a bad service. Next day they charged my credit card an extra hour which we had to dispute.The building we moved to is considering banning this company. They told us they never had such a sloppy service in the building.We never have time to leave reviews but we feel this is necessary to help others avoid such an stressful situation.

Working with your boys was like working with family, they were punctual, polite, and quickly and efficiently completing the job.There is only one issue to be addressed, that being, I cannot find the glass tabletop to the patio end table.

In moving from Chico, California, to a small town in South Dakota called Wall, Richard Sorenson saved me half the money relocating by offering a delivery spread, so instead of some $10,000 I paid about $5,000 while staying in a local motel. Sorenson Moving and Storage were exact, numbering every box such that when the delivery crew arrived they yelled out each number for me to check off on a neatly printed list. Nothing was lost and nothing was broken. I had a previous bad experience with Bradys Moving and Storage in Chico in moving up from the East Bay, the crew of which stole many items of property. Go and stick with Sorenson!

I moved from Chico, CA to Wisconsin with Sorensons Moving at a cost of $6,997.72. They lost over $2,000 of my clothing and most of my shoes. I had full insurance and my claim was denied because they said I couldnt prove it. They offered no settlement at all and so I had to apply for arbitration. Be very careful when you check off the boxes on the inventory sheet. There were 2 boxes I couldnt find even though they were checked off. Now, in addition to a very costly move, I have to replace all of my nursing uniforms and my very precious shoe collection. Im so disappointed and surprised they would run a business that way. I would not recommend them!
