Dr. Khan is a rude and reckless driver. I was leaving Chick-fil-A with my infant in the car. I was stopped and yielding to cars approaching on Grand. I hear a long aggressive honk behind me and it’s Dr Khan in his black Lexus with personalized plates KHANLLC. He tried to go into opposing lane just to go around me even though cars were oncoming (he quickly had to get back in his lane) I finally turned onto Grand and he sped up recklessly around me and cut someone else off, going over the solid white lines. All to get maybe 2 cars in front of me. Was that worth endangering other drivers and families? I was in shock and I felt very unsafe. I saw his license plates and found his public photos for his optometrist office which confirmed it was definitely Dr Khan. So disappointing to see that this was a local optometrist and who you’d expect to be a professional and considerate of people. I would NEVER support this man or his business. There’s no excuse for that type of behavior and his true colors really showed what type of man this is. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Worst customer service you could ever expect. I called to check if they can order my contacts, I provided them my prescription information, product info and got a price quote. They told me to come on in so I left work and drove 30 minutes to them.After I got there, I provided them the prescription however they wanted a fax confirmation from the doctor which I said no problem and had them fax over the information. Even after that, they did not want to do it same day and told me someone will call next day. I found that weird as they just wasted my time by going in.Next day, the “doctor” from the office calls me to tell me that the price is double what he originally quoted me. I ask him and he says that he assumed I wanted the old contacts that have been discontinued for 2 years. The price he told me was MORE than MSRP now. I found that strange and unethical. He kept repeating that I told him the correct products but he just assumed I wanted old stock of contacts. I have no idea how someone would assume that.The attitude and poor customer service will prevent me from ever visiting this doctor’s office or recommend anyone else.STAY away as they will waste your time.

Dr. Shameem Khan has patience to the max. She answered all of my questions and did a very thorough examination. She is highly experience which helps. Her friendly staff help me find the right frame and lenses. Every thing was superb. I agree with another reviewer here who said its refreshing to know that some professionals still care.

I suffer from type one diabetes and related eye problems. Over decades I have visited several ophthalmologist and optometrists for my eye exam and eyeglasses. I had mixed satisfactions. Few months back a friend referred me to Dr. Shameem Khan. Her visit gave me a different experience. She thoroughly examined my eye without looking at clock. Her eyeglass prescription was perfect and I could see much better than before with glasses I purchased from her.However, after about three months, my ophthalmologist advised I should have cataract surgery in my left eye. Actually, Dr. Khan, during my above visit, had told me that I would need cataract surgery soon. Unfortunately, after cataract surgery, I developed distorted vision problem in that eye. My ophthalmologist could not find any reason for the problem. He continued with trial and error. Two weeks back I went to Dr. Shameem Khan again. She did 1 ½ hour-long exam using different gadgets. She found that my problem was in retina; I had retinopathy because of my diabetes. She strongly advised me to see a retina specialist rather visiting a general ophthalmologist. Next week I will be visiting a retina specialist and hope for the best.Dr. Khan is caring, thorough, friendly, and not greedy. I highly recommend her; I am sure you will have a unique experience.

Excellent doc. & excellent staff. They went out of their way to accomodate my needs. Would highly recommend to everyone.The staff is very good & dont try to make extra money by selling you the case for your glasses. (yep! thats what happened to me at another optometrist where i was asked to pay for the case for my glasses case & if i did not, i wouldnt get a BCBG case, which was the same brand as my glasses.)Dr Khan is a very doc. for the entire family.

The glasses my brother and I received were very poor quality. Within a month my glasses snapped and his lenses turned yellow.

Rude is too mild of a word. The male manager is extremely arrogant, disrespectful, dishonest, exhibits egregious attitude towards us. He prohibits us from asking the dr. questions claiming that hes the manager. He gives the insurance company false information and shouts at the patient, acting as if hes the owner.
