Love this office and staff. My husband sees Dr Kim, I see Dr. CHANG and I love him.

Outstanding customer service and great selection of eyewear! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This is by far the absolute BEST optometry practice I have ever been to! I’m kicking myself for not coming to these folks sooner, I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Dr Kim is highly compassionate with the patience to listen and fully comprehend my concerns and questions. Dr Kim has been taking care of my entire family of 4 for more than 7 years.

Improper progressive made, somehow bending frame here there made me take it. I wasnt wearing those glasses for sometime, only when I didnt have my previous glasses available I started to use the new ones from Fashion eyes. Within 2-3 days the nose piece broke completely, and another day or two frame started rotating. I went back to see if they can replace. They said we can do anything about the glasses but frame I can check if it is under warranty. Next day I got a call that there is no warranty. The frame cannot be fixed

Dr Kim is so nice and is very personable. I have asked her numerous questions and I feel very comfortable about the answers she gives and she is always looking out for your health also. I will always go to her.

I liked this office the first time I went to them (2013) this year however I feel like they ripped me off and even ended up paying out of my pocket after insurance. I originally wanted contact lenses and just change the lense on my old frame to my new prescription (which they did for me the first year without hesitation on an old pair of frames) the person helping me said i couldnt do it. The lenses I got where not my first choice but they state there the only ones i could get in the style and brand that fell into the guidelines of my insurance. they where ray bans she pulled from the back office, when i first got them they gave me this old cheap plastic case, for the price they charge me and the insurance i should have received the original ray ban case. So not sure if these where old glasses, defective?? not sure! it has been two months and the lenses are already popping out of my frames, and for some weird reason over a matter of a month Im starting to develop this weird rash/burn on my nose where the lenses sit. I called today to see if they could help me out maybe get some contact lenses and i would pay or maybe help me with the frames. I just got the call that they are not able to help me as it has been past 21 days! So since they are not even trying to help me i am taking my business somewhere else. Very disappointed on how the quality of service gone down since the first time, seems more money hungry to me! So thank you, you have just lost a customer!

Dr. Kim provided prescription that was wrong; therefore, for 1 year my eyes glasses was not correct and may have caused my eyes to get worse. I did complain and was told it requires time to get use to and its the cheap lens and I should have upgraded to better lens. I didnt know if it was the glasses or the prescription until I got checked recently and found the error. My 2015 glasses and 2017 was near the same, while my 2016, from dr. Kim was wrong and complete opposite (right to left eye). Dr. Kim even calibrated my original glasses wrong, insisting it was a 3 degree but when I checked with target, it was only 1 degree for my right eye. How can 2 mistakes occur in 2 sitting? My eyes may have gotten worse because of Dr. Kims error and Im sad as its not worth going to court over this. I just want people to know and be careful. Nothing can be done now as its been over a year so Dr. Kim wont even replace my lens... Yeah, I should have complained more often, but now I know doctors are not always right in their diagnosis and you should trust yourself.

This is good store.We using yearly and I seems to staff very kindly and manager have good skill.And price is very very good.I recommend this store will be good choice.
