I visited the optometry department twice the 1st was on Sunday and spoke to Mary, Mary was very nice and accommodating she worked with me towards getting glasses but had to stop because she could not access the information on the computer to verify my insurance coverage and it was to late to call the insurer to provide a price prior to my committing to the purchase so she suggested I return during the week earlier during the business day and I would be able to get the information. I returned the following Wednesday and was helped by Sherry, this was not at all a pleasant experience, as I worked with Sherry and explained that I wanted to get a price prior to deciding to make the purchase her attitude change she became very rude and unwilling to help, at one point she stated it was a waste of time for her to input the information in the system because I had to commit to the purchase first and it was a waste of her time to input the information at this point she stopped talking to me started reading a piece of paper and ignored anything else I tried to say to her. There was no professionalism extremely bad customer service and unacceptable behavior. If this is what you can expect from Walmart and its employees than they have much to address and resolve. I will not return to the optometry department and possible this store ever again because of how I was treated, and would suggest to others not to shop there.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I came in to get a new set of contacts and at first Sherry (I think thats the employees name) was accommodating & friendly. But I didnt realize my prescription expired already. So as soon as she realize I wont buy from her anymore, she became rude to me. I asked her a question but she didnt answer and just walked away. It was my mistake for misreading my prescription it, but the employee need not to react rudely. Im never coming back to this place.

I took my sister for eye glasses and she still goes annually for eye care. I plan on using this service next week for myself.Yvette
