Isabella did such a wonderful job with my hair! I have super thick frizzy hair that I was trying to tame and she helped me so much. After my cut she recommended the perfect products for my hair type. They’ve all worked so well for me. Love her!

I cant get enough of this place!!! They are wonderful and so helpful!!! One showed me how to do the false lashes and applied the ones I bought on me for me!!!! Got this huge case on sale for $23!!! I have to get another because I just graduated cosmetology a few months back and so far I have way over $500 and after yesterday I have to get another to fit it all in!!!! It comes with locks and keys too :)

I am sooooi pleased. I had my hair colored professionally for the first time in my life. It looks great. The stylist was wonderful and took time to find out exactly what I wanted. I shop this store frequently and the staff there are top notch! Great variety of products to choose from.

Great signage and grouping of products so easy to find things. I went in with a list and left with it plus the big bottle shampoo/conditioner sale. Took less than half an hour total.

The employees are very helpful, although certain items are not in stock and only available online. They offer a great rewards program.

I love this store! The people are so kind there. They greet you at the door and are happy to help you shop. They are observing all the pandemic rules and regs yet provide an excellent shopping experience.

Small limited offerings in this store. Employees all standing around hanging out and talking to each other while ignoring customers with the exception of cashiers that are polite and busy working. I prefer shopping online than in this store!

Loved Ulta in Christiansburg! The manager was very helpful! I highly recommend it! It was better stocked than the ULTA in Roanoke!

I have been shopping at Ulta for years... and this particular location has by far the nicest employees. Theyre so nice, accommodating, and welcoming. Even the girls remember me (Im usually in 5 times a month). They definitely make the Christiansburg better, and Im glad theyre here!

Customer care lacking!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! My order was shipped to the incorrect address but of course it is my fault and customer service refuses to resend the items I ordered because the order was successfully delived to a thief who kept the order !! So now I am out almost a $100. Really disappointed in Ulta and the lack of customer care. I hate shopping online so when I can go to the store and buy it direct I do but the local store was was closed because of covid shut downs. The one time I try to actually do something for me and the money was truly wasted! 🤬😡

Overwhelming amount of beauty products. It does smell very good when you go in. They are helpful if you have questions. In our consumer driven world do we really need that many beauty products??

Great services offered, great staff.I was a blank slate when i went in, these people put all their efforts in to get me the products based on my skin type and skin color. From a concealer to base and setting mist. I was never satisfied like that before.❤

I had Miranda cut my hair and it looks amazing so very happy with it. My hair is very thick and curly which can be hard to handle sometimes. She knew exactly what I needed. She also suggested a product that I now adore.

Quality but expensive

Dont buy anything in the store that says a free gift unless you make sure they have it. The lady was rude and said that I was never getting a gift. Now I bought this for the free gift. Edit: called the store an they are making it right by giving me the gift. They had plenty an the lady who said that they were out didnt tell the truth so Im changing my rating.

So, I recently visited Ulta Beauty in Christiansburg...Well as soon as I came in I was greeted by one of your employees, Ashley..I noticed she had bright red eyeshadow on, it was the cutest I had ever seen.. anyways, she was super stoked to do my makeup! In which she did an amazing job, just FYI. I enjoyed playing in makeup is similar to what she had said & she is just the most friendliest person Ive met so far on my journey through life. The others in the store were nice also.. ps.. I bought the palette she used.🤗

My first time in an Ulta. I was excited to see the store. I was never greeted. I was never asked if I needed help. I wanted a makeup makeover. Store wasnt that busy. I looked around and left I wont be back.

Great addition to New River Valley Mall. Bright and airy, with an excellent selection of products which were previously not available or difficult to find.

I went fo ulta around 6-7 on Monday June 24th and I had the best time. I was helped by the most wonderful person, her name was Ashley. She was very helpful, funny, and kind. I loved her!

Got my hair dyed here about a month ago. My hair is still holding up and looking great.

I wish they would leave you alone and let you shop. I know its part of their job but we were there browsing cologne for maybe 25 minutes and were approached by sales reps around 15 times. Its annoying to say over and over again that you dont need help.
