Vivi was the best. She stayed with us while we did a really big commercial transfer of 8 lines with upgrades.5.5 hours, no breaks.And she even fought for us when corporate att messed up something to make them fix it on the spot instead of having us fix it with a call back later.

The representative that assisted us, Thelma, she was so wonderful and helpful. People in “customer service” can typically be pretty nasty. Thelma was thorough and patient and helped us understand everything we were doing. We ended up getting two upgrades and honestly got less for our old phones than we though we would and spent more on the upgrade than we thought we would but we are so happy with Thelmas service that it was okay.

We purchased a phone at another location to be shipped to our home….unfortunately the associate who helped us put in the wrong model. As soon as we realized this, we called within minutes to change the order . But, it was already processing and we couldn’t stop the shipment. Long story short, we received the phone and did as customer service said to return to a corporate store without opening the box. So we went to our closest corporate store. Plaza Bonita mall AT&T had the worst associate and the worst management working there without name tags ….. to put it simply just plain lazy! They didn’t bother to hear what happened, neither checked our account to see the situation. They told use we’d have to pay a restocking fee to exchange for the right phone even though it was not our mistake. To add insult to injury… the manager also said if we cancelled the order completely we’d have to pay a cancellation/ restocking fee. Left there upset.I called Chula Vista Mall since they were the next corporate store to us. Right away Luis who answered was attentive and gave me an opportunity to explain our situation and told us to come by to see what they could do. Once there I was quickly Greeted by the Manager Itza to who we explained why we were there So, she quickly found us an associate to help us. Throughout the process Vania was quick and professional, returned the wrong phone for the right one, answered any questions we had, looked to see where she could save us money, etc… . We were so happy with our service we ended up upgrading our lines to a better plan and left there with upgraded phones as well. AT&T you guys won when you hired Itza, Vania, and Luis. They are a reflection of the management and examples of high level service. Thank you guys ! I really hope the district manager reaches out to Plaza Bonita … not all but some of the staff there needs a revamp. They are truly lacking in the customer service department.
