Fernanda was so cool and helpful she went above and beyond to help my daughter find the right iPhone. Not to mention she did not over look all the details. Completely happy as we walked out of this store! FERNANDA SHOULD GET A PAY RAISE!!!!

The management at this location is not helpfull at all. My husband _james beitia_ has had 3 differrent issues with the new lg style 5 free phone in the first month. The (help) behind the counter tells you always to come back tomorrow to talk to the (manager). Yet noone helps. The only good part is its CHEAP SERVICE for my 2 grandkids under 10 years old. My suggestion is to go to a different store.and phone!!!!!!!!!!

Bought boost Mobile phone with a great plan. Worth the business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was told by the manager that if I ordered a phone in stores with them that it would arrive the next day so that is what I did. Yesterday marked 8 days since I ordered the phone so I called the store and they said it should be arriving that day around 2pm. I went today (9 days since ordered) and it still wasnt there so I finally got my deposit back. Even when I would go in stores and ask about the phone or if different phones could be available they would just give me a blank stare. They never independently offered what my next step or options could be. I instead had to coach them through how to carry out customer service. Having formerly worked in customer service myself, I am disgusted with their lack of it.

The guy at the cash register so rude ignore me and my mom as we walked in talking to other customers about some taco shop and 30 minutes later wants to ask hi can i help u ? Like really what do u think we came for?! A phone duh

I was charged twice, the guy didnt add my Mexico minutes and I had no service after I left the store.
