Took my 80 year old friend to Frogs Wirekess because Her phone has not working for a month and she couldnt afford to buy new one. we took it to Frogs wireless for repair, the technicean turned on, tested and told us phone is working fine. I think the problem was that she accidentally turn it off and she didnt know how yo turn it on. Technicean didnt want to charge us because no repair needed. I really wanted to pay for his time, and he told us next time....Great customer skills and honest service. Were now their happy customers and strongly recommend this place.

If you want to repair your phone, be advised, this “warranty” he offers you isn’t a warranty at all, what he does is try to convince you what’s wrong with your phone is your own fault, I’ve had 2 defective iPhone X screens and every time he tries to tell me the lines on my screen are because I dropped it or sat on it or pressed on my screen to hard, first time I said screw it I’ll fix it again maybe I did drop it, second time I did NOT drop my phone slam it or “press to hard”, this guy even goes to the extent to grab a flashlight and tries showing you where the LCD is “leaking”, do yourself a favor if you ever get your screen fixed from him and something happens to it and he tries charging youfor another screen ask to KEEP the screen he is replacing, what he does is instead of honoring the warranty he charges you for new screen claiming it was user fault, and then goes off and warranties the screen through the company and gets a new one, so essentially he’s making double the money on just one screen, elementary school tactics at best, By the way I took the screen after replacing my own ($50 total) and took it to another shop where they said it was not “leaking” and just defective, go figure

They deserve less than that I took my phone in to get the port fixed for my charger. They fixed the port and ruined the mic now when people call they cant hear me! And they said they cant fix the mic, I wouldnt recommend going to this place they might break your phone to.

Took phone to replace screen, phone was still taking charge. Got my phone back great job on the screen but they broke the charging pad. Took it back they said they were not responsible and that they have to order the part. Well that was the story anyway, they kept on changing dates for the part and never fixed my phone they told me to just pick it up and take it somewhere else.

Terrible service.Took in my tablet to get a charger port repair. The guy said it will be ready in 2 days. I have to order partsFast foward 2 weeks. Only answer I ever got was havent received the parts for it.Went to another place and got it fixed in an hour.
