They discriminate in this particular store. Employees are selective in whom they assist. How many times does one have to ask for help? Every time I have gone into this store the employees are rude. I’m not going to tolerate it anymore. I’ll purchase my Apple products directly from Apple from now on.
The website states they are taking walk-in at the location but we me and my companion walked in they said they would not be able to see us without a appointment. All the while there was 5 plus employees just waiting leaning up on the table not helping anyone. Then they promptly invited us leave and come back tomorrow.

I was hesitant to come to this store after reading the reviews for this store but since it was the closest to us this memorial day weekend we took a chance. My daughter just got her very first phone ever and was a little too excited to get started with its use, needless to say she locked her phone causing it to be disabled. We were one of the first customers there this past Sunday, the staff was super friendly and the gentleman who helped me and my daughter was amazing. He helped us with all our questions and even helped me reset my password to get her account set up. I will definitely be coming back. So happy we stopped by.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes and counting, and there’s several employees just standing around. Only one employee was good enough to ask if I have been seen. The rest are not paying attention. I’m not changing this review until next time I visit and I see more order from employees.
I called online to order an iPad (8th gen) from 1 shop. They apologized and said the only available 1 for pick up same day is all the way in Chula Vista. I said thats okay its an urgent purchase. I was able to pay over the phone and place a guaranteed hold. When I arrived to the store i was greeted with a mask request and directions to wait in line. I waited about 20 seconds before I was directed to Chris who walked me through the process, showed me other options for add ons, insurance (apple care), without opening the product he showed me the display model and explained the capabilities in terms that i would understand. All in all i might have spent 10-15 minutes max. in the store. It was a perfect first experience at this location. Totally worth the toll road fees. Thank You Chris!
Had to have an appointment. The genius bar didnt know what was wrong with our laptop.
Was in with my 80+ year old mother and I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to come back later that afternoon or tomorrow just to buy an iPad we already knew was in stock and that she wanted. What should have been an easy 5 minute sale turned into lost current and future sales for my family and company.

Took laptop for repair 1hr ago. They said they wouldnt charge my card until it shipped. Dont believe them. It already has their unexpected charge on my card! $600!!!
Went in for trouble diagnosis, walked out with completely erased data on 1 of 2 phones, had I let the”Genius” work on the other it would have been both, All I got was a “we are very sorry this happened” wouldn’t recommend this place at all
Fast friendly service, I stopped in to swap my old ipad mini for a new ipad air, the sales lady was helping ensuring everything was backed up. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the apple buyback could be done in-store. The only negative was probably that the lady who helped me, wasnt as familiar with the products as I wouldve hoped. I was left thinking I had sacrificed a fingerprint reader, on my new ipad only to discover there was one when I got home... thankfully.

Defective Apple X screen. Replaced once for free because myself and many more sold a lame product for $1,000 plus tax. Replacement screen lasted less than a year.. took it back and they said “tough luck” can’t help anymore. Apple X was suppose to be an investment. It’s not giving the ROI I expected. Have a Samsung S8 that’s still going strong and has a usb-c 😆Next buy won’t be Apple. Samsung might not have the “flair” that apple does but at this point in my life I’m opting for the practical choice.Upgrading to a Samsung. Bye for now apple.. it’s been nice but I’m out :)

Excellent service even with the COVID. Showed up at the time instructed when I purchased my laptop online. Walked up to the worker outside the store. Worker scanned my barcode and I waited approx. 1 minute before being instructed to go to inside to booth #1 and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Well done and organized, Apple!
Good location, exactly what you can expect from an apple retail location
I took my laptop for a repair and got it back and the screen was scratched. Took it so they can fix their mistakes and now I havent had a laptop for 14 days. Called the repair center and was told that the store took more than a few days to ship it.

If possible I would prefer to rate negative 3 stars. My wife had an appointment with the genius bar to replace her iPhone SE 2020 which I just purchased last April. After several sessions with Apple techs over the phone we, my wife and the techs, finally narrowed it down that there are issues with the touch screen sensitivity. We were told that the phone will be replaced. They offered to mail one but I would be charged full price until I return the defective phone. We were also offered an appointment at an Apple Store. We chose the later because it would be quicker. At the store they mentioned that it was required to run diagnostics again. After the tests we were informed that they do not replace phones but instead repair them. I told the tech and the manager at the store that we were told that the phone was to be replaced. They said the policies over the phone are different from the store. The very reason we went to the store was to facilitate the return. How can a company policy be different just because the location is different? Should not the policy apply companywide? Very little was done to accommodate our request. In fact, they stated that we should try calling Apple and instead do the exchange by mail. We are very disappointed by this whole experience. I am a android user and my wife and kids have been convincing me to switch. Today just reinforced my point that I should continue to use android. I do not look forward to another disappointing experience.

Wanted to see the latest iphones in person and get information on them. The apple representative at the front door said its too much trouble to let me in, and I should just look up the info online. I will be contacting apple hq to get clarification on why I was turned away at the door. Made me feel like I was not welcome at the store.

Amazing staff, a real investment in providing knowledgeable people who care about their customers. Makes paying the premium price on their products more tolerable, as long as affordability is within reach. They should be careful in occasionally lagging behind their competitors products and services.

Ive been to this apple store multiple times and Ive had a horrible experience EVERY TIME. It is shocking to me. Any other Apple store Ive had the best customer service. This store lacks good management. The associates always do their best, but management has horrible customer service skills. I once waited 5 hours to have my Mac looked at and left on my own because the store was closing. And today my sales associate wouldnt help me put on my replacement screen protector because of management on the floor, Jeremy said so. I understand my screen protect was not purchased at Apple but for the past two years I have always had help on putting on replacement screen protector. I go to the Apple store for professionals, otherwise I would put on the screen protector myself. This stores management needs to learn how to better serve customers. My friends and my family will never go to this store again.

I love my boy christian he’s an amazing worker and I recommend he gets a raise. He was very helpful and always in a happy mood. He gets a 5 star rating, however I scheduled an appointment, and like every appointment was on time. However my appointment wasn’t being handled until 20 minutes later. I don’t see the point of an appointment if when I get there I’m not considered a “priority.” Please apple try to make an appointment a priority, my time is just as valuable as yours, I don’t waste your time, please don’t waste mine.
Ralphs has Boars Head capicola and that is my favorite lunch meat all time. It is delicious just with some mayo and provolone cheese. On a good Italian roll. Extra delicious you should try it sometime. Most people I know when they tried for the first time they have a shocking look on their face.

I have in the past visited this store often to make purchases, but this last visit was disappointing, I made my purchase and after making my purchase I was directed to a different table. As I sat waiting for my receipt and instructions, the receipt finally came but was placed on the table and not near me. I noticed that a man sat down opposite of me with two employees and it appeared that the customer was attempting to take a picture of my receipt. I look at the man and quickly pickup my receipt and ask a the employees what was going on? They all state that the man was getting a screen protector. Im thinking, how is it that the man is getting a screen protector but the phone is in the mans hand pointing/scanning his phone at my receipt and purchases.
I had appointment had to wait 30 min past appointment time. The person that came to help me had no desire to. He had no idea what he was doing and could not answer any of my questions. It was like someone had hung me upside down and was peeling my skin thats what it was like dealing with this moron
Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have experienced in ANY store. The only time I have had a problem in an Apple store. I paid for 2 Apple watches online, so I could pick them up quickly. I received an appointment and a confirmation email from Apple to pick up in the store at 6 pm. At 9 pm I still had no watches. Even though I had prof of my credit card being charged and 2 emails saying I could pick up. The employee trying to help me was on hold with Apple for 45 minutes. Another customer was having the same problem next to me. The store manager just told me it was not his fault and made no attempt to make anything right. So after spending $1300.00 I was told there was nothing they could do. Worst store and managers I have ever experienced. Apple should be ashamed of this store.
Amazing sanitary guidelines and very effective appointment system!
The security guard was extremely rude and gave me faulty information about appointments. I wanted to buy a new iMac . I have a trade in and went to the store with my old one for both trade in and for data transfer. I didnt buy online because I had a question about getting a larger hard drive on the new iMac and was not sure if they were still transferring data or if I had to do that myself because of COVID-19. The security guard asked if we needed help and when I told him I wanted a new iMac he said to go online and make an appointment which was fine. But then when I said I also had one question to ask he told us that no questions were allowed and we had to go online and buy the product and then show up to pick it up, Apple doesnt answer questions. While he was saying all this he he kept getting more upset for no apparent reason. I said that was okay and walked away. I went online and one of the choices was to set up a 15 minute appointment to talk to a specialist in the store about the product you are interested in purchasing. I made the appointment and also contacted Apple to make sure that it was okay to ask someone about hard drives and migrating the data from my old iMac which they said was fine and perfectly normal. If Apple stores are going to have their security guards greet customers and answer questions they should maybe think about training them in store procedures and protocols first.

I stood waiting at the Genius Bar for 30min before someone approached and offered to help. I’ve had better experiences in other locations.

Although i am not an Apple fanboy, i do actually like their products a lot.They are usually sleek looking, operate the way that they should, and i rarely have any issues with them. I love how my iphone, airpods, and apple watch just function and look great doing so.This store is great although it is a little crowded. What i do like is that when you check in at the front, you do have to wait for a few minutes. Its all good though because they are very fast and efficient.I would go back to this location again!!!
Absolutely terrible costumer service. We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to greet us. One of the employees looked at us and then walked away. We had to look for someone and greet someone ourselves, the seemed to have a lot of attitude. All the while, there was very little costumers.
Well I got what I had ordered. And thats the only thing I got, as far as good customer service it was severely lacking.I walked in, was not greeted. And I ended up sitting at a table for about 10 minutes and I finally asked somebody. Am I in the right place to get my pick up? And I was informed no.That I was supposed to check in at the front entrance.However nobody ever greeted me. And then I was given a name of an associate and I want over, stood right in front of him, address him by name and was totally ignored.And another associate had overheard and she came over immediately and asked me how she could help.And I showed her my order number and she initiated that. But as for a professional Persona that is expected of a company like Apple. Considering their products are not cheap at all. It was non-existent at that location.
ZACK! ZACK! ZACK! ZACK! I tried several ways to unlock activation lock added by my son. I was getting ready to pay $75.00 to a phone guy to unlock it, but decided to try Apple Store first. I contacted IT and they set me up with an appointment. I waited 25 minutes after appointment time and it took Zack all of 30 seconds to unlock it! Sweet guy with a lot of patience for a very grumpy and unhappy woman because of locked phone. I cried because I was so HAPPY!!!! Saved me a whole lot of headaches and heartache. Good thing I had original paperwork :)

Always had to take the 125 toll road to get there. due to a defective toll booth debit card swiper, I would get a ticket for non-payment every time. but the store was always great and staff very helpful.

The staff member that assisted me was very friendly and helpful, I purchased a cover for my ipad. The store layout was as expected for an apple store, clean and very streamlined. I did not have to wait, there seemed to be a lot of employees on to help customers.
This place is always busy. It’s a hit and miss with the staff. Most of those kids are amazing but others, I wonder if they got some different training. Make appointment before you go for a repair.

I was visiting my son in Chula Vista and he took me to the Apple store in Chula Vista to help me with my iPhone. I went to the AT&T store in Colorado before I left because I was having problems receiving text messages, receiving or making phone calls, and the battery was not holding a charge. The AT&T rep just wanted me to upgrade my phone! They were no help at all, telling me there was a problem with the battery, but the phone was only six months old! Not once did he tell me to take it to the Apple store, as it was still under warranty!The rep at the Apple store made me an appointment and told me to come back in 45 minutes. They referred me to the Genius Bar where I was helped by Daisy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there for two hours while she backed up my contacts and pictures. She was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it!!! My phone is working better than ever! The manager and all of the other staff in the store were very friendly. Daisy really went above and beyond for me!! Glad my son took me to the Apple store!!
Chris was so very helpful he fixed the problem I had with my phone, he was very intelligent, quick and understanding. He took the time to investigate my iPhone found the solution super quick and helped me with getting my phone back to normal...which gives me peace of mind.
I came here last week, I was having a HORRIBLE day and to top it all off my phone stopped working. They told me there was a 3 hour wait, I almost cried. This guy in particular (I’m sure you could see in my face i was having a bad day) approached me and made sure I was taken care of ASAP! The staff here went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue. I’m so bad with names so i forgot there names but honestly best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The Apple Store is simply overwhelming. Like a Costco on Sunday at 1pm. I get it, employees want to be super cool and laid back with you. But you dont have to keep asking me if I need help and pretending we have been friends for years.
The customer service here is terrible. They never have appointments available online unless it’s in the middle of a weekday, so basically all the free loaders who don’t have jobs can get in, but us hard working Americans can’t. The staff are also inconsistent in the information they tell people, one technician says something and another technician says something else. Also, they definitely pick and choose who they are going to help. I had to wait 3 hours for my appointment and while waiting I sat amd watched as one technician sat and flirted with some girl, but the kicker is, he wasn’t her technician! A little later after he was talking to her another technician came up and said he was going to help her! So what the heck was the first technician doing? Wasting time, time he could be helping someone not flirting. Ridiculous!
