Today I came in to repair my iPhone 7 and the guy there name Steven fixed my phone and he was a very nice person really helped me out and gave me really good service and also fixed my phone pretty fast 10/10 great store would really highly recommend to come in and repair your phone here or to even buy a phone case, chargers, screen protector anything related to phone this store has it.

Steven was in charge of repairing both of my phones, and I can say that it was excellent work! I felt satisfied with the fixing from the inside and outside of the phones (Batteries, screen, etc.). I highly recommend this place. It can be expensive the work he does. Depending on the phone, generation, and the tools he needs. However, I believe that it is fair for the effort that he places. He will also work with you to solve any concerns that you may have. Steven cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to help. I might go back again to buy accessories for the phones. As to anyone looking for a professional attitude and work, this is the place to go.

Terrible service. I visited there location this morning to find a sign saying,”be back in 15 minutes” with a phone # attached. Real professional! Why would I visit a cell phone repair shop and call, when my phone doesn’t work! That is just pathetic. Never visiting this shop again.

We have visited AtoZ twice to have our iPhones repaired and we have been extremely satisfied with repairs and with their excellent customer service. I don’t hope to be back lol but if our phones need to be repaired for any reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else. :)

Poor service quality and overpriced.

My daughter fell on her phone, that was in her back pocket. This shattered the screen of her iPhone - the phone worked, but the screen needed replaced. The very nice young guy, the tech, was able to remove and replace the screen for under $100, plus add a screen protector for free. (She had not put one on her phone before.) We were happy, since Apple said they charge $169, and no free protective screen. Highly recommend, and we were sent there by our phone service company - they said A to Z was the only company they recommend.

Great service ⭐️ quick & easy

I went in with a issue with my IPhone 7, I had done a factory reset and unfortanley the home button was broken. I needed my home button to work to unlock my phone.I had been told at various places there was nothing that could be done only going to the Apple store, coming here was the best decision. I was helped right away, he was super friendly, was able to unlock my phone and put the temporary home button (so I didn’t need to replace parts) I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was so happy that he was able to do it! As I am about to pull out my wallet he says, “don’t worry, it’s free.” I couldn’t believe it, I thanked him a million times. I will never take my phones anywhere else. Staff is friendly, educated about their products and had me in and out fast! FIVE STARS!

Dropped my phone and cracked the corner of my screen. Everything worked perfectly fine, the phone, the speaker and the camera. Took it to get the screen changed, prices are reasonable. When I got my phone back the camera didnt work. Took it back and they claimed it wasnt their fault and that it was the phone. How is that my camera worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off and now doesnt work after they changed the screen? I should have just left the screen cracked. Never going back !!

Walked around the mall getting quotes for repairing my iphone 6s screen and this location was the cheapest by far. The staff was really helpful, I believe the girls name was Brenda. I even was able to purchase a tempered glass from them, at a very affordable price, and the best part is that the staff installs the screen protector once the phone has been fixed. Definitely coming back!

Completely awful service. I came here to have my cracked screen fix only to leave the store with a completely broken phone and guess what THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. They replaced it with a scratched ass phone with a horrible battery. The guy who was supposed to fix it broke a chip and tried to blame the fault on me. so if I were you, just go to a different store people. SOMEWHERE WORTH IT.

Very good service.These guys are awesome !! I have an LG g4 phone in which the headset pin was half broken into the headset jack because of that i couldnt use my headphones. I searched online and called many places but many of them said you have to replace phone or you have to spend $55 to get new jack. I decided to buy a new phone and went to bestbuy in Miramesa, the guy at bestbuy told me to go to atoz wireless parkway plaza . I drove 20 miles and went to atoz wireless ..explained the situation, the guy TYLOR with smiling face said dont worry give me 5 minutes its very simple fix, he opened the phone and removed that broken pin within 5 minutes for FREE of charge.
