I had a box with around 20-25 envelopes, I didn’t need a receipt, and asked if I can drop them off, “no receipt needed”. The Asian lady told me that they were too many, and the Mexican kid told me to take them to a machine that was inside the building to scan them to get a receipt, I repeated “I don’t need a receipt, they’re already paid. Then he told me to place them inside the mail box that is also inside the building, Well, the box was almost full that some of my envelopes didn’t fit, they were posters 11x 14, so I returned to the counter and told them, they don’t fit. (They didn’t like that, because they had to take them at the counter. I asked them if they were going to leave today, he said yes, that at 5:30 they pick up the mail, forgot to mention, I went there around 4:40 pm, and said that I need them to leave today or I can take them to the Otay Mesa, FEDEX office, where I have dropped several times more than 60 or more, and never had a problem before, over there at the Otay Office, they just tell me “Just put them over there or over here, since I don’t need a receipt. With a very nice attitude, sorry, buy I’m a 65 yr old retired, who served for 35 years at Rite Aid. I don’t think their manners were the right ones for customer service.
Terrific staff and very nice, spacious store with several work stations and plenty of computer work stations. Id drive extra distance to do business here. Very pleasant experience all around.

Very pricey, asked the sales associate to bring over the manager, or supervisor just to make sure the prices were correct. She refused and told me that it’s right. If she had nothing to worry about, why wouldn’t she bring her boss over to check?

Hey werent helpful and they told us to use a 55 cent per minute program then they told us after we had spent about 5 minutes that we could do it for free on the printer then when we went to the printer it was 49 cents per scan.
Submitted a document for printing via the obnoxious, multi-step online system which requires setting up an account and pre-payment for services. For some reason instead of printing the file as I sent it (with comments and tracks changes) they printed it without. So the document does not meet my needs. Only realized this when I got home and was about to start my work. I requested a refund or reprint, but I guess they only care about customers spending big money there? No problem, Im going back to UPS .
Edward is the man!! He and the rest of the staff took a challenging print job and turned it around in less than 24 hours. Rest assured if you go here they will work with you 100% to make something youre extremely happy with.Our wedding invitations are saved, and Edward deserves a raise!
In shipping presents out for Christmas, Stephen was so helpful! He actually made a box for me so that I wouldnt have to pay a significantly higher price for a larger box that would of had so much empty space in fitting my gifts. Stephen really made my day twice with two rounds of shipments!
These guys take forever compared to UPS. I only use their service if its a last resort. They arent very helpful. My package was delivered but they said they couldnt help me because the tracking didnt update. Came back after speaking with tech support. They dont value customers and are unprofessional. I always see them pretending to work. What a joke.

Have been coming here for over 2 years with great service. The men and some of the women are good, but last time was a deciding experience. Shall never return. Stood waiting in line and after 20 minutes watching others called to the counter I turned and walked away with my big parcel. I can mail it elsewhere.

I have been there many times since its the closest and most convenient Fed Ex to me. However, most of the time, the staff fails to provide prompt and friendly service. It doesnt matter what day or time of the week I have been there, the place is not that busy and the employees take their sweet time to take care of customers, and once they do, they take a long time to process whatever service we request.
These guys sent a package back to sender that I had waiting at their store for pickup. Way disappointed and distraught.They were supposed to hold the package for 15 days but sent it all the way back across the country after just a day and a half. I already had to have this package redirected closer to me before this happened. Now I have to wait for it to get all the way back, and for the other party to ship it all the way back to me again. FedEx shipping wont redirect a package on its way back to sender. Pathetic.

This was absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had at a shippong place. They were professiknal, kind, helpful, proactive and courteous. My service person was Stephen, but they were ALL like that!
It seems that today is a good day, fully staff all register are attended, 3 people at the floor helping out. I did not have to wait in line for more than 5 mins. I also needed to use the restroom and they have people to help me out unlocking the restroom door.
The employees working at the time of my visit were so involved in their conversation that they couldnt take time to help me. Customer service was non-existent. I was directed to the self service counter which I found infuriatingly unhelpful. I did my best and then called FedEx customer support on my way home from the store to be sure that what I had done was going to work for me.
Was great experience. The staff was really helpful. I had two big stacks of paper after I made copies and they gave me boxes to hold it all. Would definitely go again.
Over the weekend i rerouted a package from being delivered to my address; to instead being delivered to this FedEx office which Ive used before. To my surprise a person (an actual human being) called me to tell me my package was ready. Its a pleasant surprise when you call someone and get a person instead of a machine, and we are all used to automated services calling us with information like this, but to have a person actually call you was a big deal to me. Im old school and really appreciate good solid customer service. They dont have to do this, they are going out of their way to do it. :) You can tell a lot about a business when they do things for you that they dont have to. Thx Carolyn @ east H!
ALEX, working at 344 E H st. location in Chula Vista did a WONDERFUL job. I was in a hurry and he helped me printing some flyers I needed urgently. He was very supportive and, not only very nicely listened to my needs, he was THE ONLY ONE being able to speak Spanish. Received horrible customer service yesterday 8/5/19 7pm at this fedex store in Chula Vista Terra nova by employee Barbara.She was very rude and instead of trying to help me with my package and do the right thing of to treat your customers right, she instead confronted me with attitude, sass, and making fun of the situation.Only one employee a younger lady has helped me well in past transactions and treated me well with previous packages, that I’d rather have spoken to her.As a FedEx customer, this older lady Barbara is a disgrace and “Horrible” employee to Fedex for hiring such a person with no morals and no right mind into providing such said as “great customer service”, more like the “worst customer service” Fedex.I went to a different Fedex location after this conflict and the employee Alex at other location in downtown were helpful and took care of me like the right customer service should same day 8/4/19 at 7:30pmI am probably going to be calling your 1800GoFedex number to report Barbara person but I also wanted to leave a bad rating here.I hope you guys see this, as a company like yourself have people like this working for you that make me not want to continue business with you and spread the word about the way I was treated at this location.
Came here to the H Street location to mail out a 4in x 4in x 20in package to a location in Michigan. First they tell me that the box I had it in was unacceptable and that I would have to purchase one of their boxes. They put my package into another box for a charge of $8.99. After putting in the addresses they tell me its going to cost $41 to mail a 4.1 lb box, of which 1.5 lbs was the weight of their box they said I had to use. It would have cost me just over $50 to send a 2.5 lb item. I just sent a 25 lb Bass guitar in its case, which measured 50in x 20in x 5in, through USPS for a cost of $51. What the hell FedEx?

Rude staff. Seems that they dont want to be in there. I alwats go there because it is convenient and I am teying to be nice with the staff I always greet them but they dont respond. Next time Ill go there, Ill just do mybthing and leave without saying anything. And one more thing dont ask them to assist you if you dont want yiur day to be ruined.

I walked in here at 9:45 pm on Dec.10th to ask about prices and then actually ship some framed artwork. There were two customers already in the store being helped by two different workers. The male customer being helped by the female employee, was being kind of rude, so I made extra careful to respond with no problem, take your time. when told it would be a little longer before she could help me.When she was able to help me, she was nice enough, but after I was told about how much it would be and how long it would take to ship, I was also told that she couldnt provide the service she quoted me for because her shift was almost over. After I requested to see if the only other remaining employee could help me in fulfilling the quote, I was told he was too busy and wouldnt be able to get to it until closer to midnight if even then.I even asked if I could just pay for the job and leave it with them so that they could get to it when they could. I was told they couldnt charge me until after it was fully packaged and weighted. Which is weird to me because my frame was about 3 pounds and she quoted me for 5 pounds and I was fine with that price, so what gives?They would have rather I wait until he was good and ready to help me, which I was told would be near midnight, despite the fact that I am the next customer physically standing in front of them being asked what they could help me with. Cruddy experience, going to use any other company than fedex for my shipping needs now.
I went there a couple weeks ago to help out with return USPS. The man that helped me was very helpful give me the right size box. I will go back there again I will not to go to the post office I will come here.
Amy (the manager she claims to be) wanted to open my packages to verify they were properly packed... I always ship in other Fedex locations but wanted to give this a try.... she was so unhelpful and a time waster as she didnt let me ship, as she claims its Fedex Policy to verify the contents and verify its properly packed... of course they are seeing the $$ symbol in each client as she suggested 3 inches of bubble wrap.. when of course they sell overpriced shipping supplies.... 3 inches of bubble wrap to pack a computer is what she suggested... bubble wrap?? have you ever seen how they pack tvs ? well... they use Styrofoam and she didnt let me use it !! I ship in different locations and this is not standard procedure... however she claims it is... I left the store telling her I do ship in other stores without any problems... well guess what she did ? she took it to a personal level and called the closest store I went to... and I noticed the whole thing... of course I asked the lady that was attending me at the new location if it was Amy and she couldnt deny... I called Amy to at the Fedex Store to tell her I would put a big complaint as thats not what you do... you are supposed to be helpful and do your job not having a police officer complex.
I had to scan a few documents, their staff was kind in helping me use their scanner. Also, I had some stuff to ship across the country and wasnt sure how it should be packed, a guy named Juan could see I looked clueless and offered to help us by packing it for us.
My experiences with this FEDEX office has been GREAT. Always helpful and very courteous. Great staff of people.

Literally the worst place ever do not waste your time. I wasted so much time there they want you to pay extra for products because they are out of stock and then machines are broken. Went here three times for one project and still never got it done. Left very upset and just a waste of so much time
This review is for their printing services. I needed to print some mock up designs for some brochures i wad working on for a client. During my first visit checking for paper and print quality i worked with Matt. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different paper qualities sixes and best options for what i wad looking for. The next day when i went in to print my work i worked with a girl (who shall remain unnamed) She not only didnt understand what i needed, had no idea about the paper i asked for (which wad the one Matt showed methe daybefore) and required that i spoon feed her everything even choosing the printer to click on her own computer and how to make sure when she printed she didnt leave the fit to page option so my files printed how they were meant to print, but she proceeded to say she had to charge me an additional fee for having to open more that 5 files. When i asked why that was she didnt even bother responding, she just shrugged. I dont mind paying for services i am requesting, i understand its a business and they need to charge. However this opening more than 5 files fee seemed pretty ridiculous so i pressed on and asked if it was because opening my 7 pdf files was taking up their memory space or what. She proceeded to say i dont know why, we just charge that it was only $5 and at this point i didnt have time to go elsewhere so i agreed. By the time it was time to pay the girl had to look through their little code book to find the infamous more than 5 files fee and was unsuccessful she then proceeded to go ask 3 different members for what the code was and all 3 of them had no idea what charge that was. She still charged me the additional $5. My prints came out well, the paper quality and print quality was fine and the location is really convenient. However they need to train their people on customer service and how to use their equipment.
Most of the staff are nice and helpful. After coming to this location for months, now they arent anle to print my docs GOD I miss staples.
Would give 0stars but thats not an option, the white and fat lady in the counter treated me like I killed her family or something. When I told her this service was unavailable, she replied with (sigh) what is unavailable and sounded like she wanted to fight me.

Awful. After a long wait, the store owner charged me a $2 surcharge for making a copy from a usb. Failed to mention this before going ahead with service. What should of been fifty cents came out to be 3dls. Nickel and dimed. Overly priced and UNFRIENDLY customer service.
Service was really slow. Customers that came in after me got helped before I did. Finally I got a computer to print my resume. Quality of print was very poor. At .49 cents a print, it should have been perfect. Very disappointed
Bad service everyone, it seems that they do not like their work always have a bad face to answer especially the guy who is on the counter, thin not very tall. I have to go to this store because I stay near my house. But every time I go it is the same either in the morning or in the afternoon. 😠.It is necessary to talk with your employees about why they are not happy in their work.
Went for a pickup and was told they didnt have my package (they actually did). Had to wait over the holiday weekend for confirmation of the shipping information. After the weekend, called back, and after saying again they didnt have it, they checked and yes, they did. Went a few days later to pick up the package, and it has been returned.Due to their mistake, Im out time, money, and worry for my poor grandmother who shipped me a Christmas gift. Wont be coming back to this store, or FEDEX as a whole unless they make this right.

This store is very unhelpful. Apparently the store manager has gotten in trouble for her poor business practices, so now she is taking it out on the customers. This store would not let me ship out my TV or my computer monitor, even though both were in their original boxes and original factory packaging, including custom-molded styrofoam compartments. The store manager wanted me to pay extra money to have the store employees pack my items for shipping. This is highway robbery. She claimed that my boxes would not withstand shipping, even though both had been shipped by other FedEx stores without complaint. I am never going to use this store again.

Bad customer service, I called for information on a delivery that could not be specified and left a note on the gate which only has DT (door tag) I do not know whos name or where only the house # comes from and online only You can put the track #, for that reason I called them and the woman who answered, first said she did not understand what I was saying, I created that by my accent, but later she refused to look for the information she was asking by saying that I I could do it online. What kind of service is this, if they dont like their work they stay at home.
