What a hidden gem. Small space and social distancing was enforced yet we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Well definitely use their services again.

Came 3 mins before closing time, doorWas open, step to get my purse right in front of store, came back & guy closed the door on me and didn’t say anything, I understand I came late cause fedex doesn’t do po address so I came here, and I really needed to ship my mail . Just going to go to ups for services, they close later & customer service is good

Dont expect them to pay for their mistakes, I mailed out a letter that needed stamps. They mailed it out after weighing it and charging me for the amount of stamps only for it to be returned! It said it needed twenty more cents for postage but since they are not the mail service they wanted to charge me sixty! It was unacceptable, so instead I got charged more to mail it out again instead of reimbursement or money off to mail it out. It was only three dollars but how unfortunate that they rather not help the customers for their screw up is abhorrent. Usually, they give good service and this is the first trouble I had but it was more memorable to me.

Did UPS or FedEx drop off your items at this store on East H st because they couldn’t deliver to your home? Make sure Mariana does not sign for you until you check your boxes for any damage or missing items. I made the mistake of letting Mariana sign for me and then when I noticed one of my boxes was opened and missing an item, her manager Luz told me to take it up with the driver and tried getting me out of the store. Completely unprofessional and didn’t even offer to deny the package and return it to the sender how THEY received it.

I love this place. We have a P.O box there and we live in Georgia.( Husbands in the military) Will be back in two years that is why we need our p.o box. Anywho the employees are great to me when I call them on the phone.I call them all the time to forward my mail 😁 and theyre so polite and professional. Thank you guys, you guys rock. You deserve a raise 😆

You better make sure your merchant does not miss suite number on packaging label or else you will be barked at by franchisee at this location.

Please review audio from today at 2:15. I came in to pick up 2 boxes and I was treated with horrible service. Very cutthroat service. The lady with darker hair! I am very upset on how a business looking to do business treats people like that. I at no point was rude. I will never ever do business there. No wonder there going out of business. Horrible service! There is a fedex place in the same plaza, I will take my business there. She has no right to treat customers like that.

Small business owner, frequently comes here to ship my goods off, Ever since the COVID 19 issue started My routine has been the same id organize the shipping labels to the packages in my car, walk in, all I needed is some tape to close a box and one of the associates told me that I needed to do that at home. Like I come to the postal annex for help packing and shipping and that’s what you’re going to tell me that’s part of what this business is supposed to be. All of a sudden there’s an issue with me coming to do just that. I’ll take my business else where

Went there to mail a certified package today. The young man was cool, nice attitude, but he seemed like he was learning and was new. The chick however, knew what she was doing,but was quite impatient. She kept sighing while she was helping me. Her responses were short and unfriendly. After it was all said and done, I paid $12 to send something the post office charged only $1.68 the week before. The post office is more worth it if you ask me...

Had an Excellent experience with Terra Nova Postal Annex Sunday 1/24/16. I had Clients come into town that morning from LA, they needed to get a Document notarized & only had Sunday morning to get it done before they had to head back to LA. Luz the Office Manager came in on her day off to open the doors for us & help us out. How many people would do that on their day off. Thank you Luz for helping us out! Truly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Diana is the notary at this location and has the worst customer service!! She even told me that the owner has instructed her to treat customers in this manner, incredible. Stay away from this place! Terrible

I dont know why there are so many negative reviews. Luz is absolutely amazing. I move too much, and she made me feel comfortable with getting my mail at a PO Box.. She always called me even when I didnt have a box to make sure I got my mail. She is wonderful. And I just had help with Antonio to box up and put the labels on correctly to return my items with no hassle, quick and easy. Theyre amazing.

I was afraid to visit this store location after seeing the reviews that reflected a bad reputation for the store.But to my surprise, the experience was absolutely great. The woman who helped me was very polite and helped me with everything I needed. She was fast and efficient. I will return to this store location for future services.

I tried to scan and send a very urgent document via this branch but found out the next day that the document was not attached, which was a big unconvenience as I was stuck at work and they said there was nothing that could do to help.
