This store is different than other Costcos. Its for businesses. But if you want an entire lamb or a large cut of meat, Theyve got it. Everything for restaurants and retail stores. Loved that it wasnt full of people. Easy to get what you need and check out.

Lots of great stuff in large quantities. Got tri-tip, New York steak, and pork loin chops. All great quality and cooked up delicious! Lines are usually long so go early on the weekdays if you can.

They have great sales. Some items are a little over-priced, others are great deals. You really have to be discerning in your choices.Everything from clothes, pajamas, boots, socks and childrens clothing.If youre tired, shopped out and not up to making dinner... they have all beef hotdogs, pizza and refreshments.If youre not a fan of the hotdogs or pizza; there is (usually) rotisserie chicken. You just cant go wrong at $4.99! Flavorful, juicy and already prepared!It may not be gourmet, but it will push back the hunger pains.

Garden center is incredible. Ive never been in a Costco that had a dedicated garden center. A fairly small wine selection, for California.

Awesome place to get seasonal items and household appliances. Food here is great from the produce aisles as well as the cafe that has made itself a name. Prices are great considering the high quality items the store provides. 10/10 would recommend-it is worth the membership.

We visit costco quite often with my family. We love it because its a all in one stop, from food, to electronics to clothing to jewelry. And their Kirkland brand is top notch!! Our dinners are based on what we get at costco like pork chops,, or cheeses and cheeseburgers, and all the wines, we pretty much leave most of my paycheck here :)

Not horribly busy for a Saturday afternoon, but still having to wear masks and they ran out of toilet paper. Staff was friendly and their pizza delicious as always!

After the last visit to this store, I decided that I would not go there anymore. I asked for a paper box to put the purchased items there. Nevertheless, the assistant cashier, Eric, refused me this, saying that to take a box for the things I bought is ridiculous. In addition, he said that I can bend myself if I really want to and get the box from under the cashier by myself. he looked at me with such hatred as if I asked him for something unusual. if boxes are not provided for all things then Costco should make a list for which things boxes are provided. Well, I think that this assistant cashier just wanted to discriminate against me. Of course, I don’t really need a paper box. Just wanted to take it for convenience, I just don’t like to have things fall under the front seat while driving. At the same time, it doesnt seem to me that my request was such that I could get such a rude answer. Thank God in this area there are many other stores whose employees are more friendly. Nevertheless put 2 stars because I used to love to go to this store

Havent been in a Costco for a few years, price here are awesome compare to Target or Walmart. Unfortunately many things are sold in bulk package and if youre single and dont require items in bulk a membership might not be worth it. I went today after our morning hike/walk with my married friend who have a memberships. The organic extra virgin oil in 2 liters size is a bargain and the quality bargain produces.

It wasnt Costcos fault, but the lines were REALLY long during peak hours, upwards of 30 minutes just to check out. Store is clean, product is orderly, staff is as helpful as they can be with so few. Food court is solid and affordable, as always. Highly recommend, but if your short on time, make sure you go when it isnt as busy.

Amazing prices if you don’t mind buying in bulk. Great selection of high quality products- if it’s a good food item chances are they have it or will soon. Staff are fast, efficient and friendly. Loads of parking and best gas prices around. Costco just does it right which is why they are so successful.

Everyone knows Costco is always busy. But this Costco is actually pretty good depending on the day and time. If I lived in Roseville Id drive past that Costco to go to this one. But that could be just how busy that one is. 5 stars for customer service, theyre always helpful.

I bought bread. It was moldy.

Busy Saturday afternoon. Not enough checkers operating registers and many employees standing around. I used self check out. Many employees restocking. But it seems lots of normally stocked items not on the shelves. I really disliked other rude customers and glad other patrons spoke up to line cutters. As I was about to say something.

For years gas has always been first and foremost with my family. There is always something new and different floating around in there. Customer service is consistently pleasant and as much as people make fun and joke their quantity paired with the quality products cant be beat. Thank you Costco!

Love shopping here, empty, crowded, I dont care. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff. The best $60 investment I ever made, and they let you add on another person in your home to your account so they get thier own card and go shopping without you if they want. Just re-joined after many year lapse. Have SAMs, but on last trip was out 3 of 4 things specifically went 2get. Not only did COSTCO have all 3, but one on sale & 2nd had P&G rebate offer. Also had the $1.50 hot dog/Coke! Cant beat that!

Very clean store. The greeters and exiting the store the people were very courteous. Always find good deals and the things that I generally buy. Cashiers were very helpful also. Even helping the people with disabilities like me. GREAT Store.

Costco always has wonderful items to look at at a reasonable price. Sometimes I do not buy things there because they are just too large or the quantity is too high otherwise its a great place to shop

Honestly I feel sad for people who dont know the beauty of shopping at Costco. Amazing savings people! Like, do you want 500 ziploc bags right now? No, probably not. But will you use them over the next year and save $$ in the long run? Yes. Yes you will. Love the amazing return policy. Makes me feel confident to try new products on a whim. And they have self checkout now! So awesome.

The self check out addition to Costco is an interesting change. Unlike many things they do they really missed the boat here. There are no scanning guns on the self check out so you have to pick up each item run it through the register and place it back on the table then pay and place it back into the cart. Why wouldnt I just leave it in the cart and let the person scan it all with their gun.Clearly the man who came up with $4.99 chicken and a $1.50 hot dog was not heading this committee

I shop at this costco. Customer service is good. Havent had a bad experience here. I get my glasses here as well. Ive been to other Costcos in the area and I like this one the best! Plus, Applebees is in the same parking lot 👍

When the Exposition location was of no help, and the Roseville and Folsom locations were a week out, the Citrus Heights location tire center got me in the next day fir a warranty tire repair. Service team was quick, knowledgeable and courteous.

Staff provided excellent customer service. Helped us purchase a large item and load it into our vehicle. Thank you to the men that helped the two ladies try and squeeze a buffet into a Chevy volt. Lol. By the way it didnt work. We had to rent a Uhaul. They checked on me and offered me water while I waited outside for the Uhaul to arrive. Thanks again.

Most of my goods are from Costco, they make it easy to buy items in bulk and have more for your home. Buy most things in the kitchen, bathroom, almost anywhere else in your house. They are very good on items that you dislike and want to return.

Its like every other Costco - clean, well organized, and massive. The parking lot was chaotic, as per usual.

It was a peaceful shopping trip. A Costco employee brought 4 cases of water up front for me and pushed the cart outside for the loaders to put them in my vehicle. The guys were very helpful and polite. I was using one of scooters for handicapped people otherwise, I would have been required to bring my vehicle to the designated loading zone for them to put the water in my trunk. This is the stores Policy, not the staff.

Tough to beat Costco. Too bad there are not more stores around us the one in Roseville is just wedged all the time. They need to build a store in Rocklin or Lincoln or another one in West Roseville.

All good at this store.. Got in with no issue, clean, got what I wanted, in line to pay for about 4-5 minutes, out, and gone.. Hassle-free... Employees friendly and helpful..

Was able to walk in and get my prescription and walk right back out. One thing that always bugs me is that they put the pharmacy in a store way across the building. Many people go to a pharmacy cuz theyre sick. So lets expose more people to their illness. That has never made sense to me.

TLC eye center is great. Have had my eye exam here for four years in a row. You get good personal care. Not what you would expect from a big box.

Much less busy than Roseville, seems to have a larger selection. The store is bigger too and the staff were very nice. Highly recommend this location.

Love shopping here. Great deals but just watch out, they all add up. Wish theyd bring our favorite Blue Moon beer back. It has been like 2 years since we saw it there.

China owned. And got everyone going to them while the little guys business goes down the tube! We are too defendant on them. What would happen if all of a sudden they were gone. What would we all do. It was set that way.

John at the tire center is SO helpful! My mom had some issues with whoever put the tires on her car previously, and over 4 days of complications, he personally took care of every step. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond to keep my moms car safe!

Please everyone, comment on Costco needing additional gas pumps at this location. The lines to get gas are very long usually blocking traffic trying to get in to Costco to pick up groceries.

Lines can be too long some times. They always have sales on a lot of the same items. I just dont like when I find a good item and they dont carry it any more.

It’s Wednesday and just before closing in the lines are completely full but I think the Costco staff is handling the surge very well.

The store was clean, staff were.helpful but the Mask Nazis at the front door are a little extra ridiculous. Its enough to make me not renew my membership when it renew next month and I have been a member for 20+ years.

They need to clean their registers more often. The company is more interested in making money than cleaning.

Had so much more stuff than the one in Roseville, plus the employees were friendly and happy. And it felt like old times, cause they werent requiring Dr. Faucci masks to just get one thing and go. Its out of the way, by a long shot, but Ill tough it out and go there, over going to the Roseville one.

This Costco has your typical merchandise. In general, Costco has moved towards providing more expensive products that are organic or otherwise specialty, instead of bargain brands, but you know youre going to get good customer service. This location is usually busy, especially during the weekends. Expect to walk a good distance to your car, and to wait in a long line for your hot dog (it moves fast though). The lines for gas can be long during the middle of the day and throughout the evening.

Costco in Rancho Cordova and Citrus Heights is great. Stay away from Roseville. Roseville store is LOUD and overwhelming. We absolutely trust their meats and dog treats.

Just to let you know that I love Costco. This is about the food court. I cannot get an everything Pizza because they are afraid that the vegetables and the Sausages be contaminated with covid-19. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If you are afraid about the virus, then the pepperoni can be contaminated so is the cheese and the doughFor god sakes you are putting the pizza in the oven and that will kill any virus.Please put the Everything Pizza out to the public for us to enjoy it and stop listening to people that graduated from Harvard.. unless this is for a financial reasons other than health reasons.

Friendly and helpful workers. You can find anything you need. Most of times so busy. They disinfect carts and you required to wear mask like everybody else, customers are follow the 6 fit distance and mask rules.

I was helped by an employee who pushed my cart and lifted heavy things onto it for me. She pushed the cart up to the checkout line, waited for me and pushed my cart to the door. I was so grateful. Very seemless.

I like Costco so much. Its cheap, the goods are of first-class quality, and its convenient to return. The service attitude is much better than San Joses Costco store.
