Great prices of course.Very nice staff. But it also seems to attract the less than hygienic population. This of course is not Walmarts fault. Its a societal and governmental problem to address. The store itself is very clean and well cared for. I do appreciate their prices.

Picked up several items. They had them all. Quick in and quick out. Checked out at the pharmacy. No problem. Wasnt very crowded. Help was friendly and helpful. Helped me find what I wanted.

Since covid19 Ive been ordering online & picking up my orders. So convenient & staff is friendly & fast. Most times there are substitutions but you can say you dont want it. Usually there are a few products they are out of. I do miss picking out my fresh produce

1st time being here...came for our J&J 1shot Covid shot...thee pharmacy folks are great!! My mom hasnt been needled in DECADES &the pharmacist had to tell her he was finished (she was covering her eyes) he was good!!! Thank you.

Order through the app and pick up groceries for the win in pandemic times!! My huge orders for my big family and pets come out correct, orders are ALWAYS really on time or early and I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT WHEN WE PICK UP HERE, staff is so fast at this location, I drive by 3 other Walmarts to get to this one for the speed and accuracy. Id give them 10 stars if it were possible!

The associates showed no sense of urgency while customers were waiting to purchase money orders and the machine runs out of paper. I dont mind waiting but I do mind not being acknowledged that I waited. Poor poor customer service manners. Basic people skills while working with the public is you show your appreciation for patience.

I started coming here for my pickups. The staff is awesome. Store almost always has 100% of my requests. Quick to acknowledge and polite when loading my vehicle. Thanks 😊

I like this walmatt because it is close to home but the lines can be ridiculous at times. I wish they had more lanes to help out so we dont have to wait as long.

It has all the same things any grocery store has. This store is extremely busy almost all the time. It does have self checkout which makes the lines go significantly faster and I appreciate that.

All has been just fine till today (Sunday). I am not happy with your new shopper clerks. The push around this heavy cart and they are unable to see store customers as they rush to fill orders. Beware, one almost hit me. Please adjust this system, maybe have them in the front of their carts, so they can see us.

Small and quiet. Perfect for quick stops. Rarely a line. If there isnit goes fast.

Good prices overall but they need to be aware of getting another checker working before the line is too long.

I saw some guy with a clipboard and about 20 different employees around him this morning, I wanted to talk to him about some problems with Walmart, have not done well with the phone support in foreign countries and why do you have to go to foreign countries if the problem is in the same City and I never worked for Walmart. The gal at quick line seemed concerned. The guy with the clipboard and rally knew that the Walmarts had about 250 billion and he assured me that they pay Walmart staff large salaries, dont blame customers for working on there equipment without a proper work order, Walmart Staff does not argue about Electronics with customers and Walmart has never done a plea bargain deal with the Feds on hiring non documented workers in several different states 😀😀😀 I have big confidence in the clipboard guy from Walmart and I hope he has more time to talk to me 🎙️🎙️🎙️🎤🎤📱📱📲📲☎️☎️☎️📞🖨️📞

Its an OLD store not to impressed they had all the facial creams etc locked up, why! A big hastle!!

I will not return to this location. People shopping were not masked. Produce is not top notch. To be fair I did get excellent customer service. Manager seems more concerned about control of bags at check outs, than the operation of the store.

Wish there was a full Walmart here for convenience and an option to Target. As grocery shopping goes this one is well stocked. Has a deli and a pharmacy. I do most of my shopping here even with 2 other options nearby.

Hey There. First of all. Im never the person to make complaints or whine about customer service as I work in customer service. But tonight. As I was one of the last customers of the night along with a couple more individuals. I think they had finally got everyone out. I realized I had left my wallet on the register. After I put all my stuff away in the car. I tried to go back in there. And the gentleman would not let me. He locked door. And as I would try to tell him I left my wallet he was literally shouting through the glass door CONTINOUSLY without letting me talk, We are closed We Are Closed We Are Closed We Are Closed We Are Closed I Dont Know How Many More Times I Have a to Repeat Mydamnself We Are Closed We Are Closed We Are Closed We Are Closed and all the cashiers standing around doing nothing and laughing. I completely understand people work hard and get to go home sometimes as soon as they close. Its a typical Walmart Neighborhood Market but this one is nice for a few reasons, the people here are generally friendlier than other Walmart locations and the store is clean and pretty well stocked for a small location.

Went there to get my shot for the covid19, so I can go see my grandchildren havent seen they in so long.

Pick up workers were super nice and helpful.

Has most items for our grocery list, but usually out of stock of a lot of items on Sundays. Can feel a little dirty some times, but most of the time the shelves are well stocked and organized. Check out times can be a little long, but if you dont have any alcohol to purchase, the self checkout is very fast.

Far better place to shop for groceries than the full-featured Walmart, if for no reason other than the store generally has a lot fewer customers at any one point in time, and the customers that shop there are more likely to be considerate of social distancing and wear masks. They also seem to be more resistant to being completely out of stock of common foods.

Sometimes have the selection that big stores sale out of and nice finds and Mark downs. Small and quick for that in a flash shopping trip. Or load a card get a money order like that.

Im usually in and out relatively quick which is a plus, but some of the employees that work here are just not friendly. Im sure there are some fantastic people that work there, but the times Ive been I havent had the luck of being helped by those people. But, the prices are good for things that you know are more expensive elsewhere. You just dont go there expecting great service.

I come here all the time. Reason being mainly because its super close to where I live and because the customer service. Most of the employees are super friendly. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars though, is because they are typically out of alot of different things I need when I do my big grocery shopping. They are however adding new things to their selections.

I do my grocery shopping online and choose the day and time then go pick it up. No charge! I find, overall, that I save money. Im not pushing the cart around getting distracted by clothes or sales items or things I think I need or food items because Im hungry or something sounds good. Its a good way to shop!

Better than most but the area is in flux at the moment. Citrus Heights is amidst a 10 year renewal project but until then... Expect bums at this Wallyworld. But the stock, staff, and cleanliness is spot on. Well done management. We use the Orangevale store MUCH more often. C+ here at Birdcage (because the panhandling is SO far beyond unreasonable). Drive the extra mile; hit up Orangevale. NO bums, and its a Super not just Neighborhood.

Im so tired of the long lines at Walmart. What ever happened to good customer service? Every time Ive been shopping there in the last six months there were only two cashiers open and six self checks open! I dont like to check my own items because I am disabled. So that forces me to wait in a long line which is very hard physically for me to. Are we close to a time when there wont be any live cashiers at all? I hope not I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They only have oneElec. Shopping cart. This is not acceptable for such a busy market. This store has had problems with enough carts for some time.

A decent little Walmart. The employees will walk away as you approach them, but are quite helpful if you can catch one. Keep in mind however - this is a little store, you may not find everything you regularly buy at the Super Walmart. Deli guy was efficient (translation: does not chit chat). Plenty of self checkout and cashiers for the number of customers.

This Walmart is close to were I live. I usually go through the self checkout. You can get pretty much of what you want. Automotive items, clothes, grocery, office supplies, etc... Its a super Walmart and thats why I usually go there. Customer Service is usually great. I recommend this Walmart!!!
