I have to say I have used quite a few storage facilities and this is by far the best. Super friendly and great service. The units that I have at least have lights in them which is so nice and it’s climate control. That is a big deal to me since I have had to go through storage units in the past in rain or 100* heat and it was miserable. Definitely recommend!!!

Safe and stress-free place! Clean and up kept place to store your belongings. The on-site carts helped to move your things in and out of the storage unit. Raenell was always there to help with questions and very caring. I would highly recommend this public storage.

Raenell and her husband are simply awesome. Ive been renting a unit for several months now at this location. The property is always clean and secure, and they go out of their way to make sure youre well taken care of. As an example, I came to access my unit right when they opened. I had heavy items and was looking for a cart. I circled the lower level, and when I got back to my vehicle, a cart had magically appeared. Raenell popped out from a hallway a minute later. She had seen me on the cameras and knew all the carts were on the upper floors. She brought one down for me. Very sweet thing to do. If we werent moving out of California, my wife and I would probably keep a unit here forever.

I found Raenell to be professional, educational to those who have never rented storage units before. She took the time to explain all details of where, when and why. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The Property management team at this location has been very helpful. Even with the Covid Pandemic. I had lost my job, advised them of it and they allowed me time each month to keep from losing my property. I thank them all and the Site Administration. The mgmt. team was able to locate me another unit within fairly close proximity to my old unit, at a lower monthly rate, a bit smaller but it helped me to recognize what was worth keeping and what I could get rid of. I would recommend this facility to anyone that was need in the Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks area any time.

We accidentally left our unit unlocked (missed on of the holes) unknowingly. The next day, Raenell called to notify us of the incident, and she had added another lock on top to ensure our property was protected until we could swing by and re-lock ourselves. The customer service has been impeccable and we feel that our belongings are always safe in Raenells hands.

Under stress and duress to find a storage unit to facilitate and unexpected and unplanned move, I had the good fortune to connect with Raenell and Cinnamon whose professionalism and excellent customer support reduced the stress level exponentially. These women were considerate, thorough, courteous, and committed to their jobs and had good senses of humor as well, which was a bonus. This is an excellent storage facility. I had friends and family move my stuff into storage.
