An absolutely outstanding business!Allowed me to bring my boat in for a quick diagnostic, which then turned into two hours of small chat and discussion of the boat. Extraordinarily knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Didn’t charge me anything for looking it over as they said they wouldn’t feel right doing so and 100% helped me with my project. Also offered a very inexpensive repair should I not be able to do it myself. Outstanding business would absolutely recommend!

This is the place to bring your boat if you want it right. They do a good job and is a great price. I would give this a 15/5 if I could. Plus there very honest.

Terrible customer service. It took more than 2 months to get our boat half repaired. Took it elsewhere and job was finally finished in 3 days vs the time it sat at this place “waiting for parts” to arrive. While it sat there under rain and sun, our boat got so dingy I had to scrub all morning to get the grime out. Randy may be reasonable in price but terrible at customer service, not even able to answer a phone call for an update on the situation. If you want to know the status, you better drive there to find out in person. I will not be returning to this place.

Do not ever bring your boat to this shop. They do not hold there word at all. The owner randy told me to come back every Tuesday that it my boat would be done for 3 months. He never called us to update us just lied. And when we finally got it back it was still broken. Do not ever bring your boat to this shop unless you want to get ripped off

I have been looking for carburetor rebuild kits for a few days now and either no one has them or they super expensive for my boat. I call these guys and not only do they have 2 in stock they are priced more than reasonable. While getting the parts I need I stand talking to them and they gave me more than enough information to help with fixing my issues. Not only will be going back I’ll be telling all my friends with boats this is the place to go.Thanks again gentlemen,Andrew Brown

I wasnt very impressed with this shop and Pat. The minute I walked in there I felt like an inconvenience. I asked for a motor inspection on my boat. He called me back a day later and said the block was cracked. I have no issues with the diagnosis because I just bought it from a guy and wanted to get it inspected. The issue that I have was the way he spoke afterwards. He spoke in riddles about it without ever telling me anything a boat mechanic should. I asked him how much it would be to fix the problem, and his response was a lot. Finally I asked him to put a number on it and he said 5 grand. After all that he then told me he had no desire to do it because he didnt want the responsibility. Why are you even in business then? Customer service is the biggest improvement needed. Judging from the other reviews Ive seen so far this place is losing a lot of customers.

The owner was really knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to talk with. Look forward to doing business with him.

Dropped off my boat has an older evinrude 50 that would not go full speed, he said it would be a week before he could get to it, by the end of the week he called and said it was good to go, the first chance I got I put it on the water and there is no change it actually runs slower now so I dont know that they did anything to it at all, and what he told me when I picked it up is that its an old motor that I need a new one, well if it had the money for a new one then I would have one lol, so I will not be going back to them, not impressed at all.

Dropped off the Evinrude 15hp, they cleaned the carb, fixed the water pump, and replaced plugs. They got it back to me in about a week at the beginning of boating season. Price was reasonable. Id take it back to them.

Took care of our repair needs quickly and modestly prices.

I will wait to actually rate this business because I am still waiting on my boat! I called and talked to Pat, explained that I was having motor issues (lost compression) and wanted to know how long it would take to fix. He told me 3-4 weeks. So I agreed, and took him my boat very next day. 2 weeks later, I had not herd anything so I called to check progress, Pat tells me he is waiting on a guy to come pick it up to do the internal cylinder work. At no point was I advised that someone else was picking up my boat and taking it to another location, and Pat tells me the guy has been sick but is supposed to get it in another day or 2. I wait almost another week and call to check on it and was told again it would be another day or 2. At this point Im frustrated due to the lack of communication. I registered for a tournament for the end of September and still to this day have no boat. I called today to check on it and Pat tells me the guy has it now. I ask ok, roughly how long does it take this guy to do what he does, and Pats only answer is I dont know. This guy has had no answers for me after I dropped it off, but he was SO quick to tell me during our initial phone conversation it would only take 3-4 weeks and now that my boat is currently being worked on, I feel I have no option but to wait it out. Very poor communication from this business. Now, I will say they quoted me almost 1/2 the cost of what others were going to charge to do this, but well see, and I will rate this accordingly whenever I get my boat back! He told me today when I called that he would contact this guy and find out how long it would take him to finish it and he would get back to me, but he never did call me back. Just another example of poor communication. Youd think if a customer is upset, youd try to at least do a little better with communicating.... but not this guy! Please disregard the 1 star HATED IT rating, because Im not saying I hate it, just wish and hope they make it right, and the boat is truly fixed and runs good when I get it back. Stay tuned......Well here we are weeks later, and still no boat. I keep having to call Pat for updates. I still have no clue where my boat actually is at. He told me last week that the wrong rings were shipped so they were waiting on the right rings to be sent. I asked how much longer, he said by next Friday (which meant today), I called him this morning and he said something about waiting on pistons now. See what I mean, I get a different story from him every time I call.Note to anyone considering taking your boat here, prices may be good, but if you are pressed for time as I was, dont go here. Pat needs to strongly consider getting some one to do his rebuilds that can deliver on time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I left my pontoon with Pat for almost a month with instructions of fix reverse and make it run right at full throttle. He calls me after a week saying come get the boat, hes done all he can do. Put the boat int he water, no reverse and it actually runs worse. Terrible business!!!
