Talk about the best eye care place ever?! I have been going here for 7 years and I just want to start by saying everyone is so welcoming at all times! From the time you walk through the door to the time you leave it is nothing more than warm feelings and a welcoming atmosphere! Thank you all for being the best eye care facility EVER!

My father & I relocated to Clarksville from Nashville. I used to go to the Antioch location which was good. However. I must say Dr Kraft is super personable and informative about your care and eye health. My dad had his reservations because he looks so young but he was more than pleased with his care and raved about him the next day.

I really appreciate the service at Eyecare Plus. Dr. Craft was wonderful as well as Naomi. When I ordered glasses, I asked Daniel so many questions to understand all the options. He was so patient and kind. I have family members who go there as well and like it as much as I do.

Weve been patients at this place for almost 4yrs and they never disappoint. Every time Ive needed an adjustment or my kids break their glasses they fix them no questions asked. The front desk staff always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. My favorite optometrist is the man whose name I can remember at this moment please forgive me. This place is the best. Neat and clean, friendly staff, up-to-date equipment, ability to break down information, willingness to work with you.... Today I went for both contacts and glasses plus exam, and the entire staff was super sweet and were incredibly patient (I was uncaffeinated at my 7a appointment, and slow to grasp instructions but no one seemed annoyed). Plus, the lady who helped me pick out my awesome new frames was willing to take time to help me with payment-related math so I could work with my budget. Honestly, Im just sending everyone here.

Friendly and efficient service. Exam process was smooth and waiting room time was minimal. Big thanks to Dr. Craft. He was patient and made sure that my prescription was perfect. Very happy with my experience.

My family loves the staff here. They were amazing when I had my cornea scratched. I picked them over taking my children to Vanderbilt! I am so glad I did! They are amazing with the children!!

Both my wife and I had an appointment on 5/26. The staff had great customer service and facility is clean and modern. They are also up to date on all equipment which is real nice to see. Doctor Craft was easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend if you are looking for eye care.

Me and my husband both recently visited the Eye Care Plus office in Clarksville. We found the staff to be very professional and helpful throughout our visit. The Doctor was very informative and helped us understand what our issues were and how to have them corrected. We were very pleased with the selection of frames. Glad we changed over to this location!

They were extremely friendly while I was there for my appointment and did great as far as the exam went. Only complaint is every time I go to a new eye doctor I explain I always have the same issue by the time it gets down to making the glasses and voice my concerns. Just like every eye doctor I see this prescription to needs to be changed. It wouldnt be a big deal in my opinion except now I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone except the appointment line so that dont really help me in this current situation. Would be a solid 5 star if communication was actually a thing

I had my first visit at our Eye Care Plus and it was great. The staff was so friendly from the first moment I walked into the office. My assistants who helped me through all the testing was super so kind and so considerate. Dr. Craft was superb. Loved his personality and professionalism. The whole visit was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my experience with them. Made feel welcome. The customer service was excellent. The doctors were great they offered thorough care. Kimberly did an excellent job helping select my frames and making sure my glasses fit properly when they came in.

Its nice that they have glasses to choose from and order right there that insurance covers. Thorough exams. They get you in right at appointment time. all staff kind etc. Theyre my fave over 2 other places Ive tried.

Went had my eye exam. Ordered my contacts.A month later called to check the status THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED. Two weeks later call to check on the status and apparently it was funny to the woman who answered the phone because the system didn’t process my order. Still waiting. They claim they will go to the website and submit it again laughing telling me they should get them in a week…. As a paying client that needs my contacts to see I don’t find anything about this situation funny! Terrible place WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I just want to thank the manager Cindy and one of the opticians Kimberly for being so patient with me and helping me with my issues with finding the pair of glasses that I have now. Countless restyles, adjustments and lens issues but these frames are the ones! Theyre sooooo comfortable. Ive had countless problems with the fit and the pain behind my ears for years. They spent nearly an hour the other week, past closing time even, on a Friday to help me find a restyle due to my issues. As long as I am in Clarksville, this is where I will go!

I have never had such a thorough optometry exam as with Eye Care Plus in Clarksville TN. The doctor took time to answer all my questions, the assistants were friendly and professional, and I was greeted with a smile at the front desk upon entering the office. I highly recommend Eye Care Plus and will return for my yearly eye exams and any other optometry concerns I may have.

The provider I saw was amazing! He listened to me and addressed my needs. I appreciate the way the lady at the front desk handled the check in process although I made a last minute new patient appointment. I also like that they did not put forth that money first attitude like the other place I called. The doctor was very helpful and honest. The other place on Ft Campbell blvd made me feel like I had a serious medical issue that I could lose my sight if I dont get it medically checked out paying out of pocket. This doctor told me my eyes are healthy and I just needed a good pair of reading and sunglasses and lots of rest. She was right!

I booked my first appointment with eye care plus online and it was super easy. They send you a txt tell when your appointment time is. They txt you the day before your appointment for you to confirm that you are coming. As soon as you walk in the building your greeted. The receptionist was super friendly helped Me with everything that I needed. Only took about 10mins and I was called back. Everyone is super nice. They explained everything that they were doing. They cleaned every Machine before use. All together the whole appointment was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes long.

My experience with this facility was awesome! All the employees are the most friendliest staff and the eye doctor is very helpful when you have questions, I highly recommend this facility.

Eye care Plus is a really great facility and the staff is amazing. Everything was affordable and budget friendly. I purchased glasses and contacts. With my glasses the prescription was a bit off and I called in to see if I could have them looked at. They got me in the same day and also corrected my prescription. Alexis was great at helping me pick out new frames and made sure I was comfortable with them before leaving. Highly recommend the amazing staff!

I visited Eyecare Plus 1-15-21 and after I finished my eye exam I went to look for glasses but the prices were too expensive which the employee who at the beginning wasnt working hard to try to help me and I was stressed and I was getting discouraged. I went to the front desk to just get my prescription and go elsewhere. When I was waiting to get my prescription, for my eyeglasses another employee named Alexus jumped up from her seat at the front desk with her tablet and said, Let me help you find a pair you can afford. She took me back on the floor to find a pair that is affordable and even looked under the cabinets to find affordable glasses. She even took the time to explain to me what my insurance will cover and how much I was able to spend. She even stayed with me through the who purchase of the new pair of glasses and I was able to spend about what my budget allowed me to spend before I came in the store. What I also want to express, not everyone can afford 300.00 dollars for glasses and yes I have insurance but I am living by myself and I really have to watch how I spend my money due to being the sole provider of myself. If your staff would of taken the time to help me like Alexus did, I believe you would make more of a profit. Please reward Alexus for her awesome job and even promote her if you can!

This place was very recommended to me and Ive been nothing but disappointed. I took my eye exam in May for 3 glasses and had to return for wrong measurements and prescriptions. Its been 4 months now and have yet to receive the last pair. Ive called and visited in person numerous times to which customer service was not helpful. Never doing business with them again.

Alexus and Kim have helped me with my kiddo and now myself. They showed so much care and made me feel comfortable. Alexus was extremely patient with my 3 year old boy and he loves his glasses.
