I had an amazing visit to Calvert MD & Associates. I went in with an issue and expected to make an appointment for an opening at a future date. Much to my surprise, the staff took care of me immediately. What I love about this office is the great friendly staff and Dr. Divya Patel. I always receive great information from her on eye care. She is truly an expert who is wonderful at putting one to ease and ensuring you have a good understanding of the procedures or issues.. I highly recommend this office for anyone requiring Optometry care. Exams are extremely thorough. An overall wonderful experience.

This is the second time I’ve seen Dr. Patel and she is very attentive and very detailed. She doesn’t rush you through your appointment. She actually listens to what you have to say.The ladies in the front office were friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend them!

I have been to other local vision centers and this one was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Paige and Lori were very knowledgeable and eager to help me. Malia was very nice and I could tell she loves her job. The Dr. that saw me (I think Alex), was awesome too. It is so hard to find good service these days, but I can almost guarantee that you will have a great experience at Dr. Calverts office. I havent received this level of amazing service in a long time. They made my day! Thank you all for smiling and showing genuine concern for your patients!!

Staff is personable and professional. Its very easy to get an appointment. All of the Drs are extremely nice. I definitely recommend H.M. Calvert & Associates.

Would not give any stars if it were an option. Received notice in the mail that I had an appointment on a specific date at 12:40. Show up to be told it’s a “pre appointment” notice.. why would they put a specific time such as 12:40 to be told that’s not an actual appointment, and then to be told our doctor can’t see you, she’s getting ready to leave for lunch. Will be finding a new eye doctor!

I absolutely can’t say anything negative about this place. The doctor and the technicians positively make you feel welcome and important all at the same time. Even though they are out of my network, I go back every year because their prices are spectacular. Allison, Shawn, and Erin were all great explaining my benefits and were patient when my provider VSP wasn’t customer friendly. Thank you guys for all you do. I highly recommend this place.

As always, excellent customer service! The entire office staff are friendly and so helpful! Dr.Patel is so knowledgeable, and I can tell that she truly cares about her patients and their vision! I will not trust my eyes with anyone else!

Already a amazing experience with them with 0 complaints anytime I go but 4 employees always stand out to make the experience beyond amazing. Taylor, Christina, Allison, and Morgan will always make sure you leave with a smile on your face and will do anything to make sure your needs and questions are answered. If I could give this 10 stars I definitely would.

It was great experience staff and doctor were really nice. Also have great collection of eye glasses and sunglasses. Doctor is really nice and will tell what should be taken care off. Best Advisor for eyes. My whole family goes there. Thank you for being so wonderful.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff is very friendly and the waiting time is not long either. Dr. Patel is very good at what she does. She will tell you what is good and what not. She is an excellent doctor. So choose this place if you are ever looking for new lens or an eye exam or anything regarding eyes.

The staff are professional and friendly. Dr Patel has always taken time to explain the specifics of my particular vision issues and eye health, using diagrams and pictures. She’s listened to concerns and made recommendations on contacts and glasses to fit my needs (for instance, contacts I can use swimming given my dry eyes and allergies, and lenses to address my over 40 eyes and screen fatigue). I’ve always been pleased with my exams here.

H.M. Calvert MD & Associates claim to be eye care for your family but wont see my 15 year old daughter. So much for family care.

The staff is 2nd to none! Fast, friendly, called me and squeezed me in a last minute appointment! If you’ve got a better optometry office in Clarksville I’d love to see it. They’re the absolute best!

While there was a delay in seeing me at my appointment time due to medical emergencies, they were very apologetic about the delay. Robert, the technician who worked with me was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable about not only my eyes but explained the processes and machines. He put me at ease immediately. Shelby and Kori at the front desk were both kind and highly efficient during checking and checkout.

Highly recommend Dr. Steiner and Dani!! They were both wonderful with my daughter!! Dani did a great job explaining the machines and the process while keeping us smiling!! We will be going back! 😊

The Staff personnel were excellent. Every step of the way during the eye exam (for both glasses and contacts) was thoroughly explained as to why it was done and what they were looking for. Good variety of glasses with very quick and excellent service. Ive found the only place I will be going to from now on for all my vision needs.

Calvert is an anal sphincter who lacks a minimum level of bedside manner or decorum. He carries himself with the swagger of a world renowned cardio thoracic surgeon while he doles out his treatment... rather a lack thereof in a shopping mall. This douche should feel lucky to have a business. Though Im certain he would be out of business before a year had passed if he didnt have associates to actually see and treat patients effectively.This moron is a stain on the title of M.D.Negative stars arent an option.

I was rushed through all of the eye testing. Don’t feel like the the test we’re very thorough. Assistants were not knowledgeable in finding referrals. Had no help choosing eyeglasses so I did not buy.!!!

My appointment was at a busy time on Saturday. I had very little wait time. The staff is awesome! Paige, Kori, Shelby & Dr. Schuemer are very friendly, caring and professional. Great experience!

You would be sadly mistaken if you think youre going to get more than minimal effort from this office. This is my third time at this office and it seems as if the front desk is clueless to life. Its unfortunate that I kept coming back for their wonderful doctors. They pretty much encouraged me to go elsewhere instead of rescheduling me like I asked so that I can have time to fix the insurance issue. You might as well find another doctor, when I like the doctor I have.... smh throw the whole staff away....Lens Crafter Staff too!

Had a great experience with the exam. They took my pre existing condition into account and listened to my questions while providing information. It may be in a mall, but that doesnt make their office any less professional.

I have been a patient at this office for many years, ever since Dr. Lewis had it. My whole family went here for their eyecare needs. Just over a week ago, I had the worst experience I have ever had with a professional office, and we will never return. I went in on Saturday, the 4th of Feb. for my yearly exam, and when I got finished, I ordered my contacts. They were kinda pricey, but I needed contacts. I paid by CC and left around 7:30pm. The next morning, around 9 am, I went online to price the contacts online, and found that they were significantly cheaper, and so since our finances were recently decreased, I ordered them to save the money. I called before the Dr.s office opened and asked them to cancel the contact order and told them why. They called me to tell me they could not cancel the order, that it was already sent!! It is Sunday morning before noon, no one is open!! They told me I could return the contacts when I received them for a CHECK, not a CC credit, like I paid. They later went on to file my insurance, which they knew I would be using somewhere else, and told me they would send an email to cancel the insurance claim. WORST SERVICE EVER, AND TODAY I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THE CONTACTS WHICH DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL FRIDAY, AFTER THE INTERNET CONTACTS ARRIVED ON TUESDAY BEFORE THEIR ORDER . THEY LOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF PATIENTS OVER GREED. I needed to save money, but they made it as hard as possible to please a customer, so we are GONE!!! I only wish there were a choice for NO STARSWell, not only did they lie to me about filing for my insurance benefits, they were paid on the 10th of February and have never said they were paid. I had to call Eye Med today and they are supposed to reverse the claim and free my benefits so I can be paid for my benefits!!! What pitiful business practices. I hope they know there are other optical businesses coming to Clarksville, I am so through with them!!!
