I brought my daughters n law to get a phone and she was told no free phone even with a number transferre from another company with out down payment way to go metro good way to loose money Spence when did you start that your website says nothing about that but it’s ok she went to cricket and got an iPhone your loss their gain

I dont usually write reviews but maybe I can save somebody some time, gas, and frustration by sharing my experience. Although the store employee was friendly and polite, this stores policies include not being allowed to choose the $40, or the $50 plan. You have to go with their most expensive $60 plan and switch later. Even though the website advertises all three plans and encourages you to choose your plan, and those same three plans are hanging on the wall above the counter, this store policy does not allow their employees to provide customers with the plan that they want. Its $60 or nothing. They also dont sell sim cards here. I know, right? So if you wanted to activate your phone plan yourself, forget about it. If your only intention is to purchase a brand new phone and pay for the most expensive plan available, this is the place for you. But if you want to switch from an existing carrier on your currently unlocked phone and choose the plan you really want, youll have to go to a different store that sells sim cards. P.S. the MetroPCS official website doesnt sell sim cards either!

Switched from Cricket to metro and I cannot complain. I got the $60 unlimited plan which also includes free amazon prime and a mobile hotspot and my data is fast with no problems compared to me always running out of my 4gb data usage and slow speed with cricket. Metro had a lot to offer, also received free AirPods with the bring your own iPhone deal that was going on. And switching to metro itself was very quick and easy. I’d recommend them especially if you want true unlimited data at an affordable price.

They have no technical support whatsoever. The girls says they only sell phones and accessories. If you need technical support you got to call 611 and do it over the phone.

Dont go here, deceptive practices 7 day promise doesnt apply here to a free ph..plus will not ans ph and will send you to a manager at a different store who wont help you because you got a free phone which the offer no guarantee with that they will honor. 7 day metropcs promise means nothing if you get a free ph and its in perfect cond when you take it there during 7 days, my ph had a screen imperfection and they didnt know that if its a warranty issue you have to go to your phs manufacturer not them if theres a,defect to get your ph fixed or replaced..i was made to think i was stuck w it, but the 7 day thing says nothing about not returning a free ph

Showed up at 6:30 to buy a new phone for my wife and the guy in the store told us that the store closes in 30 minutes stop he cant do any new activations. He also said if we would have got there 10 minutes earlier he could have done it. We live 30 minutes from the store and had to wait for a baby sitter. Never have had a good experience in this store.

Seriously, Ive called EVERY SINGLE location multiple times and no one will answer the phone!!!! Maybe, Hire some employees who can do their jobs!

None of the stores seem to carry the iPhones they advise on sale I’ve been trying to get the iPhone 6s Plus for over a month and a half and it’s always the same excuse the truck has not come in yet they read red to get an online service cause the stores really suck and I’m definitely over try to get what I want from them think I will take my business elsewhere

Me and my husband just came there to get new phones and talk about other issue store close at 7 came at 6: 25 open sign was on and the lady look at me and my husband and took her hand up to her neck and motion she was closed . What is wrong with these people they need new management because this happens to often.
