Told I would receive my order in 2 days as I lived only 30 miles away in Nashville...order was sent via FED Ex to Nashville, then Memphis, then Mississippi, then to US post office. I still have not seen my order almost a week later. Not too happy with the response from customer service. representative was rude, arrogant and pretty much of no help. This is after paying $8.95 for a small 1/4 lb piece that could have shipped 2 day USPS in a guaranteed 2 days.Last time they will get any order from me..and where is my part?...only God and (NOT) the USPS knows. BEWARE!!
They entice you with what seems like a good rewards program, but the service is barely mediocre. I made 3 orders with them and there was something wrong with every one. First, my order qualified for free shipping, most of my items were in stock. For the items that would ship later, I had the option of paying for standard shipping and having the in-stock items not wait for the other items. I decided to pay for that. Well, of course the entire order still waited for the parts that were not in stock, and arrived 3 weeks after placing the order. I called customer service and they refunded the shipping charge. On the next order when I saw shipping dates varying, I split the order; hoping to avoid the same issue. Well one order showed up two weeks later, but the other never did. Called in to see whats going on, to find out there was a problem with one of the items so they had cancelled the entire order without notifying me. Here I am waiting for my stuff to arrive. Good thing Im not running a business here. After telling me that I have to purchase all the items again, I made a frank remark saying there really isnt any incentive to order from you guys again. The guy came back after talking to his manager and offered a $25 gift certificate. OK, thats reasonable. Would you believe they never sent it to me? Naw! Today I ordered all my parts from Amazon and theyll be here in 2 days; and here Ive been screwing around with Cruiser Customizing for a month and a half.
Great service and prices thru 2 bikes now. The best place to get metric aftermarket parts.
I dont even see a place to leave reviews on their Facebook page and Im tired of these metric bike websites ripping me off.
This is a tough one, they have always got my order to me reasonably on time, always glad to take payment. Friendly and personable on phone. Careful if you have a problem and you ship to outside US!They wont check your purchasing history file to ensure items you order are compatible with ones you already have ordered from them in past, maybe thats a buyer beware, maybe as a consumer I should know better, when I originally purchased a Cobra light bar item came not as displayed on site, no issues then as it didnt interfere with current engine guards. I ordered new Show Chrome engine guards, but light bar interferes. When I phoned with compatibility issue CCI recommends selling Cobra light bar, and buying compatible one for new guard. Great for up sales not for consumer.I also received a Saddlemen travel case which was through world war 3 by time I received it, at least they said send it back prepaid, I would have expected they cover and arrange shipping.
I returned a windshield that was tracked and received over 3 weeks ago and they refuse to credit my $300 to my account. I have been on the phone with them 6 times! They keep saying, our warehouse is a little backed up. Warehouse??? You received my package now your finance dept needs to give me my money....
Beware-they ship used parts without original mfg packaging and then wont accept return because it doesnt have the original packaging. They will rip you off...SAD!
AVOID . My order was placed two weeks ago and I have received nothing in the way of shipping, or a confirmation number. Their customer service phone # in both CA and TN are not answering their phones during the hrs of operation..my next move is to notify my credit card company.
