Saturday, May 29, approximately 10a.I exerienced wonderful service from Katie while purchasing some stain. She was professional and worked efficiently to take care of my needs quickly as other customers were behind me. While my stain was mixing, she helped the folks behind me. She was very conscientious of time and customers waiting. I will definitely return to this store. Had a terrible experience at the S. Riverside location.

Katie was absolutely fantastic! We were having a tough week trying to finish our interior so we could get moved in. She went above and beyond to make sure my color matched so I went ahead and bought some more supplies!Thank you Katie!

I came in this morning to pickup a pre-order 5gal of paint. Im waiting patiently to be helped. A sale associate by the name of Abigayle asked if I needed help I proceeded to tell her I was there to pick up paint. I then said good morning she totally ignored me I repeated myself 3x. then she finally said good morning. I understand your not obligated to say good morning does it hurt. I failed to mention we spend $12000 a month purchasing paint from this Sherwin Williams store on Wilma Rudolph and we have been a customer for 8 years....CS goes a long way.

Great online paint color selection tools. Ordered & paid for paint and supplies online. Curbside pickup a few hours later. Easy peasy.

I use to buy all my paint from another company but decided to try Sherwin Williams paint for a Project. I used the ProMar 200 and was Very Happy with it, but what has Sold me on this store is Kristine (I hope I spelled it correctly) she seems to be working every time I go in and she gives the Best Service imaginable. I have since done several more houses and bought all my paint there. Tomorrow I start another home and look forward to having a cup of coffee and pick up my supplies from this storeKeep up the Fantastic job! Oh and all the other associates have been great too but it seems like Kristine is the one that has consistently helped me.

I went to a 40% off sale today. I got the product I needed quickly & reasonably priced. Staff was polite and helpful.

Most of the staff is very polite and helpful. I order quite a bit of paint with my job and they always have my phone order ready within the hour for pick up. Theres only really been a couple of times I ended up with someone who had a hard time getting things figured out. Great paint choices they have though.

The quality of paint you use can make all the difference in the world! You want your project to look professional, start with Sherwin-Williams paint. The paint supplies are top-notch too, I dont know what Id do without my little hand-held trim bucket and tray liners.

The young man in the store was very helpful on the Saturday afternoon that we went there. We were looking for a couple of particular paint samples and he was able to find them quickly.

2020 experience lacked the customer service previously experienced.Bought paint, primer and some supplies. No stir sticks put with my order. Due to COVID concerns I had placed order by phone and order was brought out to truck by associate. Associate gave me four gallons of primer which werent shaken to go paint with. Primer is too thick to stir with hand stick. I was an hour -twenty minutes from the store when I realized the issue and had a crew of five standing around unable to prime. Took paint to another Sherwin Williams, still some 30+ minutes away to have primer shaken.Very disappointed with the associates attention to detail. I expect more from SW. The Paris TN store took great care to resolve my issue. But what a pain.

Liam is the best at excellent customer service! Gave up on Lowe’s who couldn’t find two paint colors and didn’t seem to care much about finding them. Liam stuck with us until he found the colors and had us in and out in no time.

I came out of this paint store today irritated. Wanted to buy a gallon of paint. I asked how much was the price? They asked do you have an account here? I asked does it matter? They said yes, its $23.00 with an account $60.00 without an account.I thought WHAT??? I asked him to explain the extreme price difference.The explanation was that they dont actually sell it at $60.00, thats just a quote. And I thought if you dont sell it at $60.00 then why throw the price out there at $60.00? I questioned his logic and all I got was a condescending tone about pricing policy.He couldnt give me a sensible answer that made any logical sense. I have no plans to go back to this store... sorry.

Mikey from this store was inappropriate in my opinion. First off, he was offended when I didnt want to spend $20 on a quart of paint that I didnt need. Its definitely none of his business why I didnt want to spend $20 on something, and he made it known that it upset him. He said in a condescending tone why are you fretting $20? That was the first red flag. Then almost immediately after this comment, he said Do you have a boyfriend?, which definitely has nothing to do with my paint purchase. He asked many unecessary questions and made me feel uncomfortable in the least. The manager even said something to him about all of the unecessary questions. I ended up not buying anything because the store didnt have the color I needed anyways.

If you need to match a color...thus is the place to go. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional!
