This pace has caused me so much trouble. They have had my car for over a month and a half. They have conflicting stories every time I call about end dates. They say they don’t know when a part will be in and there’s nothing they can do. It’s costing me money out of my pocket and almost my job because I don’t have reliable transpiration to work now. No accommodation so concern. They are rude when you call. So now my car is being held with nothing I can do.

My son had an accident while on senior trip in Clearwater and the Gulf to Bay location did a wonderful job helping us. They were very diligent and patient, helping us work through the process while he was there. They did a great job on the car and a very reasonable price. Rosa Luna was so great!

My fathers car needed some body repairs. They contacted our insurance and got the repairs done very quickly. It looks like new again. Not a single issue with the quality of repairs. They cleaned and sanitized the car as well before returning it to me. The staff was friendly and kept me informed. Could not be happier.

I have used AutoNation several times in the last few years. I cannot tell you how professional this company is. They were able to pick my car up, get the work done quicker than I expected and delivered back to me. Rosa Luna was my collision coordinator and she stayed on top of everything for me. Everyone really nice, good overall experience. It did take over 3 weeks for all the parts to get in. Dont know if thats the norm. Car looks brand new. Awesome job. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is communication could have been better. I had to initiate the calls to get updates on work and timeline.

Could have been better star rating, but this place has caused me more than one headache. They seems very under staffed and work seems rushed. Came in after a rear end accident to get body work fixed. They gave me a deadline, didnt meet it. Which I am okay with it was Estimated to be done Friday it wasnt. Come pick it up Monday looks great seems fixed. Only for the trunk lid to have issues with closing . Mind you the problems with the trunk closing emerged after the collision center said to have DONE all the work needed. Come find out after calling they could only look at it earliest the following week. If you have another place to go Id recommend seeing that place first. For the occurrence and overlook on the trunk this is my first and last business here.

They are absolutely amazing.I had work done a few months ago, someone hit my vehicle in a parking lot and left.I brought in my vehicle and when they were done you couldnt tell I had been hit. Plus, the staff is always friendly and nice! I really felt like I was a priority.I will keep coming back to them for any damages I have.

They do great work. Best experience ever. I was worried about the color but it was perfect when I got it back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pretty good service--the only negative was that there was only one guy working the desk. I had to wait 15 minutes before he came back from helping another customer to help me, and by that time there were 3 people waiting behind me, and this was the middle of the day. Suggest that you guys hire another desk person.

At the recommendation of my insurance company, I took my Jeep to Autonation and signed a repair authorization form. I was told the parts were ordered and it would be repaired in 2 days. Minor cosmetic damage to bumpers and an ABS sensor malfunction. Excuses/ promises by nice voices on the phone and 8 days later, my car is not fixed and is being towed to the jeep dealer across the street to finish the job. A very poor experience overall. Poor communication, shifting due dates, and in the end, someone else will have to do the adult work to get the car back on the road. Not sure whats going on there but they need management. they should have at least told me they couldnt do the work.

They had my car since September 21 with water damage from the hurricane. They NEVER called about anything. I had to call them and was always told it would be ready Friday. They told me they were replacing the headliner & the carpet. I finally had to call the general manager of lincoln to find out who was in charge @ autonation. I found out Lincoln is NOT affiliated with Lincoln in any way. But I hot in touch with the manager & low & behold they were going to have it ready. We went to pick it up on November 10 & all they did was shampoo the carpet. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO AUTONATION COLLISION ON GULF TO BAY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Said they were in touch with my insurance co. I talked to my ins adjuster & they said they never talked to them.

Im really disappointed in the service from this place. My car was taken there after an accident. I was promised no more than 15 day for my car to be fixed. However, it has been a month and a half and I still dont have my car. The last 3 weeks I was promised at the end of the week, at the end of the week the beginning of the next week, the end of that week, now we are going into a new week and nothing. They keep saying we can put you in a rental car. No! I would like my car back. At this point Im ready to take my car elsewhere if the damages havent been repaired yet. I understand Irma came and left but there is no reason my car shouldnt be ready. I feel like because USAA was paying for my damages that my car isnt a priority. Honestly, I saw whast they are charging the insurance company for time worked on the car and it makes me feel like they are trying to milk the insurance. Im very disappointed and tired of being lied to! Last Monday I was told my car would be in paint and then only a few more things needed to be done. When spoke to Bob on Tuesday learned my car never even made it to paint the prior night. I will never ever recommend this place or reuse them. Sad thing is... if this is how they run their collision center I dont even want to know or experience how they run their sales team. Never again!

Its been three weeks for some scratches when I was told 4 days I still dont have my car absolutely horrible service they keep finding hidden damage milking their time for the insurance company I showed them the car before bringing it they promised 5 or less days it is 21 days today still getting a run around idk how any business runs like this absolutely one of the worst experiences dealing with a body shop when I had my motor replaced it was faster I would suggest anyone to take there business elsewhere

My Ford Escape was taken here by USAA after an accident. Ultimately my vehicle was repaired, but the repairs took much longer than anticipated, communication was poor, and I was lied to re the status of repairs. I also had to take my vehicle back after the initial repair due to a cracked piece behind the front bumper. I would not take my vehicle back there in the future.
