Great experience with Goodyear this morning. Had my car towed to Goodyear on the recommendation of a friend after a rear tire went completely flat. New my tires were at the end of their safe life and needed to be replaced, Customer Advisor Joe Benish located the replacements in Palm Harbor and personally went and got them. My Subaru BRZ is all set for the next road trip with its Eagle Exhilarates! Joe was very personable and helpful. Look forward to maintaining my new tires at Goodyear! Thanks Joe!

Mike was very welcoming and explained all services in great detail. Four tire replacement, alignment and oil change took less than four hours as a walk-in without an appointment. Quick on the check out allowed me to promptly get back to work at lunchtime.

Mike the store manager and his team are great guys and subject matter experts in their profession. With what information you give them, they’re willing to work with you and around your schedule to help get what you need done for your vehicle. I already gave them 5 stars but also 10/10 experience.

Dont bother. Came to get my brakes done, Walked in to a customer making a scene, with another employee making one right back. The other employee, couldnt figure out how to do something and the same employee making a scene rudely told him basically how stupid he was for not knowing. I walked out. You guys need to take a course on professionalism and etiquette.

I love the service I get on my car at Goodyear all of the guys are very helpful and the part I love the most is they always tell me the truth and they never try to make a sale off of me by telling me I need something done on my car that doesnt need done like other auto places try to do! I got stuck with a flat while out of town and was saved by the service advisor Joe Benish and the team of manager Mike Dolan. I was out in no time, even though they were swamped on a Saturday with tons of customers… and they even caught a second nail in another tire during the rotation and relaxed that two. I know my car......took my car to this location on a Sunday due to the car not starting, I told them I thought it was my starter and they didnt want to hear that. Left my car there and got a call a few hours later telling me my car wouldnt start because thebattery was bad, they wanted to charge $230 for a new one. The battery I had was under warranty so I told them no, and asked if theyd still check the starter, they said they cant if the battery is bad so I picked up the car and asked once I had the new battery if I could bring it back to have them check the starter, the guy looked at me and said Elizabeth its just your battery....so I left and went and got my new battery. Monday the car hesitates to start and on Tuesday it wouldnt! With my new battery! So I take it to honda ( which I should have done anyways, but it first had issues on a Sunday so I gave good year a chance)..... Honda calls me and tells me that, yup, it is your starter!!!! So on Sunday when I was trusting good year I wasted money on a rental car thinking I needed it for work on Monday, certain my car had a bigger issues than a battery, had auto zone replace my battery, paid a diagnosis fee to good year for them to do nothing and have the guy that works there talk down to me. Avoid this place at all cost. They may be the mechanics but I know my car and they did not want to listen to me. .

The whole crew there is awesome. Went in with a screw in my tire and Joe Benish had the hands of a surgeon to carefully remove it. Stopped by 3 other locations and they all said I needed a new tire, but thanks to the crew that wasn’t the case. Thank you so much Joe

Recently purchased brand-new set of Goodyear tires. In less than 1000 miles I picked up road hazard which damaged tread but tires held pressure. I expected an argument over warranty. BUT, tire was replaced immediately for no charge. These guys are awesome. Ride Goodyear!

Took my car to Goodyear bc I was told I needed power steering pinion after Goodyear checked it out didn’t need one. mike the manager took me and showed me from one end to the next end of the car. and I didn’t have any leaks. I really appreciate mike at good year being so very honest with his customers. I will continue to come back. if I wouldn’t have gotten another opinion I would’ve had to pay a very expensive repair i didn’t need thank GOD for mike taking a look to see. Got me in same day for a tire repair. The crew is polite, staff wears masks and they keep the place clean.

Today I finally ran out of Rainbow Muffler and drove my car around the corner to Good Year and I was greeted with compassion. They fixed the work that Rainbow Muffler would not stand behind and I got my alignment as well. Mostly happy that I now I have a place to go when I need repairs.

I am providing an update to my last 5 star rating.AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!After I paid my bill I noticed I was charged almost $150 extra for services I did not authorize! I had my air conditioner compressor replaced because they told me it was bad. My air conditioner lasted a 1/2 a day and then started blowing hot air.I told them I was not paying for the services I did not authorize and they proceeded to tell me that they will only reimburse me for the filter and not the vent refresh for $70 that they did without my authorization. Also, the tech took out my glove box to change the filter (which I routinely do myself) when there is a simple access door and it takes 3 minutes to change! I was charged $70 for this service I did not authorize!At this point in addition to losing a full day of work on Friday to have it replaced I now have to take it to the dealership on Monday and therefore lose 2 more days of work.Do yourself a favor. Find another garage.

Be careful with this place. They are not trustworthy. I came in to this place to have my one tire looked at because it was leaking air pressure. One of the guy at the register came out to look at my front tire and saw a pebble stuck between the tire trend and declared that it cant be fix. He quoted the tire replacement to be about $125. Luckily they didnt have any in stock, so I went to another place nearby to get that tire replace.At the other place, they only charge $50 to replace my tire but they wonder why I needed a new tire because they didnt see anything wrong with the tire I wanted to get replace. I told them the story, and they said I was being lied to. They examine my tire and said they can patch the tire instead of getting a new one.

Terrible. I had called because my car is having the engine light and VSA light turned on. It’s stalling when I stop if the AC is on, but doesn’t if it’s off. It keeps shaking when I drive. I called because I need help, and drive with children so I’m concerned with me breaking down being a single parent. I told him what is going on with it, and let him know that at Autozone they ran the diagnostic code and it was a sensor, and that was changed. He then goes to say, “Well sounds like your a do-it-yourselfer so we charge about a $100 just to look at it.” Making me very uncomfortable just telling him whats wrong, which no one should feel. We should trust were our car is going. Extremely rude service, and that was followed up with being hung up on. Terrible service. I never write a review, but I had to after getting off the phone. I would take your money elsewhere.

Will come here again.UPDATE: Well well, was I deceived. Found out my part could have been purchased for 24.19 I was charged 81.25. I realize the business has to make a profit but 3 times +. My belt could have been had for 29.92, I was charged 57.30. Lesson learned, get a 2nd and maybe a third opinion. Sent a family member there for an oil change @ about $60.00, recommendations were made for wipers, 2 bulbs and an air filter, without an estimate for recommended charges until the work was already under way, became 185.01 with tax. Women beware. Will not return here nor recommend.

Showed up with a slow leak on a run flat tire only to be told they couldnt fix it for lack of the proper equipment. Gladly sell me a new tire though! Decided to try a different establishment that specialized in tires as advertised.

Left work early to get tire installed and alignment. One of their guys drilled through the new tire I ordered... So I had to come back the next day to get the work done. No remorse or apology at all that I had to come back the next day. They seem like good guys and do good work but customer service is lacking.

Slow Service and a manager who is nothing more than a fast talking salesman. Took 2 hours to patch a tire and get an alignment check... and that was with an appointment. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me my lug nuts were swollen and needs to be replaced. I do a lot if work on my own cars and know enough to know this is not the case with my lug nuts since they are one piece and unchromed. Time to look for a new place for service.

Very shady. If my wife went in, she would be blindly paid xtra $250. I ordered Goodyear tires and went in for installation. Tire installation would take 1.5 hrs max but I spent 3hrs+ as they tried to dig what else to make money. I did not ask to check anything. They said the car needed alignment (I looked at their measured sheet. Car was fine. They used fear tactic and said it would damage new $750 tires. My wife would fall for it.), wiper blades, all filters. They claimed my standard Japanese car needed their $50 premium oil change not regular oil. Their Premium oil is not even synthetic and cost more than Honda dealer. WILL NOT GO BACK!

Jason is the man.If youre a fan of Goodyear tires, this is the obvious place to get them.I wanted a set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs and looked all over. The highest quote I got was $365 before mounting and balancing per tire. S&M truck world had them at about $307 which is reasonable. I called Jason and he got them for $260 each installed. If I werent looking for this specific tire, Id still go to Jason first.Cool guy, and got my tires in same day and installed next day. Called me promptly to let me know the truck was done.Talked to the service manager also and he was cool. Cool people, great service, and great prices.

From the minute i walked in i was given the red carpet treatment and treated like royalty through out the whole process. They provided me with alot of important and detailed information needed for my Toyota Sequioa from tires to alignment. Customer Service is the Best of all the places I have been too in the Tampa Bay Area and Pinellas county. I highly recommend Goodyear Auto Service on E bay! Goodyear was already familiar to me as theyd fixed 3 of my previous tire punctures (hey, they do this for free!). I figured I owed them when I had another that couldnt be fixed. Turned out I needed all 4 tires replaced but they showed me the tread once theyd raised up the car and it was clearly on the level. They got me a great deal on some tires on sale and even fixed me up with a rebate offer. I feel like these guys are honest and fair, which is hard to find these days.

All they try to do is up sell you. I come in with a screw in my tire. The man says it is too close to the side wall to be fixed. The tire will have to be replaced. I take it to another place a five star reviewed place and the guys says WHAT? It turned out the screw in the tire was 2 inches from the side way. It was an easy repair and that I probably have 10,000 miles on the tire yet.
