We were looking for a Cadillac for some time, perusing the various ads, an visiting different dealers. We happened across an ad for the vehicle we wanted, the dealer was Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater. Although they are located a bit far from our home, we went to visit and look at the car. Our first contact was with our sales rep, Rami Abraham. He had only been working at the dealership for a short while, but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to our desires. He also respected our wishes about being pestered relentlessly like lots of other reps, at other dealerships are known to do. The dealership is a nice pleasant place to go, and the staff we came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. The sales manager, Alan, was cordial and helpful, and helped Rami as needed as a good manager should. Because of Rami’s professionalism and courtesy, we were pleased that we worked out a deal, and bought a car from him on September 26, 2021. Dimmitt Cadillac should pleased with a sales rep of Rami’s caliber. He made the entire experience enjoyable for us. The only reason we didn’t rate this experience as 5 stars was a $2000 “Dimmitt Advantage” charge, which is basically for nothing of that value, on top of the typical everywhere “dealer charge”; which is also for nothing of value.
Took my 13 Escalade in for issues regarding my suspension system. Worked with service advisor Brian Fisher who did a wonderful job keeping me informed of what was going on with my vehicle. One thing to keep in mind is I am from Ohio and have had only one mechanic work on any of my vehicles over the past 14 years, so for me to feel comfortable with any place doing work on my vehicle aside from oil changes and mounting new tires is quite an accomplishment. But Brian was able to make that experience quite pleasant, its been quite some time since Ive had to pay dealership pricing for any work, but in the end I was very pleased with the work performed.
I love bringing my car to Dimmitt Cadillac because i receive excellent customer service from calling to make my appointment until I pick my car up to bring home. Ken is my service advisor and he is so friendly and keeps me up to date on the progress of my car. I will continue bringing my car here to get serviced!
I took my car in the other day to have an oil change, the tires rotated, and to replace a cracked windshield washer tank. Ken Scott, my service advisor, was excellent and kept me abreast of other things that the car needed. I was really pleased to get a loaner car. And, best of all, my car was done earlier than I expected. Great job!
Be careful if you are a women going here. The 2 men at the front counter talk down to you and when I was there one of them announced to the entire waiting room, Your here to pick up your car, too expensive to fix, huh? Wow how do they know what I can afford and what I cant?! The funny thing is they charged me a diagnostic fee for something they KNEW they couldnt even fix because that particular part isnt made anymore!! What a great experience!!!
Went in for a simple oil change, the service advisor was preoccupied and acted if I was intruding onset. I called her service manager Bill and he basically told me too bad. She must be related to him. Summits service levels have dropped drastically over the past year
Ian Harrison was very helpful and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions - probably some of them more than once! There was no pressure - just information. Dimmitt Cadillac has the best service department I have ever worked with. My service coordinator is so “on it”. The work is done right the first time and the car is cleaner than when I brought it in. All the employees are accommodating and polite. Seems like there are always deals and specials running when I have to bring it in which saves a bit of money. Highly impressed!

I cannot express how thoroughly impressed I am with this dealership! Not only do they have really nice cars but they have top-notch customer service! It all started with me finding my dream car online. I was contacted immediately and told someone would be in touch with me and thats when I came across Neil Gerbe. No thanks Steve Bower! lost my biz after the 4 test drives while in my Cadillac leases over the past couple years, no $50 gift card as promised from each one and then your service department charged me $ to take the stickers off the doors that were molding on a LEASE with all the bells and whistles wear and tear package.Brought you the receipt my self and threw it on your desk, you said you didn’t need that and you never offered once an apology after the 3 direct phone calls telling you about my experience and the face to face. When my lease runs out I hope to turn in at a competitor Cadillac dealer. If you wanted my car with low miles so bad after the 100 emails trying to get me to come in and test drive a new model you should have thought about the customer service side of biz first. First off, I bought my XTS from here over a year ago. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. But why Dimmitt is the best of the best is because of a gentleman in service, his name is Kevin Hamby. His honesty, integrity, and absolute care about my vehicles needs, and working close with me to get the results we both want to see. To the Dimmitts, Kevin is one of those 1 and a million employees, he has made me a Dimmitt customer for life, If i move to California, Ill still fly back here to buy from you guys. All because of a service representative, if Kevin is the description of the Dimmitt Family, you guys have the best dealerships in the nation, period.

Went to Dimmitt because they had a special. Found out that there could of been an expensive error on their part but thankfully it was resolved. I want to thank Scott Collore, the general manager, John Johnson and Deanna Miller the service advisor for their help. I feel that they corrected the error and I will be buying another Chevy.

I brought my Cadillac for an oil change and had a bad experience. I decided to give them another chance and try to purchase a vehicle but they started playing games in the sales process. I just made a deal and purchased from the new port richey dealership. I do not recommend this dealership.
This location is there Northern location in Pinellas County. They Supply new and used Range Rovers as well as Cadillacs. You will find sedans SUVs and trucks of all kinds by these manufacturers as well as a wide selection of pre-owned sports cars and utility vehicles. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable is A1.

HORRIBLE service department and was talked down to by the 2 male service advisors. It Took 5 days for them to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, which one of the items they couldnt fix but was still charged for the diagnostic fee.
Patrick and the sales manager at Clearwater we’re great in leasing my new car. I wanted my overage miles somehow worked into the deal or forgiven. Saw a car that was more than I wanted to pay but they worked with me and I left really satisfied with the deal. I enjoy genuine people and not the small talk fake nice usual salesmen and I was happy I didn’t get that at this location. Beat dealership I’ve been too In. Tampa bay by far. Can’t say the same about their St Pete location.

The reason my In Laws shop at Dimmitt is the same reason my Wife and I converted over to Dimmitt from another dealership. Its fairly simple........ Just good ole fashion Customer Service. And honesty........ They dont constantly try to sell us stuff we dont need or want beside maybe a few suggestions which is reasonable. There are some very good dealerships here in Countryside but I feel that we are treated slightly better at Dimmitt and that trust and little difference matters in a world thats constantly forgetting about you after youve already signed the check. I purchased a 2018 preowned cadillac certified XT5 2 yrs ago from this dealership.There were some hiccups when we purchased it but we worked through them.The car itself has been great.However the right turn signal has gone out.Being under warranty I take it in to my local dealership expecting to have it replaced without issue.However it turns out that the turn signal is a after market part.The car had 24,000 miles on it when I got it,why would it be replaced.?It must have been in a collison which I was never told,there was no indication of a crash with the car.So I contact their GM,Tom Hardeman, to c if they stand behind their cadillac certified vehicle.And he was very rude,condescending and of no help whatsoever.My local dealership told ne to contact GM which I will.I wanted to put this review out so people would be warned about the shoddy way this company does business.I thought that Cadillac being certified used or a new model was above most other cars on the road,obviously Iwas mistaken.I say again the car itself is fantastic, the service at this dealership is reprehensible!
Excellent dealership to deal with. I decided to switch dealerships when I spoke with Patricia over the phone . She was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything I needed done was gone over in detail before I left the dealership. I was in and out with a rental car and when I returned it my car was ready and clean. I live 5 minutes from Autonation Cadillac and I drive 40 mins to Dimmitt because the service is amazing.

My experience at Dimmit Cadillac was nothing like I was used to. I have to say first off the salesman were not pushy nor did I receive unwanted calls after a test drive.This is a family run business and my first impression was great. My salesman Patrick B. was great. He went above and beyond what I am used to when purchasing a car. In fact staff and finance was great and understanding in all aspects. The paperwork seemed like it was streamlined and took less time than my last purchase in California. The dealership is immaculate and I was offered water or coffee and a comfortable lounge to sit while other things were going on or waiting for my salesman to finish a phone call. I can only speak for myself but customer service is number one here and it shows. Thank you all at Dimmit Cadillac for an experience that should be when purchasing a vehicle. I will be a return customer in the future.

Looking for our dream car it showed up at Dimmitt as certified preowned and at another dealer. We were able to make our appointment and see the car right away at Dimmitt. The personnel went beyond service. Our salesman was so professional, he knew very little about the Audi he confirmed but Land Rover everything. We decided after a great deal was made we pick it up the next day. Ewan had ever answer to all our questions. If you are looking for amazing teamwork from management to detailing give Dimmitt a try. My wife and I will never darken a Dimmitt door with our shadow, after the deliberate and horrible Bait & Switch routine they played on us.I made an appointment with Patrick in sales to see two specific vehicles. We confirmed the appointment the afternoon before.Saturday morning, we got up early and left on the ~500 mile roundtrip drive to Dimmitt Cadillac of Clearwater.When we were 2 hours away, I called Patrick and then again made a courtesy call to him when we were 20 minutes away. Upon our arrival, Patrick told us, Neither of the vehicles are available, although there are other vehicles to see. Then he proceeded to attempt to show us a different year comparable vehicle with more mileage, scratches, dog hair, stretched out seat pockets and general wear & tear. We promptly left, and made the 250 mile drive home. They knowingly wasted our day off and a needless 500 mile drive. Bait & Switch!We have since purchased a $41,000 Cadillac.....not from Dimmitt!!!

Beautiful dealership, well stocked, many vehicles on lot.I caution you about one thing that surprised me. The price listed on CARFAX was not the price that was on the sales agreement and I had to go home and get the internet ad. The Sales Manager did adjust the price downward. This ad is what got me into the dealership. I was treated like an old lady who did not know what I was saying and it was hurtful (salesman) not sales manager. He was accommodating. Dont assume price is as listed on websites. I have never had this happen before and it was distressing.

He is only there to make a sale and put money in his pocket. When issues arose for me I heard nothing back from Rashar. No return calls or texts. Thankfully Trish in service is helping me. So I will let you know in the future how well Dimmit helped me in rectifying the situation and I will get more into what the situation was. Im just waiting for the outcome. I had called another dealership in the area that was closer prior to arriving in the St. Pete, / Clearwater / Bradenton / Sarasota area and was not treated as friendly as my first conversation with Rob Gordon in Service. First impressions count so much, right?! His customer service and communication style made my experience at Dimmitt Land Rover the best.After being told by an independent service garage on the way down from the north that I would need new calipers, rotors and break pads (~$1000), imagine my delight when I was told by the Dimmitt staff that the car was fine, just severe rust from the weather was causing the issues I was experiencing. That honesty from Dimmitt Land Rover saved me big time.I would certainly recommend Dimmitt and Rob Gordon to anyone and would gladly return the next time I am in the area.

Trish is the sweetest and direct Service Agent I have EVER experienced. I love that about her. Tell me like it is and let me chose. I almost traded my vehicle in last month, Dec 2020, but if I did I would lose Trishs professional work and its just hard to find great team members. So I kept my Escalade and will get another one in about a year.
Disappointed in my experience, especially after the sale, i bought a used car and while my sales person was nice, i was hit with a $450 charge in the finance dept, didnt notice that till i got home and looked over the paperwork you get rushed thru the paperwork process and its all done on a tablet and not a paper copy. also i only received one remote fob for the vehicle sales person said he was going to ask the previous owners if they had it and i have never heard back from him, i called a couple times always get the Im gonna check on that for ya routine!
Mark Robinson was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fair, without being pushy at all. He got me exactly what I wanted to make the deal. I admit, buying a car can always be a bit of a headache... This was the most easy going, pleasurable experience I have ever had at a dealership! I worked with sales specialist Rashar Downer and he was WONDERFUL! He answered all my (many) questions, was super patient with me, and was just an overall really nice person to work with. He made sure I was well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend him as well as Dimmitt Cadillac Clearwater.
Had to tow my srx into the dealership for service. It takes them over an hour to call you back to see what the problem is. After they had my srx for 3 days they call and say well its done but our lift is stuck and we cant get it down had to call again on the 6th day and finally its ready the manager said he would take care of some of my bill. I asked them to match tire prices and they said no they could not match a tire place down the road which was 600.00 cheaper then they were. Went to pick it up and I got nothing for my trouble but a not my fault our lift broke excuse. Really its your equipment but not my problem dont waist your time there

She then proceeded to walk my husband and I outside, handed my husband the keys and was kind enough to open the passenger side door for me- even though my husband wasn’t even listed as a driver.The only person who actually listened when I asked to be contacted regarding my vehicle was our service tech Bill- his service and communication has been wonderful and is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Literally, ALL THREE STARS ARE FOR HIM. Otherwise I’d give a 5 star rating in time travel, and a 1 star rating for being completely unable to understand equality and respect for women in 2019.

My battery failed so I called dimmitt Cadillac. Their service man arrived in just over 30 minutes replaced by battery. Excellent prompt service.

I have to say, my dealings with the service desk, from the time I called and asked to get my headlights replaced, was fantastic. I would like to mention that KEN is an awesome service agent. He is born to do his work. Very hospitable, fair, and listened extremely well. I had a custom front grill and he took every measure to ensure it was removed properly. If you have a Cadillac or want one, you should go here. I couldnt believe the level of service. It was a 10 on a scale of 1-5! Thank you Ken! Matt
I began communicating with Julie Walker online several days before actually meeting her at the Dimmitt Cadillac dealership. Throughout our discussions, and the process of buying my Cadillac ATS, she was responsive, positive and welcoming. In other words, a true professional. I recommend others interested in a vehicle at Dimmitt seek Julie out. You wont be disappointed!

She is attentive, detail oriented, and extremely proficient and pleasant. I’ve had many luxury cars but never had such a smooth and pleasant service experience. As a working professional, she has helped make my service appointments extremely convenient and flexible and is always on time. This has been so valuable and not interruptive. A few months ago, I drove by Dimmitt, and I noticed a black Jaguar F-Type R out on the lot. It caught my attention needless to say. However, I was traveling that week, and I didnt have much time to look at it. ( I wasnt in the market for a new car BTW) I contacted Tom Hassel whom I had casually met while waiting for my wifes SUV to be serviced. Tom said that he would be happy to show me the car however I didnt have time to go by there. Tom, being the Sales Professional that he is, brought the car to my house where the Boss was not enthusiastically waiting. (Insert laugh) After taking the car for a test drive, the Boss was wearing a big smile. So, at this point, I had a little buy-in from her. The next day, I drove the toy car that I owned down to Dimmitt. After some extremely good negotiations from all sides, Justin, Tom, and myself, I literally hauled tail out of Dimmitt with an extremely bad @#$ Jaguar F-Type R.
Thank you for my new to me SUV and thank you Ian Harrison for outstanding service in helping me make my decision. I appreciate all the time you took letting me test drive several models so I could decide which model I wanted. Thank you to the management for also making me feel welcome and to the finance department she was sweet and polite. These are people I like to do business with.
Over the last four years since Ive been coming to Dimmitt Cadillac, Patricia Jones has been the most helpful and friendly representative that Ive ever had. She provides accurate estimates, has my rental waiting for me when I arrive, and sends me notifications via text when my car is ready. It doesnt get any better than that. I could never ask for a more service oriented representative and as long as she is there, I will be there to service my Cadillac.
