Lauren at Life Storage #073 was so easy to work with as well as very professional. We have had a small climate control locker there for at least 3 years and needed to upgrade to a larger space! The whole process was effortless and smooth. The place is well maintained and easy to access. I definitely recommend this facility for any storage needs.

Lauren did a great job this morning getting me set up with a storage unit. She walked me over to the unit let me look inside explained my other options and gave me the pricing. I’ve rented a unit at this location before and Lauren was the one that helped me then as well. She does a great job explaining everything and making sure that the customer is satisfied. Great staff and facility. Been renting for four months now. The climate control has been my savior on long hot days. Lauren has been a great help! One day I lost my keys, and for a small $ charge, my unit was easily broken into by staff and I was given a new lock.I highly recommend this storage facility. I plan on being a customer for the rest of the year and more.

I would think twice about using these places. I understand rules are rules but, sometimes certain circumstances just need a little help. I was paid up completely when I had my storage emptied by movers end it was swept and cleaned. I got stuck in Texas while being there for a death in the family and COVID happened and I was not able to get back for a few months. I called the facility and explained to Lauren whom had been rude to me several times in the past, my situation and ask if there was anything they could do to remove the lock for me. As I had explained I was stuck in another state and the person that moved my items and clean the area had lost the key to the lock, could they please just remove the lock for me. I guess the answer was no, because now they flagged my credit.

I am storing a car at Life Storage for several months, My unit is easy to access. They are open from 6 am to 11 pm, which allows me to park and still make an early trip to the airport.The place was well stocked with packing supplies, desiccant and locks, all of which I discovered I needed. The woman in charge took me to my unit and made helpful suggestions for the best way to park. She was friendly and efficient. I will use again.

Associate Store Manager Dana Cutaneo was SO very helpful when my husband went in for assistance. We thought we might have to cut our lock because we couldnt find the key and he was so patient with guiding us through the process. Life storage has been awesome and although I may be losing my stuff soon they still continue to call me regularly to see if I have figured out a way to keep my belongings.

After storing our belonging for a few months we came to move everything out and discovered that there had been a water leak through the roof that created mold and water damage to our belongings. When brought to the manager Dana’s attention he was very prompt to come out and see what had occurred and shut the unit down so it wouldn’t happen to another tenant. Although a less than perfect experience with storage his first class service in getting us the necessary paperwork for the insurance was amazing.

What a great place, great price, great security, clean facility and Lauren was amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.

I have been a life Storage customer for over 6 years along with my mother. Several months ago I didn’t need storage anymore until this past month when my mother passed away. So I went back to life storage on Belcher. I will be relocating my storage elsewhere ASAP. The guy who is now over this place on Belcher is rude Not helpful doesn’t give all the details when renting and failed to inform clients rent is due on date you rented not the first of the month as it has always been If you pay online there is a $5 fee to do so I tried to get a number for a corporate office and was denied that information. My advice DO NOT use life storage. Go elsewhere

Had already visited half a dozen storage facilities in the area when I found Life Storage on Belcher Rd. I was greeted by Dana, he gave me the tour and answered all of my questions with a smile. Will surely rent at this location, I doubt I could do better, friendly, clean, and the prices werent bad either.

Laureen Farrington is the branch manager and my hero. She gone above and beyond the call of service when my unit was delinquent and in threat of going to auction. Lauren and Mark were totally awesome! We had a not so good experience elsewhere and this was a breathe of fresh air. They are a bit more expensive than some of the other places, but the access time being 6am to 11pm and the free van rental made it well worth it. Not only that, but the experience alone was worth paying a little more. Thank you again guys!

I spoke with the headquarters and they gave me the information on the storage unit told me what was available and they held a unit for me and I went online and put all my information in. I immediately got a call from the local storage with all the information.... well between the local store and the corporate store they neglected to tell me I would not receive a monthly bill. I have never rented a storage before but was trying to sell my home and wanted to declutter so it would show better. We were looking for a new home daily, showing our home, working, grandchildren, doctors apt. Etc... life was busy in covid times. Then I get a email on the 14th my payment is past due, it was due on the 8th! I never got a email bill, paper bill nothing! But they were able to send a past due with a $20 late fee!!! Spoke with store manager she said nothing she can do they dont send bills. Every bill I have sends a bill and they are all email bills! This is not a good business practice and I will never recommend this company they do not do business fairly and charge you $9.95 to process at their office $4.95 to process online. I am so upset during these covid times that they do this to their customers!

Called in ahead to get a confirmation and was greeted on the phone by a young lady with great, quick, and reliable customer service. Claimed my unit and was surprised it came with a free truck rental redeemable in 14 days. When I arrived I was greeted by Kevin who was friendly and personable. He made sure my unit would fit my needs and recommended a good lock, set me up with my paperwork and checked me out all within 10 minutes and I was on my way inside. Great place to take your storage needs, he was right... the unit was the perfect size. 10/10 would use this specific branches unit. Thanks guys

I came into this facility after calling the main service number, and setting myself up to rent a 4x4x9 storage unit. The customer service rep informed me of the names of both individuals who would be in attendance that morning. Michael & Lauren are both Professionals, and Genuine People-People. They interact so well with customers they are a Great Asset to Life Storage as a Whole. The Office is very well appointed, and the storage areas are celan and well maintained.
