Had to move a couple of gold carts for our church Basketball camp, didnt know what size we would need, or towing capacity of our vehicle. Staff could not have been more helpful, answered all our questions, got us going and was easy to check back in. I will be using them again in one week, and will recommend them to others. This place is great w great ppl. The office staff are super friendly and the owner is awesome. I left my kayak outside for a short period of time and it was missing when I came back. I talked to the owner and he was able to get it back for me.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing! Best customer service Ive seen in a long time and staff is always available.They were in the process of repaving, but made sure all areas were accessible. Units are true to size and well maintained.I will definitely recommend to others!

I Love the people that work here already !! It was my first visit and everyone was very friendly. I happen to forget my prescription glasses in the front of the U-Haul I rented and the store already closed for the day. I did call and leave a message and my call was returned later, I was able to get my glasses back and move on with my day. Thanks again.

I hadn’t visited our unit in quite some time and Dante was extremely helpful in updating my information and providing me with a code for access to our unit. Upon realizing I did not have the correct key to unlock unit, Dante quickly grabbed the necessary tools needed and removed lock so I could gain immediate access. Job well done!

Before we began using Tropicana 2-years ago we had utilized similar facilities in the area and can testify that there is simply no comparison. What a breath of fresh air to have a nice, clean and well-kept facility as well as a warm body to talk to in the office 7-days a week. The only down side we worried about was not having 24-hour accessibility but as it turned out it wasnt an issue with our particular needs. We have just this month been able to consolidate our junk to the point that we no longer need additional storage however our experience with our stay at Tropicana was definitely a cut above and would highly recommend it to anyone needing temporary storage - Jim Fenton

Clean everything worked nice

I had a bad experience at this location with the customer service associate Steven. Our trailer was hooked on with the turning signals backwards which is dangerous to drive on the highway with, and he tells us the drop off location is 395 Mary Esther and when we arrive to the drop off, they said the actual location was Beal Parkway. I am really irritated. Also when we were picking it up, the phone rang and he picked up the phone continued to help the woman on the phone and left us standing there in the middle of being helped instead of putting her on hold until he finished with us.Update: moving is stressful but you made it 100 times worse

I had to move during the most recent storm. The weather was terrible and my movers were a no-show. Donta stepped in to assist me doing the terrible rain and thunder storm. Absolutely love this place, Ive used them the past 10 years (I own a landscaping business) and these guys are always on top of any everything. Dealing with these guys is like dealing with close friends or family, they always know your name and are super friendly all the time. They also have Uhaul, which is great when one of my trailers is in the shop. Ive used other storage facilities before, but Tropicana has really turned itself around the past few years and I couldnt think of a way to make it better!

Perfect for what I needed plenty of space to unload and drive through even with the biggest truck I could get through UHaul.

This is a cliche, but I *rarely* post reviews. If you value real customer service (not just a person reading from a script) this is the place to do business. Ive rented a few U-Hauls from them over the years, always had a pleasant experience.However, this post is not about my storage/rental equipment experience. I needed a moving blanket. Thats all, a single moving blanket for a home project. I knew this was going to be an issue, figuring they only sell packs of 3, 4, 5, etc. (if they sold them at all.) Driving down 19, I saw Tropicana U-Haul/Mini Sorage and thought, Its a shot in the dark, but perhaps they sell them.I swung in and told the gentleman (I wish I got his name) behind the counter of my dilemma. He paused for sec and said, Ill be right back. Moments later, he returned with a single moving blanket and said Here you are. Free of charge. Wow.POINT OF MY STORY:He did a simple favor which solved my unique problem, saved me upwards of $100, saved me a headache and lastly blew me away with his genuine kindness. Now I am a loyal customer who is eager to promote their business.Its amazing how a simple gesture of humility can change a persons day. The staff are very helpful and proficient. The facility has large isles that make it very convenient for moving trucks and what not. Highly recommend.

We rented a Uhaul and it was painless, quick, efficient and they were very helpful. Donte at the front desk was very friendly and got me in, out and on my way in ten minutes. Ill be back for all Uhaul rentals in the future.

This place has so many options for our storage needs. They worked very hard to accommodate for my motorhome, trailer and storage unit. Michael was a great help.

This place has improved a great deal over the past couple of yrs. Its also right on hwy 19 and easy to find. I can rent UHauls from here also.

I only rented a Uhaul from them and the guy was excellent!! I have never had such a quick pick up and I have rented lots of trucks over the years from other places. This one was top notch.

Look I cant really tell you much about Tropicana Mini Storage my wife works out of one of the offices they rent there she works at a place called mccaskill Heating and Air and I know theres a lot of other places that rent offices there also so I guess its pretty good they have storage you can rent and you can also rent offices for little businesses

My storage unit was always cool, staff very friendly and helpful and very clean. Its been nice knowing my belongings have been in good hands!

Great facility and service, but not 24/7 access.

Everything been infested with rats ate threw chairs boxes of clothes every thing has been destroyed everything smells of rat piss. There reply oh you didnt have insurance on your stuff... Sorry. No you could have said we have a problem with rodents. No stars . thanks for nothing. Bill landry

The office staff is friendly enough. Im still cleaning rat feces out of my stuff even though I had no trace of food or kitchen items stored. Other units must have food in them because Id find odd chewed wrappers of food I dont even eat in the unit when Id go there.
