Always had great experiences at this particular office, they gave us undivided attention every time we went there! Jess an young lady helped my son with a caring heart. They were also very prompt to help if I had any issues.

Just came from the Grand Reopening. I came in and about 4 ppl were working with emps. I wait for 1 hour and watched all 4 get served and 4 others be served. I was repeatedly told only the eye doctor can order my new glasses. But I watched 8 ppl get served and they just kept ignoring me to serve other customers. Worst customer service Ive ever had in 50 yrs of buying glasses. When I complained the emps just didnt care and wouldnt even look at me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Absolutely terrible service. Had bought a non-sunglass Ray-Ban frame for a friend. They ended up not liking it. Had stopped at this Wal-mart vision center to return them since they are much closer to where I live. They refused to let me return the product. They said I would have to go to the other store which is about 75 minutes out of my way round trip. I would never consider purchasing anything at this location.

Dr. Bacchus and her staff are top notch! They are professional, prompt and courteous. You can tell, from the minute you arrive, that the staff and Dr Bacchus love what they do. I have some pretty serious eye conditions and have seen many of the best ophthalmologists in the country and I rate Dr. Bacchus right up there with the best. Truly, you won’t be disappointed if you make the trip to Clermont for your eye exam with Dr. Bacchus and her staff. I wish more organizations were this customer friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Great service, name brand glasses, at a third the price of an optometrists office.

Eye center is open till posted time but optometrist only in till the last appointment time 4:30 pm.
