The service department is incredibly rude and totally incompetent. My daughter purchased a van and was promised at the time of purchase that as long as the routine maintenance was performed by them the power train would be covered as long as she owned the vehicle. Four years ago she missed one tire rotation and TODAY they tell her that that voided the warranty. After four years of compliance at their exorbitant rates for routine service they decided to pass this information along. Very deceptive practices and if I could give them negative stars I certainly it would.Also when purchasing a car from them beware of the excessive add on charges when closing. These are charges that other dealers do not tack on to the sale. The old switch and bait routine. Your getting such a great deal until you look at the bottom line. BEWARE!!!

Great place to buy a vehicle, but make sure to service it somewhere else. Every experience I have had has been a very lengthy process. So far my quickest oil change and tire rotation was just over 2 hours. Always friendly, but extremely slow.

If there was a negative stars I would give that. We made a appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 11, a hour and 1/2 later they bring my car back around and only rotated 2 tires. I specifically told them to rotate all 4. When I pointed it out that it was not done the mechanic got mad and speed off in my car in the parking lot. I pointed this out to the manager who advised he would view it on Camera. Needless to say I will never do business with Honda of Cleveland again what a day wasted!JoeMcEntire

Went this morning to get an oil change in our CR-V and literally could not get into the service bay for check-in. Honda sales (?) people were standing right on the arrow leading into the service bay, just hanging out and talking with each other.Seriously....THERES. A. CAR. WAITING. TO. GET. IN. THE. BAY. FOR. SERVICE.!But, they didnt want to move. So.... instead, I did and left to go somewhere else. If Im not important enough to pay attention to for employees to move out of the way, then I certainly cant trust them to work on my car.

Friendly staff. However, an internal miscommunication resulted in us not purchasing a vehicle with Honda of Cleveland. We made an offer, had a deposit to give and were driving the car. On the way back to the dealership we were informed that the car had been sold to another customer. It was probably an honest mistake, but we will probably not purchase a car in the future with this dealership.We tried really hard to buy local, but in this case it didnt work out. There are more deals out there, so no major disappointment there. The only disappointment was the time lost on the whole process.

This was my first time dealing with dealer. KIA of Cleveland had a used Chevy Traverse. After getting a deal sheet through the Kia dealer. They informed me that they sold the Traverse to another dealer. Kia of Cleveland you all are horrible. I found that the Traverse had gone to Honda of Cleveland. I called the Honda dealer and spoke to Rodney the sales manager. He was very caring and was going to correct this situation. After multiple phone calls back and forth we struck a deal. Kendrick, Heath, Lindsey and Brandon were great to work with. Kendrick (sales) was never pushy or overbearing and gave me plenty of space and time to make my decision. He even pulled 2 cars side by side (one used and one new) so I could compare. I never felt rushed and he answered my questions so that I could make the best decision for me. The dealership did not have in stock the exact car that I wanted, so Heath searched and found the I wanted (color, interior style etc) and got it to the dealership overnight. On Heath and Kendricks day off, they made sure that a coworker, Lindsey, knew what was going on with my purchase and let me know to speak with her. Brandon in finances was very knowledgeable and patient. I changed my mind on warranty and even though I know it was busy and I needed to speak to my husband on the phone about it, he did not ever appear rushed or frustrated with me. He even talked with him. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly, professional, courteous and polite. Way to go staff at Honda of Cleveland.

I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism of this team. I live in California and was getting ready to drive back. Took my car in for service: oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. I had meant Ed to the team that my windshield was cracking and popping. Roger stated there was a recall and he was confident that he could resolve the problem. I told him he would make my day if he could fix that problem. He not only fixed that problem but also fixed to recall items to boots. Wow I am so impressed.

To start off with: Car was listed on lot & online for $18,950 or (so). Took it for test drive & decided to think it over. A few minutes after we left a female sales manager called my son and said the price was $20,000 & not the price hanging from rear view mirror.THAT should have been our warning sign, but my 21yr old son really wanted the car as his first self-purchased car so we went back to talk about the price.They will not stand behind a used 2017 Mustang that a huge chunk of paint flaked off of 2 weeks after sale. Used car sales manager (Heath) claims we were offered a $500 paint warranty when in fact the ONLY warranty “mentioned” by the person we did paperwork with (Mike) was a general warranty that was a lot more than $500.Sales manager claims we signed off on the paint warranty. If so, it was shuffled into the pile of papers that require signatures and was NOT presented as a paint warranty.It’s not what someone does when things go OK, but what they do when things go wrong that count.I will never buy another car from them.They slighted us. Without a doubt!!!

Josh was my service person and I had inquired about having my brakes checked and pricing for new tires while I was there. I was worried that I would not have enough money to get my car fixed because several warning lights had came in. Turns out it was the battery which was a huge relief. I had enough money for the battery but would not of had any money left to live on till my next check. The service guy recommended getting the financing and I did. What a relief it was!

Pleasant experience buying our Honda there. Enjoyed working with the employees there. They were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They could really use a larger building and car lot area, parking lot, etc. Got a lot going on in a tight space. They also had the best selection of new Hondas compared to the other Honda dealership that I visited. Another reason why they could utilize a larger piece of real estate.
