Don’t go. I have the worst experience buying a car here. They changed the price right at the time you step in the store, seller had bad attitude and very unprofessional. The pic we saw online is great but there is actually problem with the front bump and they told us we have to take it by ourself.I gave one star cuz there is no negative one I can pick.Don’t go.

Purchased Toyota Highlander in July 2021. At the time of purchase I was told that I will be receiving the car title in couple of weeks. It’s been 45 days now, even after rigorous follow up, the title is not sent to me yet by the dealership. The temporary tag provided to me is also expiring today. Neither car title nor another temporary tag is provided to me. So technically I will not be in position to drive the car starting tomorrow. Very frustrating to keep waiting so long even when nothing is due from my end. I am told this issue will be addressed on priority. waiting for an update.
—UPDATE: No response, whatsoever, from the service managers. It’s been over a week.—Over promised. Under delivered.- Was told it was a one day job. Took a week to “complete”.- Taillight was replaced but you obviously didn’t do a full check on installation because the bulb was burned out. Should have easily been caught and brought to my attention if work was actually checked.- Detail was incomplete, mirrors and ceiling were still dirty. Even after I brought it in again to be cleaned, it still wasn’t done. Tyler Sancho even guaranteed me it had been completed.- Inaccurate invoice. Since I’m billed hourly for each job I should be able to hold you to your quotes for each job. If a job comes in under, then you should pass on the savings. If you’re going over the quote for an individual job, I should have been contacted before the work was completed. Each job is billed individually and should be treated as such.- Was promised no charge on the rental and was charged $84.00.- Cup holder divider, windshield ice/snow cover and tire gauge all went missing after the incomplete detail.- Did get a $4.00 discount on a $3000 bill.
Best experience EVER buying a car. Great communication, well maintained dealership and no surprises from start to finish. Torres, Syed, Joel and the other staff were very accommodating. They picked me up from the airport 30 minutes away as well. It gets better....the owner Matt even took the time to call and ensure all was well with the car and to thank me for my business. You dont see this nowadays. Id highly recommend them if youre in the market to purchase your next vehicle.

Amazing experience leasing a vehicle from this dealership. I contacted them through an online form found on their website and within 15 minutes I had someone contact me. They got me to where I wanted to be for pricing and had me fill out all the paperwork necessary before I ever stepped foot in their dealership. When I showed up for delivery, the car was up-front and ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in under 20 minutes.Very professional employees at this dealership. While they are polite, they didnt have gas in the cars we were interested in. Left our number and never got a call back though it was supposed to be ready in the morning.
My family has bought over 8 cars at this dealership since 2005. Lately, the buying experience has really been horrible. I walked in and was met by sales rep Ken. I told him I was looking for a used RAV4 and wanted to be under $27,000. He had no clue what inventory the dealership even had. He pulled up his phone and started looking online for used cars at the dealer website. When I asked if there was an inventory list I could look at he told me to do it on my phone on the website. I was taken back and said I could have done this at home instead of coming to see you. Then he offered to take me back and look at it on a computer. Not any better, but we did. We saw a car we liked and decided to walk to the car to look at it. He walked a mile ahead of us and we walked past a few cars that he didnt even know he had on the lot. At that point I questioned if he even knew what he was doing. Then he just walked up and down the lot looking for any Rav4, by himself, a mile ahead of us. Unhelpful. Frustrated, I picked one I thought I was interested in and said lets talk numbers, again I got no where with him. It wasnt until the sales manager Derek came along and realized that my family had been a loyal customer for years, only then did I get better treatment. The next day I went to mentor Nissan and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, offered coffee, asked questions to understand what I was looking for, shown many options and even offered a great price. I bought the SUV the same day.I know that management is good at motorcars Toyota, but I would not recommend Ken as your sales rep. Absolutely not helpful and rude. If I decide to buy another car from this place hopefully I will get treated like we used to.
Sales person he named himself (Donken) was very rude on the phone with me. I called to inquire about the title of a car I have already bought it, he was was talking so unfriendly with no sense of helping.

The seatbelts in the back row of my car started fraying at the spot where they retract into the car. Since my car was still under the original manufacture warranty, I took my car into the dealership MotorCars Toyota to get the seatbelts replaced under the warranty.MotorCars Toyota says the seatbelts fraying is likely caused by a childrens car seat and since the car seat is an outside source they dont consider this a parts defect and they wont replace the seat belts under warranty.Corporate Toyota offered to cover the cost of the actual parts but I would cover the labor. I just had the seatbelts replaced and they wanted to charge me $822.65 for something that took them less then two hours. When I asked why so much, the rep said it is a 6 hour job, just because our techs can get it done quickly, why should we lose out.
Great experience working with sales staff at Toyota Motorcars! Combination of Pat and Stephanie made my visit quick and easy. I just stopped in during my last oil change as my old lease was expiring, and made a deal on a new lease on the spot!! Days later, I returned my old lease, and drove off in a new 2021 4Runner! I would definitely recommend either of them.

I was going there for an oil change and left with a new car. Joy Taylor is the woman to go to! She thoroughly explains everything and answers ANY questions you might have for her. Dont be afraid to ask! Funny enough, I got my used car from her about a year or 2 go, then I saw an upgraded version of my car and viola. Theres no pressure involved whatsoever in getting a new or used car. She wont put you in a car you arent comfortable with driving.

Considering the fact that we made an appointment to look at a specific car this afternoon and they knew it was a 2 hour drive for us, they sold the car this morning yet never bothered to call us so we could save ourselves a trip. Instead when we got there, they said they knew we were there to look at the car that they sold earlier but they had a better car to offer for only $1,000 more. My husband was a little more than upset especially after working all day and then spending 4 hours driving for absolutely nothing. All it would have taken was a courtesy call to us to give us the opportunity to decide what we wanted to do instead of making us drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to hear they sold the car.
Antonio Morson was the certified product specialist who helped me. He did a wonderful job and was extremely knowledgeable about the particular year (2008) of used Avalon that I was interested in. He got answers for the very few questions that he could not answer immediately himself. After I had agreed to a deal, he expedited the extra paperwork caused by my using a credit union in San Antonio Texas for the purchase. I had been buying cars thru them for over 30 years. He also was able to get the trunk carpet cleaned further as I requested. This was the best used car purchase experience that I ever had. Strongly recommended him, and this dealership, to facilitate your car purchase efforts.

Went to look at a car here, after driving an hour and a half and talking to someone to make sure the interior was not all beat up, they blatantly thought it was okay to disregard that the back looked like they let a tiger loose in the car with all the scrapes and scratches in the interior. After having to go through all the work of a trade in before even getting the keys to test drive, then seeing the vehicle. Afterwards, just to see.. they refused to even negotiate the price of the vehicle because “we’re already at a loss on the vehicle with it.” Lies and schemes to get you in, waste your time, and not even work with you. Not exactly the business model you want in a company. They’d do anything to hide the truth, or neglect telling you about it. Shady business..
We visited a few Toyota dealerships prior to visiting this one. Our experience at Toyota Motorcars was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we wanted a bottle of water, simply to look around, or talk to someone. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wildly different than other dealerships where you sign in with a receptionist and hope that a salesman graces you with their presence from behind an intimidating office.Ask for Igor and he will welcome you like family. No pressure or hard sales tactics. A different salesman also stopped by to see if our kids wanted to watch a Disney movie. All in all. Very impressed.I took a picture of the entrance to show you the difference. Notice the red direct phone to the owners? I dare you to find another dealership that cares enough about your experience. We love our purchase and plan to be here for life.
I purchased a car when they also owned Motorcars Honda. I paid for scratch and dent protection. About 4 months after getting my car, I noticed some scratches and inquired about getting them fixed. They gave me the run around for months saying the scratch was too big, it wasnt covered, that I had to call SafeRide...all of which were lies. When I confronted them about it they said Foundation Honda (who was buying Motorcars) had all the paperwork and hadnt filed it yet.I take the issue up with Foundation Honda (who gave me the run around too) and find out Motorcars never filed the paperwork and Foundation never even saw the documents, and because my contract was with Motorcars claimed they couldnt do anything.I take the issue up with Motorcars Toyota (same team, my docs are still on file, they know whats up because Foundation called them about the issue) and they say that its not their responsibility and that they dont even have my documents on file. After more running around and pressing the issue, they say they can give me a partial refund and cancel the service. Which I am still trying to figure out how they can do without my documents on file.I told them I want a full refund including what I already paid towards it because I never received any of the services and no one was willing to honor the contract.They said theyll work something out and will get back to me, assuring me that they will fix it (I had been up there three times at this point). Then I get a text out of the blue saying they cant help me.TL;DR Dont trust them. You will be lied to. Double check every. single. thing. they tell you and make sure all of the paperwork is filed with the appropriate entities. If anything is amiss, immediately escalate to management or other entities. Dont let them give you the run around like they did to me.I expected a dealership to try to make me overpay for a car but I did not expect to be lied to repeatedly to my face. They lied so much and so blatantly, I just found it to be extremely disrespectful after a certain point.
I’m going to be honest, before today’s appointment, I was seriously considering handling my car needs elsewhere after a truly disappointing experience with a service advisor who took over for Eric earlier this spring. That was despite the excellent quality of work provided by the technicians! Customer service is so important, and it’s possible the service advisor last time was having an off day, but it rubbed me the wrong way.I’m glad I’m a creature of habit, though, because today I met Mike Harris! Mike Harris is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and has great people skills. He is excellent at communicating prices and estimating time. As long as Mike is my service advisor, I will definitely keep coming back!
Had my all-time best car buying experience ever last month with Motorcars product specialist Michael Sayre. He has tremendous expertise and technical knowledge, and on top of that was so helpful, kind, and patient that he put us completely at our ease and graciously facilitated the transaction every step of the way. He even brought chairs outside for us to sit in so that we would only have to be inside the building (pandemic safety) for the bare minimum amount of time. I really cant praise him enough.

Motorcars has been great so far with servicing my truck. Always friendly and willing to accommodate my schedule which is a plus. Although I didn’t buy my truck or 4Runner from them, I will get the next run of vehicles from them because the service has been outstanding.
I’d been looking for a 2007-2011 Honda CR-V for a while and had already visited several dealerships before ending up at Motorcars. I had a 1999 Audi A4 Avant Quattro that I wanted to trade in—for its age it was in excellent condition, with a turbo and crazy low miles, and I had put a LOT of money into it in the year I owned it to make it safe to drive. Other salesmen I had talked to before this had basically laughed at me, even though I had receipts for $700 of work in the past 3 months and just wanted to get SOME trade-in value, and told me that they had put “a lot of work” into their cars too, and wanted to get something for that work. Listen, dealerships and individual people pay WAY different amounts for the work done to the cars—I understand my Audi wasn’t necessarily a prize for anyone, but I felt disrespected most places I went. Motorcars was completely different; they started with an original offer of $100 for the trade-in, but when I produced the receipts and told them I’d put a lot into the car, they came back with an offer of the full KBB value of $500. I really appreciated how they worked with me respectfully and empathized with my situation—the salesman was a young guy, but he was respectful and professional the whole way through. I was in and out, with my new car and paperwork, in probably less than an hour. I will definitely remember the excellent selection and service here next time I’m in the market for a car!

The staff at Motorcars Toyota are all super friendly and helpful. I purchased a 2019 Corolla, the buying experience was very easy, they listened to what i wanted and worked to make it happen. Ive brought it back for regular maintenance and a couple recall services. There was an issue with one of the recall repairs, I called, they told me I could bring it in right now, I did, they took care of it and had me on my way within a couple hours. Fantastic experience, and I would recommend getting your next car from them!

This is the worst Toyota car service ever. Just after I bought my brand new Toyota Siena (At 5000 miles), I had a major mechanical issue. I had to leave the vehicle at the service facility for few weeks until they find a solution. During that time they have used the vehicle and caused damage to the body in several places. They even tried to fix one of the damages in the rare of the van by heating up the body. They never told me about it and screamed at me after questioning. Even after complaining with the owner he just sent a mobile service person just to fix one of the small damages. This is really unacceptable and everyone should aware about my worst experience. I will never use this service again and I highly recommend you to take pictures of the body before you leave your vehicle at this place (If you really want to use their service). I honestly recommend not to use this service.

Worst place, i can’t go this place again. They charged $4650 for window repair and when it comes to quality, they are worst. Moreover the ambient lights of the buttons on the window are still not working. Some good dealership have replaced the old door with new one in this amount.
Our sales rep went well and above our expectations! We met in the parking by accident as she was in the middle of closing up shop. Clearly she had stepped outside only for the moment because it was unseasonably cold and she was not dressed for the weather. She patiently answered our questions, was not hurried in her responses and we had to assure her we would follow up at our earliest conscience. Throughout the process she was attentive, not pushy, extremely helpful and very easy to work with. All of this has continued well after the sale. Others could learn a lot from her. Her is name is Joy Taylor. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and caring sales person who follows through even after the sale.

Its very comfortable to leave your car with them overnight or they make waiting a treat with the luxurious waiting room. The technicians provide a valued service and all their work is Toyota certified which is a relief of stress when having your car worked on. I love coming here and they even offer public wi-fi. I dont trust any other mechanics as much as I trust the Toyota specialists.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I was offered a price for the purchase of my vehicle after the used car manager test drove it with his mechanic. After going back with a new price request, they agreed and told me to come in for a second inspection and sign it over to them. I came back, dropped off the car, they inspected it a second time and I signed over the keys and canceled my insurance. Offer, acceptance and consideration - a legally binding contract.After a few days, I received a text stating they were unable to complete the transaction because the car required additional repairs. I asked for a list of the required repairs and they refused to give it to me. After many days of back and forth with them, they offered me an amount $2000 less than what we had agreed to. Then, after further negotiation, and having possession of the car for over 10 days, they reduced the offer even further by another $1000.This dealership does not operate in good faith. They employ bait and switch tactics, offer prices and then rescind their offers and dont hold up their end of legally binding contracts. Meanwhile, they allow you to sit and wait for responses multiple days while you wonder if you are going to have to make a car payment on a car you dont have anymore.Avoid this dealership like the plague! There are many others that will treat you with respect and integrity.

Motorcars Toyota is an excellent dealership with exceptional costumer service. Over the course of my 3 year lease, I have experienced nothing but the best from this dealership and all of the employees. The service center is open late, and very accommodating to my schedule. The auto body shop fixed my Toyota on several occasions. It was very easy to set up a rental car while my car was being repaired, and the repairs were fixed in a very timely manor. Sherman was very professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. Motorcars also cleaned my car free of charge at the time of the service. I would highly recommend Motorcars Toyota !

Worst Service center ever and their prejudice and I purchased Four New Tires and Matt the owner never honored No warranties on my vehicle and said he doesn’t care and my tires are not right it is a bead leak in three of my tires from one of his technicians Josh ...... terrible customer service from Dave and Steve in the service center And to Matt the owNer I’m not UPSET ... It’s disappointing that my tires new tires at that HAVE BAD BeaD leaks and your Prejudices and Does not want to Honor my Tire warranty shows your character ........

Even I didn’t find the car I wanted, I got no complaints here. The sales team members were highly informative. Joy helped me to compare different vehicles and prices in a professional way and did not push the sales at all. Their maintenance inspection of each vehicle is the most detailed one I’ve ever seen. Overall a 5 star experience. Definitely recommend it!

Joy Taylor sold us our car - she was super helpful in helping get everything resolved. We purchased the car online (lived hours away) but we were able to put a deposit down and have all the details figured out by the next day. We paid a little extra to have our car delivered to us and there was some miscommunication and hiccups in that process due to the broker who was shipping the car, but Derek Roberts helped get everything sorted out and we received the car about a week after we had purchased it.
The service staff at Toyota Motorcars is unsurpassed. Melanie and Keith went above and beyond to accommodate me during my repair and exceeded all my expectations (of how customers should be treated). I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to them for repair (regardless of its a Toyota). Any repair Ive had has been fixed properly (the first time) at a reasonable price. Not only is the staff and practices of this service center second to none, they also have the the best hours in the industry. I will remain a loyal customer and forever grateful for there work and dedication.
Joy Taylor was amazing! I sold my Toyota Camry to Motorcars Toyota and she was the best replacement I could have worked with. She checked in every day letting me know that they were working on getting the title from the bank and finally getting the check. The process took a little longer than expected due to Covid-19, abour 3 weeks in total. I would highly recommend working with Joy!
DO NOT BUY USED CARS from here. Team of professional liars. Before buying any used car take the car to another mechanic. Check if the car has any rust and if the cars had accident in the past.Anything they say is a lie. Be careful they are professional liars.
I recently purchased a used 2013 GMC Sierra from Motorcars Toyota. Throughout the whole process everyone was so helpful & responsive to all my questions & requests. Nicole Crenshaw & Michael Sayre were incredible. They did everything they could to make my buying experience a pleasurable one. I’m from Lancaster PA & they even paid to have my truck shipped to me. I recieved an oil change from this establishment and I was told before the oil change that I was allowed to use my coupon I received from them in the mail. After my oil change was done they told me that they would not accept the coupons, after I specifically showed them the coupon before they touched my vehicle. The service department manager told me, the customer, to take my business elsewhere. This establishmentis etremely ignorant and rude. Take your business elsewhere, where you will be appreciated
Many car sales persons just want to sale you a vehicle fast as they can then move on to the next. Sometimes leave you with somethings missing. We had a different experience this time around.Our car broke, need a replacement asap. And we found this wonderful lady, Joy Taylor and the entire dealership, helping us through out the process as smooth as it can be. She understood our needs, went through some choices with us patiently, found the answers for our questions swiftly. At the end we chose a budge Toyota certified Camry, to Ms. Taylor and the dealership probably is not much compare to some high end vehicle. Yet the entire time we didnt feel pressured and Ms. Taylor was very thorough, patient and kind. After we signed on the dotted line, it was almost 8 pm (Saturday night), the dealership almost empty and ready to lock the door, yet shes there with us went through all the function of controls on dashboard. We didnt get this when we bought our other new vehicle!We want to say thank you, Joy and Motorcars, keep up the good work!
What l dont like about Dealerships is theyre permitted to sell you something then punish u4 buying it. The things they get away with should be out lawed

Had an agreement on price and I was constantly communicating on when to come to the dealership and take delivery of vehicle. Limited return communication, dealership then sold the vehicle prior to my arrival. I would not recommend working with this dealership.

Joy Taylor was awesome from the moment she contacted me. I ran into a known issue with Fords dual clutch transmission and had a very large amount of negative equity. She wasnt the only person I contacted about my issue and trying to get me into a car within a 4 days. Many others stopped contacting me and checking up on my situation. Joy stuck through the entire 6 weeks. Which is a huge plus! Once I paid the car off, she was able to get me into a really nice car for a similar payment. Im so happy to be a Toyota customer. It is really nice knowing that the this toyota team really cares about their product and customers! Thank you so much Joy!

Pat made the experience pleasant and explained my questions very promptly. She gave me time to think about the options and make my decision. I was talking to more than one Toyota dealership and became frustrated with the aggressive sales staff at other locations. I am very happy with the price, the experience with Motorcars, and with my new car!
I worked specifically with Joy Taylor pretty much exclusively through the process of getting a new vehicle and not only did she find me one that hit all of my wants, but she also managed to do this all within a matter of days but wouldnt settle until she knew I got everything I needed. I highly recommend her for anybody looking for a car that may feel sick of getting swindled by the often stereotyped used car salesperson. She was incredibly kind and respectful.

Everyone that I dealt with at Motorcars Toyota was helpful and cordial. I was not actually in the market for a car but I had a second car that I wanted to unload and they made me a very reasonable offer for the car. If I were to buy another car Motorcars Toyota would be one of my first stops.
Ivy Vernell made the process so smooth! Excellent customer service. She made sure I understood everything ever step of the way. She wasnt just trying to get the sale but she makes sure that the customer gets exactly what they want. As far as the time spent inside the dealership ... I was in and out in about an hour.... And you all know how long it usually takes when you go into a dealership to get financed. They didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot so being it was the Christmas/New Years holiday I had to wait a few days so she could get the exact interior and exterior colors plus features. Great job!!! During my wait I had a little unfortunate accident and she delivered my vehicle to my home and drove my trade in back to the dealership for me... Wow!! This sales lady was awesome! I would definitely recommend her and motorcars Toyota. 10⭐
