This is a really cool nice Coffee shop first time yesterday visiting. This is a very nice place to sit and relax, they sell coffee pastries and sandwiches. I just had a cup of coffee and very fresh donut considering it was closing time almost. The coffee was wonderful quality stuff super alternative to you know what. The prices are great as well 2.75 for a coffee and a donut 🍩 niceeeee! The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and welcoming to me and the other customers.

I work in Tower City Center so Joe Maxx is a nice alternative to Starbucks when you need to have a quick meeting over coffee.

The young lady was very complimenting to us & nice yesterday. Also nice service. The carmel cookie was good. And he says he really enjoys the tea there so he took me to the shop... I must say that I Know that public square seriously needs to deep clean around the public square shops/stores/ establishments #Please

One of my favorite coffee shops in Cleveland. They have rotating specials every month, but normally I get their bumblebee latte which is banana, honey, and vanilla flavored. Its perfect and not too sweet! Its not very big inside, but still a nice area to sit with friends or by yourself. Drop in here for a PSL instead of Starbucks (you will not regret it)!!

I love their breakfast sandwiches! I usually get a toasted croissant with cream cheese, egg, spinach, mushrooms, bacon and balsamic drizzle. Absolutely wonderful. $5. There are other types on the menu. Mine is my own concoction. A basic veggie one is cheaper. So many choices for breakfast and lunch. And their coffee is great. In the fall they have an awesome cider drink. Love this place

Coffee is amazing, best Ive had in my trips to Cleveland, the Batistas are super friendly. I didnt get their names but the one with short blueish purple hair and the one with the Legally blonde the musical shirt are fantastic. Bagels are amazing. Everything was 10x better than the hotel they are attached to.

The central point to any coffee shop is the coffee itself. Without great coffee, the atmosphere, customer service, decor, or prices dont matter.The coffee here is fantastic. I had the dark roast drip coffee. It has great character and body.The place was clean. Staff was quick and attentive. Service was quick for a Sunday morning. Location is convenient. Definitely recommend it.

Their coffee is tasty and all but their food is even better!! You might pass this small shop by but dont. And remember to get a Belgian waffle with butter and sugar. Super tasty.

Its a great local coffee shop. There are a few comfy chairs for lounging too.

Normally very good food and services. They are sometimes understaffed affecting service. Breakfast sandwiches are my go to option.

This place has great coffee, its affordable and everyone that works there is really nice. Good breakfast options as well. Best place to get coffee in Tower City.

I looked forward to the hype but shot down with the experience. On three different occasions mind you. Management is terrible. There isnt even a dress code so you walk in and baristas are in pajamas or holey clothing with bleach stains. Service on food is slow. My dark roast coffee was cold at 7:45am, wow! There doesnt seem to be any type of structure. Let alone any type pf leadership. I dont want to walk into an establishment and hear about someones drunken escapades the night before. Or to know that someone is still high because they 420ed I thought this place would have more potential. Need more training. On every aspect and level, guys. Get with it

Way better coffee than Starbucks. Faster and a little cheaper aswell. Best spot in or around tower city for a quick cup of coffee.

Good coffee good food great customer service nice baristas management has done well with training staff they are knowledgeable when it comes to food and teas and coffee I love it it’s my favorite place downtown it’s a must visit

I have mixed feelings about this place. They have good drinks, but their service is SO SLOW. And they forget orders or the order that customers place them in. I would say drinks yes, food no.
