Amazing! The cupcakes are super moist and the frosting isn’t overly sweet. The flavors are on point. I’ve only lived in the area a few weeks and already had four of them. Also, the woman who helped me both times I was in is incredibly kind. Wish I could give more stars!

I can not begin to tell you how much I enjoy this bakery. I remember when I first tried this place when they were originally in Tremont. I follow the same rules every time. When I’m in the area I stop here no matter what! Also, when I’m craving a great cupcake I know where to go. You have to try her brownies as well. I was apprehensive at first because of the frosting but it was amazing. Cupcakes are moist and flavorful with a selection anyone can find what they enjoy. I wrote all that and forgot to mention how wonderful the woman is that owns the shop (I believe that’s her when I stop in, sorry I never got your name). She’s always a joy when I visit. Answers questions, makes recommendations and all helpful!

Apart from having absolutely delicious treats, the service here is fantastic. Im not from the area and when I tried to stop today, I encountered many closed roads (some construction, some accidents). The lady was nice enough to hand-draw me a map of how to get back to where I was going. I couldnt be happier with the amazing cupcakes and top notch customer service. I can see why my fiancée loves this place!

This place is amazing . I’ve had my share of cupcakes and these are the very best I had ever. Worth every penny. You can tell they put love into what they make. Oreo dream things are so good and I don’t even eat Oreos !

Wendy was very helpful when trying to order a custom cupcake order for my friends in Cleveland, while I was in Mexico. The cupcakes were gorgeous and I was told they tasted great! They had a one week turn around and dont offer delivery but Syndee, referred me to their third party partner, Task Fairies, who safely delivered the cupcakes. Would recommend thank you!!

We got the special Valentines day box, and everything was amazing... The raspberry chocolate truffle cake thing was amazing and my favorite along with the chocolate covered almonds. Girlfriend liked the terrarium and the brownie best, and boyfriend liked the brownie, the raspberry chocolate truffle cake thing and the pink macaroon.And because they looked tasty, I also got a Samoa cupcake and the dark chocolate covered pretzels. The cupcake was moist and decadent and the coconut topping was incredible. I could eat that stuff straight out of whatever bowl they make it in. And the pretzels were the perfect balance of chocolate to pretzel. I will be back for more of each as soon as my wallet and waistline agree 🤣😂

Where have I been all this time? We started with only splitting 2 cupcakes to share at the table. They were so delicious, we ended up splitting 2 more flavors! So much for watching our weight! Each flavor was just as good as the next. Cakes were so soft and moist. The frosting and design on each were beautiful. Call out to the red velvet, samoa and carrot cake. 2 more to knock out! Will be back to order birthday cakes soon! Thanks for the friendly service too!

The best cupcakes hands down! They did a cupcake tree for my wedding in a short time frame and it was beautiful. Very professional, and responsive. They arrived at the venue on time and set up. So many flavors to choose from, the cake at the top of the tower is a really nice size. Great prices too!

Called in my order - customer service was great and the prices are super fair for the quality of the product ordered. The carrot cake cupcakes I asked to have made are extremely complex compared to other recipes, and they knocked it out of the park. Will def be coming back and highly recommend to all.

Cupcakes are very good. Cake is not dry and frosting is not too gritty or sugary. The cupcakes are kept cold and my guess is because of the butter in the think frosting so I think it wouldve been better at room temperature for a while. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic Ice Cream! You can tell they use quality ingredients. The Lemon Cheesecake was amazing. My daughter had the Fair Trade Chocolate and it had great flavor. The shop is adorable as well.

I ordered a cake to celebrate my sisters bachelorette from Wendy and this was no joke one of the best cakes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating and I’m pretty picky about good cake! We ordered the strawberry cassata style cake and we couldn’t stop eating it all weekend long. I have her picture of what I was thinking for decoration and she duplicated it perfectly! I will definitely be ordering from A cookie and a cupcake again, hopefully soon :)

Review of A Cookie and A Cupcake __ Friday, April 05, 2019 around 8:00PM came in for Dessert/Ice Cream after Dinner __ the Kids with us were looking forward to Ice Cream. Upon entering the young lady that came from the back appeared irritated and made no comment to welcome us in the shop or ask how we could be helped. We were looking at the Ice Cream counter and we ordered the Strawberry and received a BLANK Stare from the young lady behind the counter so I repeated myself and she finally spoke and said THIS Strawberry has something in it? So I asked this is the only Strawberry you have? She looked all around and finally said yes. So, I asked what does it have in it...she appeared to say cake. I responded well they would like Strawberry and ordered a scoop for each ... then the young lady said you have to order a Cupcake too, you cant just order the Ice Cream... to make a long story short we were forced to order Cupcakes too. I requested boxes and bags so we could each take our respective cupcakes home and again with the Blank stare ... I explained again to take the Cupcakes home and asked again for two little boxes... again to make a long story short she would only give me one little box __ so we squeezed what we could in the box and I gave them to the other members of our Party to take home. This young lady kept returning to the back room... so to get her attention we had to open and close the door ... which appeared to be an irritant as it was when another party entered. We were Not offered tastes to sample the Ice Cream although it appears that is available. We were Not offered any explanation to questions asked. Service and Courtesy non existent even during payment when asking for a receipt a no was the only response __ the only Thank you was from us as Customers. This is the Ultimate training in what NOT to do to attract and entice Customers to return __ The lack of Service overshadowed any temptation of their products. Disappointing Experience!

I ordered a custom cake for my boyfriend’s college graduation. He’s a mechanic so the theme was to have a liking of his Dodge Charger on the cake with an open hood and tools around it. I was so excited about this cake!My friend picked up the cake for me on the day of the ceremony and I was so disappointed! His name was spelled incorrectly, the car was lumpy and looked as if it had just been done that morning. The tires and back of the car were crooked! Then when my friend spoke to the owner or manager she was told that “it is what it is” I paid for that cake and if I don’t like it it should be changed! The manager also said my friend was bullying her for a discount. I was absolutely infuriated!This bakery is trash. Zero customer service or appreciation for customers! If you’re going to do custom cakes for special occasions do it well or don’t do it all! GO TO GIANT EAGLE, NOT THIS BAKERY.

First & foremost, Ive purchased from this bakery a few times in the past & never had a problem. This occasion I wanted to get cupcakes for my little sisters 21st birthday. I contacted them on their website, never got a reply. I went into the South Euclid store where they told me I had to go on the website & request a consultation. I explained how I had did just that & hadnt heard anything back. One of the owners had contacted me back, apologized for the confusion & I placed my order. When I picked them out & took them to the party & took them out the box, the presentation was very poor. The cake portion of the cupcakes were uneven & lopsided. The cupcakes were also over cooked. They were brown, and hard on the outside. I was extremely upset with the outcome & I hope the South Euclid store provides better service to other patrons.

Delicious! Its hard to believe that the muffins, cookies and candies are so much better than the other ! Lemon and blueberry muffins, and the protein muffins are my favorite! Better get there early!

The only word I have is; disappointing. Ive tried Cookie and a Cupcake at every location theyve lived in thinking maybe a change of space would mean a change in product. It didnt. The cupcakes Ive had were dry, the frosting is strange (not bad, but it doesnt taste like any style Im familiar with), and the cookies were bland. Theyve also merged with Churned Ice Cream and though I didnt have their ice cream, the chocolate covered cheesecake was a huge let down. I wouldnt say this place is bad (and just to note; the woman working was very nice), but with so many options near by, I cant see why youd go a second time.

I went there with my wife and 2 kids about a week ago, and it was amazing. Wendy personally took care of me and she was extremely sweet. I live in North Royalton which is 25 minutes away and dont mind the drive knowing Im getting the best in town cookies, cup cakes, and cakes. Been there 3 times since then and it just keeps getting better and better.

Their buttercream frosting is so good, I want to roll around in it.

Very unique ice cream flavors and cupcakes. Overall, very good. HOWEVER, there is NO public restroom which is nearly unheard of and majorly inconvenient when youre with kids.

Sorry, it just didnt do it for me. I tried the place in the spirit of supporting a local business, but the cupcake I had frankly wasnt anything I couldnt have made at home. Maybe thats the appeal and Im missing the point, I dont know. Staff was friendly enough, but for the money sorry, Im heading to Gigis next time.
