Ordered a cake for a party and a mock up piece was done to ensure the right design was done because I wouldn’t be picking up, my husband would be. It was a neon star repetitive pattern, the cake was was supposed to be fully iced. The lady got the mock up 100% correct. My husband picked it up assuming they got it right because they had done the mock up. I got home and seen the cake and it was so bad. It had a star outline and has different sizes dots places on the cake. It wasn’t fully iced either. I called the store and the lady proceeded to try and argue with me and told me that those instructions weren’t written on the odder sheet. I insisted they were because I watched the other lady fill it out and she finally admitted that they where there and she just didn’t read it. I’m very upset and she should be taught a lesson about reading the entire order sheet instead of guessing on a design. It was also not offered to be made right either. We paid for a cake that is the exact opposite of what we wanted & doesn’t match the party decorations now. What a waste of money. Very disappointed & I do not recommend this place anymore.

Stopped at this location tonight to get cookies for our kids as a treat.. when we got home we looked in the bags … the guy completely did not give us half of our order. AND no one would answer the phone to make this situation right. That is great customer service right there 🙄

They have raised their prices & the cookie cake tasted just ok. It definitely wasnt worth what I paid for it.

I had such a wonderful experience with this location. The cake was perfect and delicious (as always) and the customer service was exceptionally outstanding! Despite them being very busy, I was able to feel valued as a customer. I was even offered a free drink or cookie for waiting only 5 minutes or so past the original pickup time. Everyone seemed to be working so hard to ensure customer satisfaction; not only did they accomplish that but they went above and beyond in every aspect!

Showed up at 6 pm and they are completely out of cookies. What kind of cookie place doesnt have not 1 single cookie...a pathetic one apparently

Great American cookies in Bradley Square, Mall is the place to go to celebrate, associate or commiserate. No matter the occasion their great products and wonderful service not to mention the fine folks behind the counter always puts a smile on my face.

Good cookies and service.
