This store has always been a wonderful place shop. Great customer service and pretty much will have what you need or want. They still have videos to rent. I remember being a young kid and looked forward to going and renting. The good ol days. The Deli is wonderful. Decent prices and great customer service. Everything is cut to order. I love this drug mart. You get a family feel here.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. There is a large old white lady with long white hair who works there. Every time she sees an opportunity to harass my mother she does it. Im not sure if it is racial discrimination, or if this lady is just repugnant, but regardless she should not work there if she is going to harass customers. Multiple times she has made my mother come home in tears. This lady yells at my mother in front of everyone insulting her and defaming her. The manager knowing completely well that my mother has shopped there for years and has always been a great customer, allowed and supported the behavior of the employee. Because of this my mother feels forced to stop shopping there entirely.

This store is like a time capsule for what once was. I used to come here back in the 90s with my aunt to rent videos. I stopped in recently and it still has the exact same vibe. Recently I decided to get a prescription filled there to try out the pharmacy and they were the NICEST people I’ve ever dealt with. Also my script was ready in ten minutes and was not overpriced. Whoever runs this store.... thank you from the bottom of my heart. You make me feel like a kid again shopping with my aunt.
Your point card is a joke know one understand how it works not even the people that works there my husband had a hard time redeeming the so called free items the manager was rude she raised her voice at him he just wanted a explanation of how it worked she said she was yelling at her he wasnt we will never use that card again the hassle is not worth it
They will always be the last place to find something when you cannot find it anywhere else. So I go there first now
In all the years I have been going to this Drug Mart this is the first time I left the store so humiliated and embarrassed. I was in line to check out and for a quick second and out of habit I forgot about the markers on the floor for social distancing. After the customer in front of me moved her cart I stepped on the second marker when the cashier Windee T. said very loudly for the whole store to hear Maam you need to get behind the line she was very rude and loud. She could have been a little nicer when correcting me and for the record I was wearing a mask. When she finally waited on me she did not ask for my rewards card and told me to shove my stuff on the counter closer to her. She had already totaled and bagged my 3 items when I had my rewards card out and asked her What about my card ? she said sorry and scanned my card. I do my best to show a great deal of courtesy to people working with the public because I know it is not easy. This was uncalled for and I do not know if I will be back.

Giving them 5 stars because I received excellent service by a friendly employee who made sure I found everything I needed. Im not from the area and he was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to give the kids and I great service. Would definitely recommend this store, his name was Jonathon. I think he deserves a raise !!#Store17 #Fulton!
The pharmacist and employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Its a great place to get cheap movie rentals. The deli has good prices on lunch meat. The store is usually pretty clean and well stocked. Just be a bit careful if you try to buy produce here. Most of it always looks like its at the end of its life.
Normally a good place...GREAT people work here...very friendly...however, youre turning into a Ghetto Mart not getting these long lines thru checkout. Might I suggest having all 3 registers open? Instead of girls stocking shelves and managers collecting carts get them on a register.
Went there for my sons breathing machine and they told me someone would call me the next morning and no one ever called so I called, after 3 calls and 2 messages, a day later and the whole run around they still haven’t helped me with his machine. They don’t give you all the info you need to make sure the doctor sends it over to them right, I had to continue to call and wait and call and wait bc I’m getting the information in increments from the pharmacy instead of everything they need from me and the doctor at once!!!! THE WORST PHARMACY. They are more concerned with what time they close then helping.
I’ve been coming to drug mart on almost a daily basis for years! Prices are competitive with larger chains, great hours, and always a fast trip!! I’ve only ever had one issue and the manager was awesome at resolving it, he treats us like family and even knew us from just seeing us shopping there :) I truly feel like a valued customer. Keep up the fantastic work!

I never realized how generous and giving you truly are but today (happy Thanksgiving) Ive realized more than ever how much you not only care about your customers but your employees as well. Interesting place and I thought it was pretty neat until a manager got nasty with me when I requested $10 in cash and no $1 bills. She could not be bothered to fix the fact that she did not have any more $5s or $10s and I would have been willing to wait for her to finish with other customers if necessary but she took an aggressive tone with me. I had to take the $1s and go to the courtesy counter and exchange them for a $5, which was not a problem at all, made for a good solution, but I did not appreciate the tone of voice I was given. The cash was for a specific purpose and $1s could not be used for that purpose (my mothers laundry card machine does not take them and I was getting her cash so she could get her laundry washed). My mother gets her prescriptions here, but I will not be buying anything else from these people. I was not being rude when I asked for no $1s, there was no cause to be rude to me for the request.
A place where you could say hello to brad the stock boy or sally, rings you out quickly enough and lets you know that you are special to somebody .
My favorite drug store!
DDM is an established drugstore in the neighborhood. They provide a wide variety of items from household goods, pharmaceuticals, and food. This location has been around since I was a kid and could use a little updating to make it feel more welcoming. If you need it they probably have it.
This is my neighborhood drug store. The pharmacy is full of nice people who truly care about their customers. Some of the cashiers though... I was trying to buy a small watch battery from an employee, I believe her name is Lora, and she just kept asking me for the old battery. I told her that I knew the number of the battery, but that I didnt have the old one on me. She just shook her head at me and told the customer waiting in line behind me, I hate working here during the first of the month. Just saying... I kept it to myself and after my anger subsided, I called the store and asked for a manager. I explained what happened and dont know what, if anything, was done to address this issue. This was over a year ago and Lora is still there, with the same nasty attitude. Save the racist remarks for your home, lady. If my wife didnt get her medication there, I would never return. Thankfully, they have a drive thru for the pharmacy now.

I just want to said that every time i go there people are very friendly and helpful..but my star goes to Preston..what a nice and wonderful person..helped me with 4 bags of soil and after my purchase took the time to loaded to my car..Preston you are awesome..Drug Mart is bless to have you..keep the good work..well ✔ done
Couple months back I had an issue involving my backpack and having it on as I walked through the store. They said its their policy but I didnt see a sign for that anywhere when i walked in. I dont need to steal. I work, I pay my own bills and keep my nose clean. The rent a cop who confronted me didnt even give me a good reason why I shouldnt have my backpack on in the store. Need to learn a thing or two about customer service, guys.
Couldnt believe security was not enforcing mask rule on those walking in without them.

False advertising and bad customer service. I called store to see if coffee maker for 17.99 was still available, worker stated there are a couple more. Get to the store, seen exact item, but manager claimed they had been out of item a couple days. Only went to store because of bad information given by worker.
I was a loyal customer but I refuse to go back to this store I will go and travel to Parma location. Why would I have to go to customer service to get change for a 50 dollar bill? I was told by the cashier with eyeliner off her eyes that she dont have change and I have to go to cs. To get change. No I dont its not my drawer n not my store. She should have called for a manager to get change its not my job to walk to the back of a store to get change for her register. So I end up giving her a $20 bill wasnt my money to pay for my stuff I called the next day to speak with the manager Ken the manager tells me its their policy no its not your policy if you dont have it quoted nowhere in your store thats a policy amongst yourselves. Kim tells me its their policy not to accept $1, 500 bills to go to customer service so why is it not posted in your store no customer would know that that you do not accept $50 or $100 bills for the safety of your Cashiers but she tells me she didnt have change so both of yall telling me something different she wasnt even at the register at the time for someone to get rung up she tells me she cant leave a register yes you can is call lock your register and go get change or call for a manager to go get change this Young Generation doing customer service being a cashier need better training. and I hope Kim that you do speak the corporate to implement assigning your stories stating that you do not take 50 or a hundred dollar bills please go to customer service for change.

The middle aged cashier with long blond hair who was working today needs retraining. Call your manager if there is an issue regarding a customer at another register. With 3 people in line she left her post and came on to the floor 4 times.

Stop going there after they accused me of stealing and snatched toys out my little babys hands that i payed for and embarrass me in front of everybody after the manager said it was okay for me to leave with the toys out of the bag but she had already opened but I paid for already.
Its an ok drug mart, very old and outdated. Magazines are always old issues, store can be messy. Full time security in this location. Pharmacy and deli. Plenty of wine!
