Best hair store I’ve found on the west side of cle as far as prices and variety..

They are very friendly and helpful the store has lots of stuff but it is neatly arranged. And things are easy to find.... But the customer service is a 10..... They are always helpful

Never even knew this place was here, they have a lil bit of everything from makeup hair dye jewelry colored contacts and body jewelry . Great prices

Ive been going here for years and Im always satisfied. There was a young lady who helped me out finding a wig that worked for me. Ive had a low haircut the past two years and dont have the patience for a lace front of any kind. She listened to my description of what I was looking for and I must say it came out perfectly and it was on sale!

Poor customer service, walked around the 20 minutes trying to find what I was looking for, no one helped and when I did ask for help I had to wait for someone to come out the basement while the guy at the register was on his phone. Selection of hair is terrible. If you want better options for hair go on the Eastside of Cleveland

Its a decent store especially for the location but they need more of a selection. Its clean and organized.

I love this beauty supply store. the owners pick knowledgeable staff. the prices are what you would expect at a hair store, i buy my wigs from here and adore hair color. they have literally any beauty supply you could need, and i love to see a store that caters to black women. everybody stop going to sallys already.

Staff was very friendly and not overbearing. They greeted me after walking into store. Prices are reasonable. Store kinda cramped for all the products displayed. Two people cannot fit down some of the aisles they are too small. Huge variety of items. I bought a new barrette because I left mines at Ocharley and I bought hair for a new crochet style.

Went to look for a wig. Staff was very nice and helpful. Could be more organized would help making decisions as to what to try on, less stressful. Better if wigs are grouped by style. Could use better lighting at wig mirror, also wish I had been offered a brush or comb to help tame wigs I tried on. Large selection of wigs hairpieces and other products. end up purchasing a wig two hairpieces and a few odds and ends. Yes I would return to this store and recommend to a friend.

The man that runs it is very rude, the girls are very good but it’s always different staff the older lady and the young lady in the morning are very friendly and Polite but the store is a mess it need cleaning very messy everything is every where and he need more staff to help and people that knows the store because half the time the girls don’t know where anything is at i decide I’m not shopping there anymore

The black women in the store are usually polite and helpful but I called today to get the price of braiding hair before I came in (just to ensure I had enough money) and the man that answered was very rude to me and said he doesn’t give prices over the phone. This will be my last time supporting their business.

Didnt have ebay was needed but was very nice.

Great selection of hair and products. My only issue is they sometimes dont have items regularly stocked. So if you see something you like, you should buy a lot of it because it may not be there when you return (or ever again).

I have shopped here all the time as there are not many beauty supplies stores in the area. I brought some items that totaled around $24. I checked my account and saw that I was charged $64. I am disputing this with my bank. It is sad that the employees at this business are trying to rip people off. I will never shop here again.

Over prices. This store doesnt greet ppl when they enter the store. I go to this store time to time bcuz its on my street however i get racial profiled while shopping there. I will no longer go there due to the uncomfortable feeling i get while shopping at this hair store. Staff are teenager girls and one man. Not what it use to be. Back to driving to the eastside beauty supply stores where its cheaper and more variety.

AWFUL place to purchase ANYTHING! I was sold a USED CUT UP ponytail, when I called to advise, I was told that they could not do ANYTHING about my situation. NEVER SHOP HERE!

I walked into the store and there were 2 ladies, I said hello and neither responded and went on with their conversation about something. It took me a while to find what I was looking for since it was my first time there and neither of the ladies bothered to ask if I needed any help. When I came to check out, I said hello again and one of them responded and one who cashed me out continued with her story. After she gave me my receipt, I saidI said thank you, I still didnt get a word out her and I honestly shouldnt have been the one saying thank you. I went there because of the great reviews I read and I dont know if there were different people then but this experience didnt mirror what I read before going in.

I have been a regular customer at this place however I went there Christmas eve and was very disappointed in the service. When I arrived the employee at register stated in a loud tone we close in 15 minutes. You have to make a choice after that she started counted down each minute very loud and rude. Will never return that was very unprofessional she needs customer service training

The worst hair store ever, theres a pregnant girl that work the counter customer service is terrible. They hide behind the counter acting like they putting products up but they really watching you. I stood at the counter maybe 2 mins before some came to ring me up, but the girl was sitting right there on the phone. Wouldnt go back their customer service sucks just ghetto. If this is not what u wanna do then quit.

OVERPRICED!!! The new owner has more supplies and product, but its waaaaaaay too expensive. I suppose its because there are a limited amount of black hair supply stores on the west side, but the mark ups are RIDICULOUS. Ill save more money driving to the east side to get my stuff....even in gas! SMH.

This is like one of maybe two beauty stores on the Westside of Cleveland and the staff is pretty friendly whenever I go so with that being said I have been here several times.
