We’ve had our quartz countertops in our new home for 2 months and there is already a chip in it. Never dropped anything on it or bumped it, no clue how it happened. Either way, for being one of the most durable quality of stone, that shouldn’t have happened. I called and they have no warranty or guarantee on it so we’re stuck finding someone to repair it ourselves. I question the “quality” of their products. Find somewhere where they will stand behind their products.

The customer service in this place is awful. The sales lady was rude and dismissive. I pointed out a quartz countertop and asked for a quote she said that is very expensive look over on the other stand for cheaper ones. So I picked out another one told her who my contractor was she then says I cant give you a price until I know your budget so I tell her what if I am paying for it myself? She then tells me all prices with that contractor has to go through them. I kindly walked out the store went somewhere else got a quote from 2 different stores and purchased the countertop. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Quality Stone is great! They had a nice selection of interesting stones on site, and were very flexible in working with our timeline, which kept getting moved back. When we were finally ready for the granite, they came promptly and had an amazingly fast turnaround time from measuring to installing the counter top. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Working with Quality some was truly a breeze from start to finish. Lisa and Dobi were so friendly and incredibly helpful, and did a wonderful job. The whole process was professional, precise and friendly. Thank you!

Quality Stone amazed us. They were so nice and helpful. We had a tight schedule and no one else wanted to touch it but they knocked it out. I cant say enough about how amazing my granite looks!
