I made a quick stop to this store to select some colors and grab a new paint brush. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and the store employee was very nice!

The new Ohio City Sherwin Williams paint store is now open for business...Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful...Inventory is somewhat low, but staff assured me new supplies are arriving daily...

Over priced for the quality of product. Never, NEVER had any paint of yours cover in one coat (other brands do) (and yes, ive used all versions) kudos though, you have my high tax bracket clients thinking its top of the line.....and some, loyalty since im in Cleveland...

Prices are higher than elsewhere and sales reps try to pressure me into buying larger quantities of paint and more expensive paint. I did not like that at all. I know what I came in to buy, please respect my decision and allow me to purchase the items without a hassle.
