I walked in they took care of me right away explained different sizes storage area which I chose two bedrooms sizes first month 54.00 dollars after than 280.00 which is very affordable at the time. He showed me storage area very clean, and Im very excited knowing my stuff very secure. You have the option buy lock from them for 16.00 or be prepared furnish your own

9/30/2021After having this storage for a few months now my 1st review wasnt accurate so im fixing it. I found a lot of what I discussed with the first person. I talked to wasnt passed on. I thought I was getting a climate controlled (cc) unit. I was storing art supplies and whipped shea butter supplies so I stressed I needed a cc unit. I found out not only was my unit not cc but also my supplies I was most worried about was ruined and I was out over 300 bucks. I was going to file a claim but after speaking to Paul I just want my stuff out of there and to be done with this storage place. 3/ 10 would NOT recommend. And the elevator had been unusable 3 of three 4 time Ive went there including moving in ( which was the only day it worked)

I love Life Storage this review has been a year or so in the making especially since I did a review for the wrong location shortly after moving in. LOL!! But the location that i use on Neff Rd. The staff there are the best. They always call me when my lock is not on properly. The facility is always clean, well lit, secure and the grounds well maintained.The only issue I have is the price which has gone up. I know this is not their fault ... thats a corporate issue so I wont shoot the messenger when the staff notify me of price increases!!

Char and Amber did a great job taking care of us these last two days. Char thoroughly explained the process and the ends and outs of using Life Storage. She was nice enough to show us the space and the lock procedure and the lighting procedure. We are glad we chose the climate controlled unit. We purchased 60 boxes and four Wardrobe boxes which we would recommend and the Glassguard kit and the Dish Partition kit. We are all set Richard and Patty Welsh Highland Heights Ohio.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. The units are clean and well maintained. The place is also safe and secure. Definitely a good value!

This has been the worst experience I have had to encounter. I will NOT REFER LIFE STORAGE TO ANYONE! Upon arrival I was unable to gain access to storage unit after multiple attempts. I had to inconvenience the many cars behind me because I needed to back out to be able to let them in. I called customer service and explained my issues he ran multiple test and to no avail the storage would not open with the code that was provided to me. He then reset the code and after several more attempts I was able to gain access, only to get to the storage unit to find out I did not have a lock available in unit. I had to call customer all over again to tell them the new issue. I have literally wasted an hour just sitting trying to gain access and store items in unit. I was advised to wait until the office opens to get the lock in which was paid for in advance to be able to start to pack unit. It is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to have an hour wasted of your time and money when you are paying movers by the hour.

I love Paul he is so professional and a gem to the company! Hes been there a long time and that place wouldnt be as great as it is if it wasnt for Paul!!

I would recommend this location to anyone in need of storage! Great staff and awesome units! I’ve had my unit just over 5 months now and love it! Takes the stress of needing a place for all of my junk! ☺️ Go see the manager, Jeff! He is super helpful and has an awesome personality !

Best storage place Ive ever used (going on my fourth year now). Staff is always very helpful when needed. The office has a nice range of reasonably priced packing supplies if needed. The grounds are ALWAYS clean, orderly and well-kept. Fenced security is great and effective. Highly recommended if you need high quality storage in an convenient location just off I-90 near Euclid OH.

I actually was referred by my sister to do business with them. Turns out she was right. The unit I got was inexpensive and was what I needed to store my things. Jeff and Paul, along with the other staff and visiting staff are amazing. From my experience Ill recommend it too.

I have been renting a unit at this location since May 2017 and am very happy with the service. I stopped in today to ask a question about my lease and Jeff was very happy to assist. The site is secure and my space has worked perfectly. Id recommend using them for long-term or short-term storage.
