Nice place. A little pricey but space is available when needed. Remember to cancel in 3 days in order to get full refund. I never used or been to the unit and I was hoping to get a little back. Thanks

I received great customer service at both of the locations I dealt with. This was handled under rather extreme conditions (the early stages of Covid-19 and colleges closing) and each person I had experience with was very professional, helpful, and understanding. I was not happy with the initial location to which my reservation was reserved for (i booked online and wasnt familiar with the area)because it was further than I was aware and I didnt feel it was convenient nor the most safe for my daughter to visit and retrieve her things. However the manager was very accommodating and helped me get situated at the closer location and this was very close to closing time.At the new location, the manager was even more helpful after connecting. The follow up was thorough, and the assistance was greatly appreciated!

I purchased a unit and didnt need it. Never do that unless youre sure u need it. Ive been waiting for over 3 weeks trying to get my money back and keep getting the run around. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go with cubesmart. It does not take that long to refund someone their money. I wish I never went with them in the first place

Pricey....after years of being customer my price steady went up. They told me because my unit was in the front. Even had a discrepancy when moving out

I am so glad I got my storage unit from this location. Tensche P. was very helpful with making sure I was able to reserve my unit and explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this location for anyones storage needs.

I did a little research online and then stopped in to take a look at a large 10 x20 space because the website said that there currently were no medium 10x10 sized spaces. Alvonte was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did find a medium size space for me and explained to me the discounts, fees, insurance and then showed me both a large space and the medium size space and answered all of my questions. I was very happy and confident when I decided to rent the medium space. Very pleasant experience all around. Thank you again Alvonte. *****A+

Starting with setting up an appointment through the 1-800 number, to which the representative was very helpful and cordial. The coming to the actually facility of CubeSmart, I did not know what to expect in person. But with Garths expertise, the experience was effortless. He took me to the unit that would be available for our family and coming back to the office explained everything that I needed to know in renting this unit. There was no pressure, just the facts. I would recommend renting from CubeSmart to anyone!

Talked to someone named Bre on the phone about availability of units... her attitude was terrible. How are you annoyed by me asking questions and you’re the on at work in customer service? I don’t get y’all. QUIT YOUR JOB. I’m sure somebody else would love to work there with a more pleasant attitude!I was interested in renting a unit but I will most definitely be going somewhere else because I’m so tired of these people and their attitudes like I did something to the girl. I was going to call to speak to the manager but no, y’all gotta be more on top of your business and who you have representing as staff! Everything about her attitude was STANK. I’m taking my business somewhere else. This did not deserve 1 Star.

I absolutely love the location at S. Marginal Rd. The customer service is amazing. I was moving my furniture to a smaller unit. I was sweating so bad, and thirsty. The staff there gave us ice cold water. Im so grateful for them.

They went up on the price without a 30 day notice. The roof leaked and my tv, desktop computer and wooden dining room chairs were warped and mildew. I was told to take pictures and file a claim with a third party insurance company. We will see if I get compensated. Did not rent unit 246 until the roof is repaired

I have a storage unit at this location. I got a call saying that the lock on my storage unit was not on there. I freaked out and had a friend go by as I dont live in that city. The lock was on MY storage unit and the worker actually mixed up my storage unit with someone elses. I dont understand how they can mix it up. I could have stolen everything from the one that was unlocked because they though it was mine. I will never do business with cube smart again

I needed a storage unit a.s.a.p. I called and spoke with a representative who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Within 1 week I was booked, and into my new unit. Very professional staff members, I am currently waiting on my refund for the lock I purchase.

Something is always happening there. Someone broke in the storage unit and now it flooded.

Its okay. The customer service is honestly not that great. We have a unit here; loading things in on a snow day. When I asked the employee if the facility would be plowing the parking lot, his response was that it needed to snow more first. Mind you, he watched from the office window as our car and another clients car got stuck in the snow. Not for nothing, but at over 200/ month, I dont think it is to much to ask that the snow be plowed. In addition, a couple pot holes on site that you better dodge or will do serious damage to your car. We only keep them because of how close they are to our home. Otherwise....
