I recently received a notification on my iPhone to visit any Boost Mobile store for a free sim card that I needed because I had an outdated network. Usually, when I get a free offer like this, I am not treated that great because it is not that profitable of a situation for the employee. However, at the Clifton Boost Mobile store I was treated extremely well and the employee who helped me (ahh, I regret that I forget her name) truly cared about my situation, especially when my new sim card was not being recognized right away. She truly went above and beyond and it is much appreciated!

Best experience ever! They were very kind with my mom, that doesn’t speak English very well. And she felt so happy with the good deal that she got. Also I was happy to see that they have a limited amount of person at the same time in the store. That makes you feel safe, especially for my mom.

The girl was not straight forward. I was given one price over the phone then at the store charged triple. I agreed to the second price since the phone was already hooked up then my cc was charged an extra $100. She said oh I said $300 when she said $200. Other customers were there regardless of covid the store had several people at once. We tried talking to her cuz she swiped the card saying $200 but she refused to accept responsibility until after we got loud. Maybe her English wasn’t perfect but 2 and 3 don’t sound the same in any language

Very good service, variety in phones and affordable prices. It is also good that they have parking available.

Worst experience ever, about 3 hours for a phone activation. 3 calls to customer service, three times cs hanged up, numerous mistakes on transaction, transfer of services without knowledge of conditions. I had to completely change the service that i initially wanted because of pre conditions on other accounts... Please avoid this type of service.
