This is a chill GameStop, their inventory is nice but nothing super special. But they do have a good selection of collectibles and games here so you just might find what youre looking for. From time-to-time, their sales are good as well. The current employees here are very nice and helpful, too. What I also like is that it is right off of Rt46, so its simply easy to get to. All that being said, this particular location is okay to visit.

This place is probably the best Gamestop Ive ever used honestly. I didnt even know it existed until about 2-3 years ago but its not far from home and the staff is really nice here. The people at the register are always helpful and its pretty striaght-forward getting in and out. Other than digital downloads I try to get all my gaming stuff from this location. Gamestop doesnt do computer equipment, but when I have the option between getting something from this place or the BestBuy in Woodland Park, I much prefer this place.The main guy I often see at the register Morgan is not a difficult person to work with as someone whos interacted with him at least 5 times. Both before and during COVID precautions Ive watched that guy very patiently put up with a lot of crazy stuff. All the staff here are fine but hes always been very knowledgeable and patient, nobody can be perfect.

Busy store ( went on the afternoon), store seems clean and well kept, had a good selection of clearance items, waited on line for about 5 minutes to pay.

They have almost everything you need here, call or look up on website before going.

Sold my pre-order on me so now I have to pay double the price and wait 3 weeks for my game to be delivered. Ugh! Should have used Amazon...

Bussiness cry they need support during the pandemic! The manager Morgan and andrew at this store location make curbpick up difficult, while they see me at the door already, they said i need to call... when i call they put me on hold for 10 mintues while im standing their looking at them. This is why business go under bad customer service and management.

Biggest loser I have ever seen in my life was rude to me when I was trying to trade in some games and controllers. You’ll know who he is when you see him😂. Avoid this GameStop by all means

I understand that you have a closing time, but how dare you begin to close the gates when there are people still inside, with children mind you?!? I mean, neither of you imbeciles in there (oh this is the night of 8/25 at closing time) even tried to help me with what I needed. I needed a specific title for a specific console (very easy- just ONE thing), and instead of hanging up your cell phone and acting like a human being, you pointed your dirty finger towards the door. How disgusting are you people? If that happens again, I will call the authorities because what you did IS a fire hazard and will add up to hefty fines if you are charged, and you will be. You people might need some serious management training, and just general people skills too while youre at it.

I had called this GameStop several hours before coming in, asking them to put a PlayStation 4 Pro on hold for me. They’re currently discounted and selling fast. They told me they’d be putting their last one on hold for me. I drove for an hour to Clifton since this was the only store with a PlayStation 4 Pro that hadn’t been taken yet. When I got there, I found out that they had sold it to someone else, even though they took down my name and information and assured me they would hold it for me. It was a colossal waste of time and energy, and the staff refused to take responsibility for the mishap. One worker was visibly angry and abruptly exited the register area and went into the back room, muttering something under his breath about how it wasn’t his problem. I’ve never had another experience like this with the GameStop chain, and they wouldn’t even rectify their mistake by giving me a future discount or even a small gift card. I’ve shopped at GameStop since I was first getting into games around a decade ago, and this really disappointed me.

I guess common curtesy is dead. Besides the yelling can i help whos next, or the look at the obstruction in front of the pops and doing nothing about it, or just the general attitude it made you feel like they were closing in 5 minutes or you were getting ready to steal. Like that kind of rush treatment isnt cool at all. If i knew the employees names theyd be on here
