I was denied a service at this store of buying a SIM card because the person at the store wanted to get paid their commission and told me I couldn’t buy it if I didn’t activate the SIM card at the store. She also told me I wasn’t able to do it on my own or even calling metro pcs myself.

Excellent store and a very good girl seller. I do not know much English, but the seller could explain everything to me. Very polite girl seller. Unfortunately I do not know what her name is. But I advise everyone to come to this store. Its very nice to come to the store, when there are such sellers. Thank you manager for such employees! Many thanks to the girl! I was very pleased to be in this store !!!

Hubby and I went there today but we left because the young lady didnt seem to be interested in a sale. She never left from behind the counter. She answered our questions but didnt initiate information. We left and went to Saddle Brook. Im so happy we did. We switched over from Sprint. We got the best plan plus insurance, phone cases and car chargers. She lost a good sale. We ended up getting 4 lines.

This Metro store can give you also free cases for your phones.You can get unlimited Internet plan for $50 for one line, for $80 for two lines, $90 for three lines and just $100 for four lines if they still have that specials.Thank you.

Customer service sucks. Sales associate was texting while trying to help me. Also, was overcharged . Fifteen dollars for activation fee, which is a standard fee. Then another $15.00 fee. No other Metro PCS in the area charges that made up fee. I called several stores in the area to confirm. So, avoid the frustration of paying unnecessary fees and go some where else. I will never make a purchase their again.

Overstaffed and Unstocked.. Ridiculous.. Employees are clueless.
