Ive had my truck in three different times to get the four wheel drive fixed spent over 2,500 and it still dont work the way it should. I also bring in my oil I brought 6 quarts and I dont know why its always a quart short?

It was very a very good experience, I was traveling out of town working in Cloquet and had a major powersteering fluid leak. They repaired the issue and also did a test for a check engine light that was also on.They didnt have time to take care of that needed repair that day. But told me it wouldt affect the driveability of my vehicle.

Heading south from Duluth my car started shaking horribly, so I pulled off at the nearest mechanic - Cloquet Automotive. Bruce dropped everything to help me out. He took the time to ask all the right questions and take the car out with me to diagnose the problem. He quickly fixed the problem, and I was back on the road in time to make it to the cities for my event. Couldnt recommended this place enough. Excellent friendly knowledgeable service.

We have had issues with our brakes and car maintenance at other car repair places. Cloquet Automotive has done a beyond excellent job! They stand by the work they do and explain your problem in detail, showing you the parts that were replaced. I will say you pay a bit more, but it is SO worth it for the quality of work you get.

Live right down the road from this place. Excellent quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very reasonable labor prices. Defo would recommend and Im going to visit here first before I go anywhere else

I can not recommend strongly enough that you STAY AWAY from Cloquet Automotive for auto repairs. The main guy there is very happy to tell you how much he thinks he knows about cars, but it did not seem to be true. After 10 days of be patient my car was worse off than when he started. He would never call me, I had to call him to try and determine what was going on. I finally had to tell him to stop whatever he was doing and I made arrangement to take it somewhere that could actually fix it. He did next to nothing over 10 days (seems like he did more harm than good) and then charged me $800. Seriously, stay away, go elsewhere.

Driving back to the cities from up north, my car started overheating Sunday night. The next morning, Bruce and Kyle from Cloquet Automotive were honest with me and looked at my car quickly even though they were backed up. The work needed to be done the following day due to parts and they personally drove me to the hotel of my choice for the night. The next day, they had some serious repairs to get done, but got me going before the end of the day. I was able to get back home with their great help. Honest guys that price fair. Cant say enough about them.

Breaking down on the road is not the way anyone wants to spend their weekend, being from out of town we were not sure what to expect from Cloquet Automotive. Im pleased to say the service we received was great and pricing was fair.

We were traveling south on I35 and suddenly heard a very loud clunking sound in our car. We pulled over and googled mechanics in Cloquet MN. This was the first one on the list so we called and Bruce (the owner) told us to come over. We got there and had to wait about 10 minutes while he finished with another customer. He took the car for a test drive, put it up on the rack, fixed the problem and we were back on the road within 40 minutes from when we got there. Bruce was awesome and we cant thank him enough for getting 3 women back on the road so fast! Our friends and family are happy and impressed also! We all highly recommend Cloquet Automotive!😁😁

Have had to take both my vehicles in here. Brakes and front shacks on my taurus and some electrical and alignment issues on my town and country.
