Bill is a great guy. Had a problem with my wifes Crossfire and he checked it inside and out, it turned out to be a problem with the computer that needed to be assessed at a chrysler dealer, he was honest and up front about it and charged us minimally, more than fairly for the time he put into it. Would definitely recommend their services and integrity.

Scheduled the appointment for first thing Monday morning. The staff was onsite and ready for me. I read my book while they worked on my car and I was on my way in less than an hour. I have been using this business for decades and hope they stay open as long as I own a car. I send all of my family members and friends there and would recommend them to anyone. They have never attempted to take advantage of me and always suggest the best and most reasonable way to repair my vehicle - even when it was time to take it out back and shoot it.

This is my first time at Broadway, and I just needed a reseal on the tire beading. I called and they got me in the same day, and pick my car up later that evening. He charged me exactly what he quoted, and it was a fair and honest price. His shop reminds me of my grandpas old garage, great guys and no BS. The owner was friendly and didn’t dismiss me just because I am a girl. Great guys, awesome service, they are my new go to for automotive repair.

There were times when they could have charged us for more services than we needed but Bill has always tried to take the most economical approach first which we truly appreciate. You always expect the worst when you bring your car into a repair facility for he first time, I was waiting for that up sell call anxiously.The phone rings after the diagnosis, “which happened very soon after we dropped it off”Bill actually talked me out of a brake job that I had requested because it was not needed! Amazing!!!He also explained that the other front end repairs he had found that was needed and gave me options and recommended a minimal repair that would give me everything I would need, very nice! And unexpected.I still cannot believe I was back on the road that day!
