I had a bolt in my tire and Les Schwab got me in 20 minutes before they closed. They were so efficient and kind! It was also no charge! I will be back when I need new tires! Service is WAY better than anywhere else Ive been!

Even though they weren’t able to plug a sidewall tire perforation, they were extremely friendly and explained the situation. They even offered to put on the spare so I could go back to the place I bought the tire because it was still under warranty. Clean store and not busy despite the great reviews. I will be returning here for other services. Thank you Morgan and Ben and all the hard workers in the bay!!

The product is good but in many cases I am sure I can find the same or similar product elseware. Pricing of their products was initially a draw for me as tires are an expensive necessity. But the price has gotten much more expensive with the cost of my time for maintaining my tires. When it takes1hr & 45 minutes to rotate and balance my tires, the cost of my time just shot the price savings through the floor. I arrived at 2:11 pm on 08/18/2021. My truck was pulled in within the first 5 minutes and on 2 occasions my truck was the only vehicle in the front 3-service bays. I finally got my truck back at 4:05 pm. I can no longer afford this savings. Especially when at 1-point my truck sat for over an hour inside the tire shop with the tires rotated leaning against the truck and no one touching it. Instead 3-vehicle attendants were standing in the lobby talking to the front desk person and among themselves. This is not the first time this has happened but once these tires need to be replaced it will be one of the last! It makes me very sad to make this report but make sure you factor your time against the cost before making up your mind. Mr. Schwab, feel free to reach out. I have some pointers for you and your folks on customer service and the value of time and money...yours AND MINE!!

This company deserves all the praise. While traveling from Louisiana to RMNP, our Class A RV had a double tire blow out. We were stranded on the side of the interstate. After 4 hours of being on hold with insurance roadside assistance, we were told we would need a tow because no where had tires. However, we called Les Schwab. Within an hour, Brandon and DJ were replacing our tires! Total lifesavers. We cannot overstate how helpful they were. Also, their prices were much better than 3 other competitors in the area who would not have been able to come to us. Overall, they know their stuff, have great communication, and reasonable prices.

I took my truck in to get some tires mounted and an alignment done. I dropped my truck off and they called about an hour and half later to pick it up. They let me know I actually didn’t need an alignment and everything was ready to go. I appreciated their honesty and great customer service.

Great tires, good price, fast service

Well, sadly I had to have new tires... but the good news is we have a Les Schwab in town and Ive trusted them for years in other states and this location did not let me down! It was very easy to transfer my account from Oregon and get set up. The staff was very friendly and professional and went over all my options with me. We decided which tires to go with and they bagged my old ones that were decent that I could sell. He got me right in and started immediately! My Jeep had been hit hard in hail damage and my glass had been replaced the day before. I thought they replaced my windshield wipers but they hadnt and that was also checked by staff. I was shown the damage and I asked that they replace them for me. They did a great job and fast too! I was in and out in around 45 minutes!! Also Id like to note that the building was immaculate! From the front, to the garage to the womens bathroom! Thank you for an all around great experience!!

This visit started out rocky. We came in for a very inexpensive repair and were misquoted over the phone. Which was initially frustrating because we had our vehicle towed to Les Schwab. Because of our make of vehicle, the repair went from $50 to over $300. They did communicate before starting any work, but failed to communicate a repair they were going to do for free in order to make sure the initial repair was done correctly. Because of other defective parts on the vehicle, they were unable to do that repair without replacing some parts. Our initial cost of $50 had gone up to over $500. Needless to say, my husband and I were upset. Were were getting different answers from different staff. I finally called to speak with the manager. Brandon was helpful, understanding and apologetic. He compensated us for the misunderstanding and miscommunication and made it right. We did pay more than $50 but everything was explained and reasonable. We have taken our vehicles to Les Schwab several times in the past and they have always been, fast, reasonable and honest. This time there was a hiccup, but they caught it and made it right. I will continue to bring our vehicles to them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior work and service! It is not how you start, it is how you finish.

I’ve never had issues here. The tire rotations are free when you purchase tires here, and those tires have a decent lifetime warranty (as long as you keep up on tire rotation. May as well go when it’s time for an oil change).DJ is definitely partly responsible for the trust factor. In several years though I’ve never felt like I was told nonsense to make a sale.

I took my husband’s truck in for a lift kit today and I’ll be coming back for all my mechanic needs! Unfortunately the truck needed some additional maintenance while they were putting the lift kit on, but Richard was informative and courteous every step of the way! He kept in constant contact with me about what/why the truck needed certain repairs and gave me spot-on price quotes. The shop is definitely the best at what they do and wonderful to work with! My first experience with Les Schwab was when I brought my vehicle in with a nail in the tire(I usually pull them myself but this one was small and I couldn’t find it) they pulled the nail plugged the tire and said “thank you have a nice day” didn’t charge me a penny. Twice now I’ve brought my vehicle in for service for the technician to tell me it is not needed.Industry recommendations do not say anything about turning customers away if a customer wants to put new brakes and tires on their vehicle. Regardless if the technician thinks they shouldn’t do it. I request service not your option on what I want to do to my vehicle.Poor customer service. The front desk girl, I can’t remember her name but she had long black hair and a black mask on, had an attitude and made me feel extremely disrespected.I will no longer be going to Les Schwab. I will not be contacting a manager in regards to this as this seems to be a running problem with this place. Highly disappointed.

I received OUTSTANDING service today from DJ and Chris. DJ retrieved my spare tire from under my motor home. The screws were seized up but after some extensive effort he was able to get the spare tire out from under the rig. He repaired the valve core on the tire and swapped it out with another tireon my rig. He spent a good hour doing this including checking my tire pressure on all 6 tires. Final charge, zero! Les Schwab will ALWAYS have my business because they ALWAYS provide excellent service and excellent customer service!

Very nice staff, they honor their warrantys and have okay tires. Great experiences with have a flat from a screw, free patch job and rotation because I have tires from them.

Unfortunately I will by checking this location off as one of the bad mechanic shops in Colorado Springs. Went there for an alignment for my challenger, they bussed me out the door as fast as possible, without even doing due diligence, they didnt use the correct profile for my car, didnt fix the alignment issue, nor discovered that the problem in fact was just a simple bent outer tie rod end, tried to claim it was a bent frame....yeah a bent frame....anyways my dealership did find it, and in the same amount of time with relative ease. Wish I could get a refund, but I would have paid 3 times what they charged just for good work and not just fast as possible half baked. In the bucket with brakes plus and big O tires they go.Edit: I was contacted by a representative and they refunded for the mishap. So although they missed the opportunity for repair, they did handle the charges swiftly and appropriately. Customer service side is great. Just gotta work on the repair side a bit more. Changed to 4 star rating.

Hands down my new tire “go to” shop. They took care of my tire issue, even with me showing up 15 minutes before closing. They didn’t try to brush off the task at hand and gladly fixed my tire stem leak. Discount tire used to be my tire shop but have since lost my business to Les Schwab.

I used to the worst luck with mechanics in this town- Ive been to multiple places that would price gouge, wouldnt put seat covers on and Id be returned a dirty car, and/or something new would be wrong when I picked the car up. But Les Schwab has been great! Totally recommend. They have friendly staff and seem to really know what theyre doing.

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. The entire staff was super friendly, educated and helpful. Last year I had a nail stuck in my tire and they took it out for free and offered a quote for some new tires (mine needed replaced), with that though they were not pushy and rude about trying to get me to buy tires which I appreciated. Brandee was helpful over the phone with my questions and I came in as soon as I could. Definitely recommend this location!

I drove past this business the other day and saw a sign that they do lift/leveling kits on trucks. I am the type of customer that shops and educated myself before actually inquiring about work from a business. I spoke to a gentlemen that said they do level kits and I wanted to pursue the work. I told him I have 35” tires I want to put on my ram 1500. He insisted that the tires wouldn’t fit without rubbing. After explaining to him I was sure they would fit he disagreed and hung up on me. So I took my business elsewhere, after arriving at the business I chose, I had them put the 35” tires on without a leveling kit and check for rubbing. There wasn’t any rubbing without the level kit on the truck, let alone after the 2” level kit was installed. In my opinion if you’re going to the lengths of putting up a sign that says you do lift and level kits, I feel that the employees should know more about the subject. I mean they are supposed to be subject matter experts correct? Let alone hang up on a customer willing to spend 2k to have the work done. I will never visit this place again and will not recommend this business to anyone!!!

I visited this store for the first time today and left feeling very pleased. Multiple staff members greeted me at the door, promptly checked me in for my tire rotation appointment, and got me in and out within 30 minutes. Also, I really like that you can schedule an appointment online. It was extremely easy and quick! Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but good quality

On two occasions I’ve been disappointed with les swab the first one was when it was close to closing time, the Tech came out and told me that my tires were fine I didn’t need any replacements. I went there to buy four new tires, but he said I had enough tread. My tires were actually overdue to be replaced and had almost no tread. since they didn’t want my business I went somewhere else and got my four tires replaced. the second issue happen today, went to Les Schwab with a screw in my tire it was in the tread about 2” from the side of the tire. was told I had to buy four new tires because the screw was too close to the side of the tire. Went for a second opinion only to find out the screw was no danger to the side of the wall and it was fixed at no charge. Saved myself $815 by getting a second opinion. My four tires on the vehicle were new and I couldn’t see putting another $800 into tires if I didn’t have to. Les Swab will not have another opportunity to sell me tires for my other 5 vehicles. Master tech fixed my tire with no charge, An honest business, been with them for years.

They helped fix my flat in no time. They had to plug a hole in the tire and didnt charge for the service. Will likely us them for my winter tires this year due to the friendly staff and quick service.

We were traveling through Colorado on vacation from Texas and noticed our back right tire was low and had a screw in it. Pulled into Les Schwab and they had us out in no time. From the get go the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They literally run as they are helping you. They greeted me immediately and had the small nail hole fixed with 7 minutes!! They fixed the small leak for FREE and just asked me to consider them next time my car is in need of tires, brakes or shocks. Thank you Les Schwab for such impeccable customer service. Got here when they opened. I was greeted at my car. They were very polite and professional. The showroom floor is very clean. I got winter tires put on and was out of there in 30 min. I would recommend.

As soon as you step out of your vehicle a mechanic is right there ready to ask what youre in for. I was in to get all new tires and my brakes checked, DJ was quick to point out that I would only need the front two tires replaced. Once he knew what my needs were we headed inside to view my options. He pulled up two that varied greatly in price; my mind was set on the tires that would last longer, the more expensive set. Even so, DJ didnt make the decision feel forced, he even tried to talk me down ensuring me the two tires were pretty much the same. After my selection was finalized DJ and his coworkers had my vehicle in and out in 30 minutesOverall, if youre looking for quick, reliable, friendly service and you dont like being haggled for better products, this is the shop for you.

Started my day with my tire pressure reducing by the minute. I had got my tires here initially, based on the referral of a co-worker, and was impressed then, so I decided to swing by. My 2nd visit did not disappoint. I noticed on Google that they didnt open until 8 and I arrived at 7:45am. The bay doors were already open and the guys were out back, unloading a delivery of tires. I intended to wait in my car until 8, totally understanding that they werent open and were busy. Within seconds of parking my car, Corey came up to my vehicle. I told him my issue, but as a manager myself, told him I totally respected the fact that they werent open yet and I was happy to wait. He respectfully declined that request and hoped in my car, pulled in into one of the bays. He addressed my issue, gave me an incredible deal on a new set of tires, and I was on my way in a total of 45 minutes!?!?! All the while, Corey was moving back and forth from helping customers, answering the phone and working on cars. So impressed by his work ethic. Ill never go anyplace else for tires. BIG thank you to Corey and Ryan!

It took two hours for them to have my tire replaced. It was pulled in 2 minutes after I arrived at the shop, all I needed was the spare fixed and put under the car. Which is what I told them clearly because they acknowledged and repeated it to me. They decided to put it back on the vehicle and put the spare back under the vehichle. But other than that it was really clean and the staff was very nice.

Cory and his team are amazing!! I was so excited to get a store here in Colorado Springs as I was a loyal customer in WA and MT. The team there takes such great care of us, we are a family of 5 and they treat us all great. Always smiling and eager to take care of any our needs. Gentleman met us at car, got a good quote on tires, said yes. Some studs were missing and 2 broke during removal, they repaired for 5 bucks each, 4 tires, 3 studs and alignment for under 500.00. Im flabbergasted!!! Oh, and lets throw in a level of professional and courteous sales. Will be back for other car. Thank You!!

Had a screw in the back passenger tire. I called them asking if it was ok to come in immediately since the tire was almost flight. They told me yes and as soon as I arrived took it back and patched it. Trust me having the warranty is definitely worth it and their customer service was awesome!

Normally Id give these guys a great review. The staff is usually friendly and my husband and I have been loyal customers for a couple years however I really dislike being scared or pressured into buying new tires or wheels especially when my husband isnt around to discuss it with me. I am disappointed because I use to think Les Schwab was a place I as a customer could feel safe and not taken advantage of. Sadly Im going to consider taking my business elsewhere.

I am always impressed with these guys. I’ve bought my last 4 sets of tires from them and have been so happy. They always take care of me. Never make me wait horrendous amounts of time. When I pull up someone is always immediately there to attend to me. They take care of the tires and rotation and additional services after you purchase. They know how to do it. Efficient, high quality and good communication. Just go here for your next tires. You won’t regret it.

I have been a customer since roughly 2006. Prices have always been high but the customer service made it worth it. Until today, the manager at the Colorado Springs store could use a lesson or two in customer service and appreciating people’s time. It is valuable and worth something. Wasting it is not appreciated.

These guys are amazing. I had tried to schedule an appointment to get my break pads changed over the phone a few days prior to coming in and was told not to worry about scheduling an appointment and to just come in. I came in and thought they’d be able to see me right away, but other people had made appointments. I was told they couldn’t take my car for another hour and a half. I didn’t understand why other people were able to make appointments, but I was told not to worry. I had an appointment I needed to get to before I’d be able to get my car back, so to make sure I didn’t miss my appointment they took me right away and changed my rotors for free instead of machining the ones I had. Unbelievable service.

Last week I came to the store after seeing on TV a deal and it just so happened I was shopping for tires the day before. Jessica met with me and showed me all the tires and explained to me each tire with alot of knowledge of each one she showed me and helped me find my set. I picked them out and set the day for the following week. Well yesterday my back tire was damaged pretty bad and I called to tell them i was coming in. The entire experience I recieved and the treatment from the staff was well beyond anything I expected to come from a mechanic shop. I was checked on by Jessica as well while I was waiting making sure I was ok. They had me in and out and also helped me out with future understanding of ways to save money and upcoming work needing looked into i didnt notice until they pointed it out. So Im going to have to change my prior 5 stars to 3 stars.I grew up in Central Oregon. Bought my first set of tires from Les Schwab in the late 80s. Over the years I have bought many sets of tires, batteries and had brakes replaced. I believed in supporting local businesses and Les Schwab was local. They are more expensive, but the service has always been exemplary.When I moved to Colorado, I was excited to find a Les Schwab store in the Springs area. Since then I have bought 4 sets of tires for 3 different 4- wheel drive vehicles. Never had a problem.Today I went in to have my brakes done. A little more expensive than the dealership would have charged, but I am a loyal customer to Les Schwab. I leave the store and 20 minutes later my brakes go completely out and I almost get t-boned in an intersection. Thank goodness no one was hurt.I go back to the store. Get a yep, left caliber was defective. Well replace the pair. An hour later I get my keys handed back to me, with NO apology. Just sent me on my way.This would not have happened this way in Oregon. The manager would have given me a sincere apology and a discount or refund for what happened to me.So much for great customer service. 😠

I came here for a second opinion on a hole in my tire. Not only was Chris quick and knowledgeable he was extremely helpful. After being told that discount tire on Powers and Woodmen would not fix the tire I came here. Chris looked at it and had it patched and remounted on my car within 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my tire needs!

Les Schwab is the BEST tire center. They take great care of their customers. They deliver honest assessments and quality work. Les Schwab is well known throughout the North West and we are very happy to now have a couple of shops here in Colorado Springs.I took my truck to this location with a nail in the tire. They fixed it free of charge in about fifteen minutes even though I did not originally purchase the tire at a Les Schwab dealer (the tire came with the truck). Nice clean shop staffed with folks that know what they are doing. I’ll be back when it’s time to purchase new tires.

I had taken my car to Firestone who would have charged me $20 to patch my tire but I was told by them that it could not be patched. I decided to take my vehicle to this Les Schwab location to get a new tire but DJ said he wanted to give my tire a look to see if he could patch it instead of having to purchase a new tire. Not only was he able to patch the tire in less than 20 minutes but there was also no charge for that service. I will assuredly bring any future vehicle services I require to this location. Ive never had as good an experience when taking care of my car than I have at Les Schwab. While they dont do major mechanical work, their prices are fair, products are guaranteed, and their technicians are some of the most lovely people I have ever met. The few times Ive had to come here to fix something that wasnt done properly at a different store, theyve given me some steep discounts to help out. I cant stress how wonderful and responsive they are, and any time they do work they show you exactly what theyll be doing and why. Always trust Les Schwab.
