This is by far the best medical experience Ive ever had. Dr. Tada and her staff are consummate professionals, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. If youre new to vision problems like myself, you couldnt be in better hands. Would like to call out Jacqui for helping me figure out the right set of frames. You guys are the best!

I absolutely love this office and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. From start to finish, I was handled with care. I was a little nervous because I had been having vision issues for the first time in my life. I ended up needing glasses, which I also LOVE. I highly recommend this place! Love this place and everyone there! Also, Dr. Sallecchia is AMAZING!

Very unprofessional staff. They are immature and inconsiderate. They care only about their policies, and not about their patients. I went here because they have a doctor who treats children with special needs, so you think they would be more understanding of children with disabilities, but they are not. Such a disappointment! Keep looking if you want an office that has compassion for kids with disabilities, because this is NOT the place! Holly Thompson’s rude and unprofessional behavior is losing patients for the doctors at this office.

I have been coming here for years but I was late to my appointment by 1 min, not exaggerating. Left work early and had to go back to my car for my mask and by the time I got back to the front desk and was redirected to get my temperature taken, I was one min late and they refused to see me. I understand this was my fault but I would rather not work with anyones front desk who cant be one min flexible. I have no problem switching doctors

OH MY GOD! Took 7 visits to get one pair of replacement lenses. Everyone seemed like every day is their first day at work. Finally took my replacement lenses in a replacement set of frames home and the frames are still crooked as hell on my face. This is after the last adjustment. Needless to say, wont be returning. Was not cheap, either.

My 91 year old mother-in-law has been going here for over 3 years. They are so patient with her and take such good care of her. They did all the followups after her cataract surgery and suggested preventative measures to help keep her eyes in great shape. The staff is always very friendly to me. We love going here!

We recently moved to Colorado Springs from Denver and selected Mountain View Vision based on the great reviews. I was not disappointed! Dr. Tada was very personable, upbeat, and energetic. She was very knowledgeable, performed a thorough examination, and explained my vision results in detail. I didnt feel rushed, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even stayed after hours to accommodate me. I highly recommend this clinic for your vision needs!!

After having Bilateral Cataract Surgery, my Surgeon recommended Mountain View Vision, as the best source for my new glass Rx. I was able to contact them, and told I could come in at anytime without a appointment for the fitting, upon the arrival I waited less than 5 mins before being greeted and helped to select frames for both regular and sunglasses. Then immediately helped to clearly understand my needs with them. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive them. However I discussed fact I was going on a driving vacation, and a rush was put on the order. To my satisfaction and surprise I received a call just 5 days, that my glasses were in, and I was able to pick both pair in less than a week. Again picking up the glasses went very smoothly and quickly with waiting of less than 15 minutes for both pair. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous vision clinic!! I have been with Dr. McMullen for years and our entire family loves her caring and honest approach to eye care. The office staff is incredible... always greeting us with a huge smile and theyre very efficient. I cant remember the last time I had to sit in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. I really appreciate that my time is considered just as valuable as theirs.

They have a very nice office and were very professional. The exam was great I was very happy. I ordered some new frames and lenses. There was some confusion about when the frames were gonna arrive and UPS actually delivered them to another office but they actually got me taken care of after hours! They went above and beyond! I have worn contacts for years and several other Eye Doctors in town just seemed to get me in and out as fast as possible. After my first visit to Mountain View I was extremely impressed with the comfortable atmosphere and to the degree that they checked my eyes. The Doctor was fantastic and spent extra time to answer all my questions and worked really hard on getting the right contact for my eye. I would definately recommend Mountain View for a great experience.

Dr. Tada and her staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I had a minimal wait after checking in for my appointment. The doctor detected a minor over-correction in one eye, which has made my prescription a little more comfortable. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment here if you need eye care!

Dr. Staci McMullen is great with adults and fantastic with kids. she takes time to explain all aspects of visions, tests, correction, and relates it to things you can understand (sports analogies, academic stories, etc). I have never experienced such a personable medical staff, but Mountain View Vision has a unique personality that would make anyone comfortable and leaving there with a full understanding of your eyesight/Vision.

Took my child there and am so happy I did! We live about an hour away but it is WORTH THE DRIVE! If you want the very best for your children this is the place to go.

My husband and I have been with Dr Tada since her practice opened and we wouldnt go with anyone else. My husband has diabetes type II and she has consistently provided the best treatment for him, keeping us informed of changes to his eyes, and staying updated on the newest technology that has helped us to be aware of those changes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and have even mailed replacement glasses to me when I have been out of town! We couldnt ask for a better eye doctor. Thanks!
