Unfortunately, I discovered today 7/15/21 that Lindas store is CLOSED. The gate was down, shelves empty and no sign on window to explain her closure. She did not move to another location in the mall either. Linda was awesome and Ill miss her!

Linda is very sweet and passionate about what she does. We had a small hiccup but she went above and beyond to make it right. I bought a couple wigs and look forward to coming back and checking out her skincare line. Solid business owner.

Linda is simply the best. She has been for years. And, she trains her staff to know how to assist the guests in the store. Even though its way out of my way, much better than ordering on line. The personal service and kindness is the best in retail.

The one at the Citadel is awesome. I was remembered, from a visit 6 yrs earlier, and they still had my first wig selection in stock! It was wonderful to be able to continue my look. They have my business for life!

Love their products ! I have used Merle Norman for 25 years. My skin looks better than most my age. No one can beat the personal customer service with the opportunity to try on the product to know if it matches and wears well for you.

Have only spoke on the phone with this location, but the women here have been incredibly supportive and helpful as far as helping me figure out an order with the other Springs Merl Norman location. This Merle Norman Studio is the friendliest one Ive ever shopped in. All the ladies are always helpful in choosing makeup thats just right for me. Its also a fun place to go for a girls day out. Linda, the owner, makes you feel so welcome when you walk in. I tell all my friends about Merle Norman because you cant beat their makeup or their prices.

If youre going here to get ears pierced, go somewhere else in the mall anywhere else. Theres Claires Boutique and theres the Ear Piercing Pagoda. Not only is it much cheaper but they give you cleaning solution. This place tried to make my husband pay for it didnt give him any instructions on how to clean it with my daughter. The cleaning solution should come with the ear piercing at any ear piercing place Ive ever talked to. Both of the other two I mentioned give you free cleaning solution with every ear piercing.

I love going here. I get facials get to try cosmetics wigs before I buy. Staff is awesome and helpful. Linda is super freindly helpful and I feel like family . I have frequented Merle Norman for many years

Without going into details a family member was in need of hair due to a medical issue, we stumbled across Linda and her wonderful store where we where able to not only find the wigs needed but also the support and care through a very tough time. You will not find better service or care wether its for a costume party or if you lost your hair due to Chemo. Lindas the person to see.

I love love love their products. Have been coming here for several years now. My husband recently bought me some younique for Christmas. It is good but it isnt as great as my Merle Norman products are.

Sales gal was more interested in the customers that walked in after us. Basically felt very ignored! Would not recommend because of customer service.Associated was apologictic
